Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to loosen your body and sleep deeply.
It has been almost 30 years since I started practicing meditation.
And over the years I have had the opportunity to practice meditation in Japan,
Thailand,
Vietnam,
China,
And many other countries.
And I have found that by practicing meditation and mindfulness I can sleep easier and anywhere.
Whether it's a noisy airport,
On a plane,
Train,
Or wherever I am.
I've noticed that meditation and mindfulness help me fall asleep faster and easier,
As well as sleep longer,
And at least my eight hours or more.
I also noticed that with meditation and mindfulness I become more aware of my dreams and sometimes they become more intense,
To the point that I've also managed to direct my dreams as I wish.
In which I have also sometimes found solutions to problems or situations that were affecting me in real life.
In other words,
I have noticed that by practicing meditation and mindfulness I sleep better and wake up more energized and fresh,
Ready to work on my day-to-day purposes and with greater clarity.
There are so many physical and mental benefits of meditation and mindfulness and they all have a direct impact on sleeping more deeply.
Sleep is so important that if you review my meditations the vast majority are focused on sleep,
Since there's a large percentage of people in the world who suffer from insomnia.
This is why I consider that learning techniques and exercises focused on resting more deeply is essential for a happy,
Healthy life.
And this is why I will continue creating this type of content and sharing these techniques with you,
Some of which I've practiced for much of my life and others that I'm learning over time that will help you live with more energy,
With more love,
And with more happiness.
Sleeping is a habit,
Like any other,
And it is a very good practice for our physical and mental health to make the habit of sleeping soundly.
This is why I suggest you practice the following habits every day to sleep more deeply and longer.
The first thing I tell people is that you have to learn to relax the muscles of your body.
This can be practiced while standing,
Sitting,
Or lying down.
Although the easiest way I have learned to start practicing this is to lie down in a comfortable position in a safe place where no one will disturb you.
That's why I'm going to ask you to lie down in a comfortable position on the floor or on a bed,
Or on your back,
In a safe place,
With your feet and your legs stretched out,
And your arms and your hands in a comfortable position for you,
And to close your eyes.
Now,
Observe the temperature of the place and feel how your body feels right now.
Now,
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
I'm going to invite you to take a deep breath in,
And exhale deeply,
And continue taking several deep breaths.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling,
Relaxing your belly with each breath,
Relaxing the muscles of your face,
Your jaw,
Relaxing your eyes,
Relaxing your eyes,
And relaxing the muscles around your eyes,
And relaxing more and more,
Releasing any tension on your shoulders,
Relaxing your hands more and more,
Loosening the muscles in your legs and pelvis,
Loosening all the muscles in your body,
Releasing the tension in your entire body,
Letting go of any attachments or things that are on your mind right now.
Letting go of everything.
Letting go of everything.
Letting go of everything.
Noticing if there's any tension left,
And just let it go.
Let there be nothing left but a deep and pleasant relaxation.
Letting go of everything.
Gently loosening the body.
Letting gravity do its work with your arms and your legs,
Feeling how your arms and legs become heavier and heavier.
Freeing your attention more and more from your past,
And your body thanks you as all the muscles of your body relax more and more.
Gravity makes the weight of your body heavier and heavier.
And this makes your body sink more and more into the bed or on the floor.
And you allow yourself the opportunity to loosen up more and more.
It's a soft and pleasant relaxation.
Effortless and a wonderful feeling of well-being,
Of letting go of the past,
Of loosening the muscles of your body,
Of letting go of the past.
A feeling of tranquility,
Peace,
And relaxation.
Melting completely on the bed or on the floor.
Relaxing so deeply that there's less need to pay attention or listen to my voice.
Relaxing so deeply that there's less need to pay attention or listen to my voice.
Relaxing so deeply that there's less need to pay attention or listen to my voice.
It feels great to loosen the muscles of the body.
And it is a pleasure to be able to let go of the past.
And it feels as if there's this big weight taking off of your shoulders.
And it feels great to be able to connect with yourself,
With that inner peace.
You can feel the bed or the floor touching your body.
Your whole body feels much better.
You continue to breathe and continue practicing letting go of the past and all the things that have already happened and that you cannot change.
You also continue to practice relaxing.
You also continue to practice relaxing and loosening the muscles of your body.
Creating the habit of relaxation and well-being.
Relaxing so deeply that there's less need to pay attention or listen to my voice.
And it feels great to let go of the past.
Practicing softening your body.
Softening any part of your body that may still have some physical or emotional tension.
Allowing for a sense of relief,
Tranquility,
And inner peace to come through.
Letting go of everything more and more as you relax more and more.
Connecting better with the bed or with the floor.
Letting gravity pull you further and further onto the bed while you relax more and more.
Relaxing more and more.
Relaxing more and more.
Rest and enjoy these moments of peace,
Tranquility,
And relaxation.
Relaxing more and more.
