Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to sleep by touching your heart.
One of the practices that helps many people fall asleep faster is the practice of putting your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your heart while laying on your bed or on the floor.
Becoming aware of how your right hand on your belly rises with each inhalation as the right hand on your belly descends with each exhalation.
Connecting with the heart and your chest with your left hand.
Feeling your left hand touching your chest and feeling the warmth of your body and the sensation of your left hand touching your body.
Feeling your left hand touching your heart chakra,
Creating a feeling of love and compassion.
Opening your heart to receive more love in your life and inviting your heart to heal what needs to heal overnight.
This is a very simple practice of breathing and mindfulness,
Observing the sensations of your hands touching your body,
Creating a feeling of peace and tranquility,
And creating a deeper connection with your inner self.
So if you're ready,
I invite you to go to a place where you can rest and where no one will interrupt you for several minutes,
You may lay down on your bed or on the floor.
Wherever is more comfortable for you,
Get into a comfortable position.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and that's it.
Stretch your feet and you can put your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your chest close to your heart.
And in your belly,
Relaxing the muscles of your face and the muscles of your toe.
Now take a deep breath in and release the air.
And as you release the air,
Emphasizing the air coming out of your body.
That's it.
Take another deep breath in and release the air.
That's it.
And just continue to breathe naturally,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Relaxing your body more and more.
Loosening your body and releasing any physical and emotional tensions in your body.
Feeling a sense of peace and tranquility increasing.
A feeling of relaxation invading your body more and more.
Becoming more comfortable as you feel your left hand.
Feeling a feeling of love and warmth over your heart.
Feeling how your left hand creates a feeling of empathy,
Compassion,
And self-love.
You can already notice how your body is starting to feel better.
This feeling is expanding throughout your body.
Feeling your love and compassion.
And now you can feel your right hand on your belly.
Feeling how your belly rises as you breathe in and how it folds as you exhale.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And your left hand feeling the love and empathy.
And your right hand feeling the air entering your body.
And how the air leaves your body.
And you stay like this for several minutes.
Enjoying this beautiful balance and feeling of well-being.
