My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this positive affirmations meditation to sleep deeply and reprogram your mind to live better.

The positive affirmations in this meditation are designed to gently and effortlessly reprogram your mind while you sleep.

Positive affirmations or mantras have been used in different spiritual paths and when repeated several times they gain greater strength and become a reality in our lives.

These positive affirmations will help you feel better and build more confidence in yourself.

In this meditation we're going to use these positive affirmations to enter a deeper state of sleep and in this way reprogram your subconsciousness to live better so that when you wake up you feel happier and more energized.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position for yourself in a safe space where no one will interrupt you for the next few minutes or for the rest of the night.

And where you can completely relax.

This meditation is for you and therefore the most important thing is that you can disconnect effortlessly.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Release the air.

That's it.

Take another deep breath in.

And release the air one more time.

Perfect.

And now let's review your day.

Very quickly mentally review everything that you did today.

Continue to breathe and feel the air coming into your body and out of your body as you finish reviewing your day.

And that's it.

Now let go of your day.

And now we're going to slowly release your body.

Becoming aware of each part of your body and releasing each part little by little starting with your head.

Feel the weight of your head.

That's it.

Now let go of your head and let your head relax.

Very good.

And now feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

Feel your shoulders.

How do your shoulders feel?

Right now.

Good.

Now release your shoulders and feel your right shoulder relaxing completely.

And feel how your left shoulder relaxes completely.

That's it.

Now let's bring your attention to your right arm.

Feel the weight of your right arm.

Good.

And now let's release your right arm.

Let go of your right arm and let your right arm and let your right arm relax more and more.

That's it.

Now bring your attention to your left arm.

Feeling the weight of your left arm.

That's it.

Now let's release your left arm and let go of your left arm completely.

Allow it to relax more and more.

Feeling both of your arms relax more.

Both of your arms are getting heavier and heavier.

That's it.

Now bring your focus to your back and I'm going to ask you to let go of your back.

Release your back and allow your back to relax more and more.

And watch how your back relaxes more and more.

That's it.

And now bring your attention to your legs.

How are both of your legs doing right now?

Feeling your legs and feeling the weight of your legs.

That's it.

And now let's release your legs and let them go.

Allow your legs to relax more and more.

Allow your legs to relax more and more.

And see how your legs are relaxing more and more.

That's it.

And now bring your attention to your chest.

Continue breathing.

And notice how your body already feels much heavier,

More relaxed.

And you stay in this this wonderful state of peace and tranquility.

Very nice sensation of well-being spreading throughout your entire body.

This is the state called alpha.

It is the state where our mind is more open to receive the following messages while you relax even more deeply.

These messages will remain in your subconscious and with practice to gain greater strength to act to transform your reality and reprogram your life to a better life.

So I'm going to ask you to mentally repeat the following phrases without effort so that your subconscious begins to reprogram itself and you will allow my voice to follow.

And you will follow my voice with the confidence that these phrases are for you and for your well-being.

So mentally repeat the following.

I let go of all the worries of today and focus on the peace of the present moment.

Relaxed and at peace.

I release all tension and stress from my body.

I trust my body I trust my body to heal and rejuvenate itself while I sleep.

I am surrounded by a peaceful and calm energy.

I breathe deeply and let go of all worries and concerns.

I am safe and protected and I can let go and fall asleep peacefully.

I am surrounded by love and positivity which fills me up and helps me rest.

I love myself just as I am today.

I let go of all negative thoughts and emotions and focus on positive and uplifting ones.

I am worthy of sleep,

Restful and rejuvenating sleep.

I am free from worry,

Stress and anxiety.

I let go of all worries and let go of all the tension in my muscles and I drift off into a peaceful sleep.

I choose to be kind to myself.

It is natural for me to love myself.

I am grateful to be the person I am.

I trust my body to do what it needs to do while I sleep and I surrender to the healing power of rest.

I am surrounded by a soothing and calming energy that helps me heal.

I am worthy and I love each part of myself.

I release all negative thoughts and emotions from my mind and I welcome peaceful and positive ones.

I appreciate all the ways that I am unique.

I release all worries about the future and I trust that everything will be okay.

I release all tension in my mind and body and I let go of all worries and concerns and relaxed in all situations.

And now I'm going to repeat these phrases again one by one so that they stay in your subconsciousness.

Each of these phrases in this meditation will be recorded more intensely and in the near future only happiness,

And by practicing them more often you'll be a person with greater courage,
