Making
Your comfort your number one priority.
Close down your eyes and take a few deep
Breaths to fully arrive.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your
Mouth.
Let go of any racing thoughts or worries,
Allowing them to dissolve with
Every breath.
Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to,
Becoming
More and more relaxed with every breath.
Invite your body to be fully received by
The surface beneath you.
Begin to imagine a warm soothing sensation washing over
You,
Melting away any tension or discomfort.
Allow this sensation to move up through your
Feet,
Ankles and calves,
All the way up to your thighs,
Your glutes and your hips.
As
You continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine this warmth spreading throughout your back,
Shoulders
And arms,
Melting away any tension or tightness.
Allow this warm soothing sensation to be felt
In your hands and your fingers,
Across your collarbones and into your chest and your belly.
Invite this warmth to wash over your neck and your throat,
Into your face and your scalp.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel this soothing warmth across your entire body,
Melting
Away any remaining tension or tightness.
Feel every muscle becoming loose and heavy,
Sinking
Deeper and deeper into rest.
Feel yourself drifting even further into relaxation,
Your
Mind and your body now completely at ease.
Know that you are safe,
Know that you are supported,
Know that it is ok for you to let go and completely relax.
Release all effort now
And surrender fully to the gentle rhythm of your breath flowing in and out through your nose.
Feel
