Hey everybody,

It's Pika.

Thank you so much for joining me.

Tonight we're going to work on a meditation that will help you to manifest what it is that you want.

So the law of attraction says you need to hold a thought for 17 seconds in order to start manifesting.

We're going to see if we can't do that for a little bit longer.

Okay?

So as always,

Get into a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying on your back.

And let's walk you through the deep relaxation portion of our meditation.

All right?

Let's start with three deep breaths.

So deep breath in through your nose.

And a sigh out through your mouth.

Once again,

In through your nose.

And sigh out through your mouth.

Last one.

In through your nose.

And sigh out through your mouth.

So let's send our focus all the way down to our toes.

And start from our toes all the way up.

Your toes,

I want you to stretch them.

Stretch them as much as you can.

And now scrunch them up.

You probably feel your toes crack.

Scrunch them up tighter.

Hold it.

And relax.

Lower your ankles from side to side.

And we'll move up to our calf muscles.

So I want you to point your toes so it tightens up your calf muscles a little bit.

Tighter.

Tighter.

And release.

Relax.

Moving up through your legs.

Right on your quads and your hamstrings.

Tighten up your leg.

Tighten up those muscles.

Just a little more.

And relax.

Lower your legs from side to side one more time.

And forget about it.

Slowly moving up towards your hips.

I want you to clench your buttocks.

Tighter.

Tighter hold it.

And relax.

Working on your abdomen.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and fill up your stomach.

Fill it up tight like it's full,

Tighter and let it rush out of your mouth.

One more time.

A deep breath.

This time fill your chest.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill your chest.

Hold it tight.

Tighter.

And let it rush out.

And relax.

Working on your shoulders.

I want you to bring your shoulders up to your ears.

Almost like it's holding your neck in place.

Tighter.

And release.

From here I want you to splay your fingers.

Now make a fist.

Slowly bring your arms up towards your shoulders.

Feel your bicep flex.

Tighter hold it real tight.

A little bit more.

And relax.

Find a comfortable position for your hands.

Have your palms face up.

And relax.

Let's work on our neck a little bit.

And once you roll your neck all the way up so you're looking at the ceiling.

If you're laying down,

Roll your neck back so you're looking toward the wall behind you.

Let it sit there just for a moment.

Gently I want you to roll your neck toward your shoulder,

Your right shoulder.

And feel that nice stretch along the other side of your neck.

And hold it just for a moment.

And roll it all the way to the other side,

Toward your left side.

And feel that stretch again.

Send to your head and relax.

This time I want you to turn your neck.

So turn all the way to the left side so your chin is facing over your right shoulder.

As far as it'll go.

Hold it,

Feel that stretch again.

From looking over your right shoulder I want you to dip your chin and make a half moon across your chest toward your left side.

You should be facing over your left shoulder instead.

Here as close to the ground as possible.

And hold it.

Slowly return your head to center and relax.

Take a deep breath and I want you to fill your cheeks out.

Fill them out nice and big like you're making faces like you're a little child.

Fill your cheeks up nice and big.

Hold it tighter and slowly let it rush out of your mouth.

Open your mouth wide.

As wide as it'll go,

Stretch your mouth.

Feel that in your jaw.

And relax.

Let's work on our eyes a little bit.

Open your eyes,

Center your eyes.

We're going to do our clockwise and counterclockwise motions.

So slowly roll your eyes up towards where the 12 o'clock position would be on a clock.

And we'll start with clockwise.

You ready?

So from 12,

Slowly roll your eyes over to 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7,

8,

9,

10,

11,

And back to 12.

Center your eyes and close them just for a moment.

All right,

Ladies,

Open your eyes one more time.

Let's go back up to the 12 o'clock position and do the opposite motion.

So starting with 12.

Let's roll our eyes towards 11,

10,

9,

8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

And back to 12.

Center your eyes and close.

Relax.

I'd like you to bring your palms together and rub them together very hard so you can create some friction and some heat.

I want you to feel that nice heat between your palms.

A little bit faster.

Push your palms together as tight as you can.

Feel that heat.

You see the heat generate.

And with your eyes closed,

I want you to release your hands and cup them over your eyes.

I want your eyes to take in that dark warmth from your hands.

Let the muscles around your eyes relax as they absorb that heat.

And as the heat fades from your hand,

I'd like to bring your fingers down toward your eyelid and gently rub out toward your temples,

Just gently.

Okay.

Return your hands to that resting position.

Take a deep breath,

And I want you to yawn.

One more time,

A deep breath,

And yawn.

Mentally I want you to go over your body,

So starting with your feet,

Just check.

Feet are relaxed.

Bells,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

Stomach,

Chest,

Arms,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Head,

Face,

Eyes.

Continue breathing.

If you find there are any parts of your body that feel a little tension,

Just do a quick tense and release to bring it back to that relaxed state.

And when you're ready,

Let's begin the meditation.

Tonight,

I want you to manifest.

So let's create within our minds everything that you seek.

I want you to find a thought of what it is you want most.

I want you to find that feeling,

That feeling you would have if you had what it is that you want most.

How would you feel?

Would it be exciting?

Would it be very loved?

Would it be supportive?

Would you feel safe,

Secure?

Hold that feeling for a moment.

Smile because you have what it is you want.

Now slowly I want you to think about the details.

What does your dream look like?

Is it a person,

A place,

A thing?

I want you to slowly look over that idea,

That picture in your mind.

Is it warm where you are?

Are you comfortable?

Are you happy?

If it's a person,

I want you to think about how it would feel to be in that person's presence,

To have that person in your life.

I don't want you to think about a face,

No details like that,

But just how you would feel if you had what it is you want.

The perfect relationship,

What would that feel like to you?

The universe deals in energy.

Feelings are energy.

How would that feel to you?

If it's the perfect job,

Your own business perhaps,

How would it feel?

Would you feel rested,

Relaxed?

Would you feel confident,

Happy?

Would you feel like you had the space to do as you needed every day?

Focus on that feeling and smile as if you already have it.

If it is health,

I want you to focus on how it would feel to have that level of health that you are seeking.

You would be devoid of pain.

You would have energy for the day.

You would feel vibrant,

Happy,

Comfortable in your own skin.

You would feel larger than life.

I want you to hold on to that feeling.

I don't want you to put numbers to it.

I don't want any weights.

I don't want any monetary numbers,

No numbers,

No details,

Just the feeling of the thing that you want,

Having already attained it.

Continue breathing.

Continue dreaming.

What would the ideal day look like with your dream come true?

Would you be glad that you understand what your body can and can't handle food wise?

Would you be glad that no one can tell you what to do when because you own your own business?

Would you be grateful that someone loves you as much as they love themselves?

They put you ahead of themselves like you put yourself,

I mean you put them ahead of yourself.

How would it feel?

Smile as you dream about these details.

Hold on to the feeling.

If you can clearly see yourself having this dream,

Living this dream day to day,

Every day,

You can surely manifest it into existence.

Forget about the details of how,

Who,

Why.

Consider the feeling of having what you want.

They say it only takes 17 seconds to start manifesting and here we are a couple of minutes in focusing on the feeling of having that which we need most,

We want most.

Feel that freedom to be you,

Unhindered,

No restrictions,

No rules,

Just being you.

Completely supported,

Completely loved,

Just being you.

How marvelous it would be to have your dream come true.

Don't worry about how,

Don't worry about the steps it takes to get there right now.

Just feel that you have it.

It's yours,

It's done.

You won.

Feel that feeling,

Bask in that feeling.

Enjoy the feeling.

Keep breathing and slowly watch over your body.

Make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed.

Don't worry this moment of happiness,

Of bliss,

Of freedom,

Of love.

Continue breathing.

Continue breathing.

Now slowly with your hands I want you to start your wake up stretch.

However you want,

However you feel,

Slowly wake your body up.

Start with your hands,

Stretch,

Curl up if you need,

Slowly wake your body up.

Take a deep breath in and yawn.

Continue to stretch,

However you feel the need to stretch.

And when you're ready,

If you're laying down come to a seated position.

If you're already seated slowly open your eyes and remember how it felt to have what you want.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

I really find this to be a new way to relax. Liked it. During the feeling part I was facing difficulty to how it feels when my dream comes true. Was wondering if I have never experienced it how will I feel it at all? Can you please help?

This is actually an excellent relaxation body scan followed by a period of imagining and staying with the feelings of what you want to manifest. I liked her gentle voice very much ..be great to have a similar body scan where you just drift off the sleep or rest afterwards, rather than having to wake up. 🙏🙏☀️☀️
