I ran this live session on the 6th of June 2022 to show you how to work through a crisis, a transition period in your life, or a spiritual awakening. It can be tricky, it can be scary, if you are confused about who you are or where your life is going, listen to this. I have been through this many many times, so I hope this audio will give you something to help you move forward. If you were impacted by this talk, message me, I have a free article that I can send you that may help.

I never spoke about like oh I feel awkward in situations.

I used to just muster this thing like this cover-up story or like pretend it didn't exist.

I thought I'm the only one who feels this and then I then the internet came and I started googling things and realized oh oh there's a there's people from some places in the world oh it's like this ah okay but nevertheless I didn't really talk to anyone about it.

So guys you said yes how does that feel?

You don't even have to share in the chat but just internally how does that feel to know other people including me who's here to guide has experienced all this stuff anxiety social anxiety questioning who I am questioning the world questioning the world and that's why I wrote this topic today of existential crisis who am I why am I different freaked out I tried to fit in for my whole life spent a long time of my well spent all of my life trying to fit in and feeling like something was wrong with me so I got a fit in I got a mold to the world then these questions came up like you know what do I want to do with my life I don't actually want to be like everyone else it's like this turning point occurred and my first existential crisis if we call it that is I think it was when I was around 24 or 25 people these days have put a term on it called quarter-life crisis and it's kind of like when you you think like is my life just gonna be I find a partner get a mortgage and then just pay off that house and work in an office for my whole life I started thinking like is this life why is everyone around me talking about it striving for it doing it why don't I feel okay with that so I doubted myself am I going crazy or is this something I want to explore so tell me you felt like that have you looked at the script of life and thought I don't I don't know I'm not really okay with that I don't die into it or have you been like ah this script of life is okay because this is this is almost the other side and this is how I'm thinking about it now this these things are okay but I also want more out of life I don't just want that stuff that doesn't feel like a liveness doesn't feel like I'm living so tell me in the chat we experienced this feeling and for me it created a ton of a ace let's say first but a space that didn't feel nice it felt lonely it felt like it's comforting felt kind of like I'm in a dark room and I'm falling I don't know why that came to mind but that dark room but I'm falling can't even see where I'm falling you've got nothing to hold on to you then this occurred for me many times I went and did some traveling around the world awesome I saw the world so I saw different cultures I was like there's something outside of this construct of life wow it's so beautiful but then I came back and I saw this again and I felt this again who am I what do I do with my life where do I go from here I've gone to this place oh now what oh I've got enough finances I thought that's what I wanted but now I've got it now what oh I thought I wanted to see every country oh I saw some cool country now what oh I thought I wanted to have an amazing physique and health now what it's like these questions come up now what where do I go what was my part and that's how I described this existential crisis is this whole picture of life it's a beautiful thing I I believe it's a beautiful thing maybe it doesn't feel that way for you if you're in it right now maybe it feels very confusing I know I felt physical pain when I've been through these processes many times so you guys tell me in the chat tell me how does it feel how does it feel to have these these moments of awareness when you're like where do I go with life what what's my next direction I don't what's my part I can do this I can do that I can go here and it's like there's not the clarity or the confidence sometimes how does it feel guys put it in the chat just so I can learn from you guys as well because I know this experience very well I coach people on this experience a lot I always want to learn how does it show up for people kind of bodily sensations occur my thoughts what are the actual thoughts that occur because I'm telling you this is a beautiful thing but it doesn't feel that way sometimes right you thanks for sharing guys some looking through the chat a sling mortgage-paying successful friends yeah seems like everyone else has got like oh they've got their part in life and you know especially for single people it's even even worse sometimes oh these people are together their partnership I'm not that feeling sucks right I know that feeling is sucks they got there together they're gonna buy a house together they're gonna have kids oh what the hell am I doing I know that feeling it doesn't feel nice right you feeling nervous scared excited also confused anxiety so much anxiety is scary yes yeah single and always being put down for it yeah yeah you're you're Asian like me so I can probably relate a lot my mom tells me stuff like that all the time Emily says should should have yeah exactly you people who don't understand what you've been through yeah it's another thing is when we have try and have these conversations with people sometimes sometimes it we don't get what we need from those conversations because you know this is human psychology you talk to someone about your challenges and then they might turn it around on them and say oh yeah me too and oh no it's okay and they'll try and convince you of their way of seeing the world they're not really listening to you and what's happening to you and I'm not saying this is always the case but I'm just saying this is how in general humans work that's how we that's how we're built to look at ourselves when we hear something we hear something or we see something and we use that as information to compare to ourselves that's just how it works so sometimes these conversations aren't that useful sometimes they are if you meet like-minded people if you meet these these kind of communities or these groups of these people that get it that understand it you yeah this is the whole thing about there's a whole thing with humans of we're trying to protect our own beliefs whenever someone talks to us or say something we take that as meaning against us anything so you say oh I'm feeling confused about life I don't know where to go they're hearing how does this mean what does this mean for me this is how I see it this is what I'll tell you based on what I would do oh you should do this sometimes it's not as useful and I learned all of that stuff when I was training to be a coach right like how how do you have a useful conversation that helps a person rather than just throw my stuff in someone's face so sometimes it's hard to find ways to get what you need right I get it and it's most of the time most of the time we just want to be listened to we want to be heard seen we heard and seen you know it's okay and I'll tell you straight up I'm listening I'm seeing you and it is okay it is okay if you're having a crisis you're wondering where you're going the first step is it's okay I like I said at the beginning I think is beautiful you might not feel that way I know I wouldn't feel that way when I'm feeling horrible but what I've learned through my experience with this is that when something feels uncomfortable when there's something you're being summoned to or something inside he's calling to something it's almost like something's emerging from this from the ocean it's like something's emerging from the ocean wanting to come out and there's a way to nurture it to let it out almost like a flower that wants to grow that's what the crisis the discomfort the confusion is demanding from you it's demanding from you to nurture it even though it doesn't feel nice that's what I ended up doing well I can find all of these things that I think I'm looking for oh I want to find you know like like a perfect body oh I want to have a great body am I really looking for confidence in myself so why don't I just work on that oh let me go and find let me just date woman or just look for relationships I'm just looking for connection so why don't I just work on connection to myself as well so when these crises is occur I believe is something being called that we have to navigate navigate and listen to it sucks because it's like it's like if I was gonna tell a plant to not grow if I was gonna say plant you cannot grow anymore I'm you're not allowed to grow it really wants to grow I'm not allowing it to grow I I with my intellect my mind I'm getting in the way of the plant growing by overthinking judging by all of this this noise plant wants to grow I have to get out that way so when these crises is occur it's hard to even put into words sometimes but you have to allow the insight to come through and you have to listen in and say what is what am I looking for well I really looking for right now is one part the second part I'd call and I dare I say these words dare I say the words spiritual awakening dare I say it because these words are tainted somewhat in the world with all the noise out there right now and that's my that's me projecting what I see right I'm not saying that's absolute truth that's a projection of what I see in the spiritual teachers community this word these two words spiritual awakening can it feels like feels like some kind of like like sexy process this sexy cool thing that happens these days I'm having is I'm I'm awakened I had this moment when I was in Thailand and I awakened and it was beautiful you know you meet those people who who make it sound all sexy and fun at this moment when I was in in this full moon party and I had an awakening process and I did a pose like a like a dolphin to to show how amazing it was felt it that's not how it always is that's not how it always is awakening is awakening this awakening process can sometimes not feel good and I think when someone really is awakening I don't know how it can feel good like it can feel good in terms of I see more is insightful wow I'm seeing the world so differently but as soon as you go deeper as soon as you realize ah well I gotta do something about this now because I don't want this I don't want to just stay how I was then all that resistance comes up so seeing possibilities insight a vision opening your world that's first place and that's usually when this existential realizations occur who am I oh I can do these things oh wow I'm actually cooler than I thought ah there's something exciting in the air but then when you get deeper into it you're like I don't even know if I recognize parts of myself anymore I don't even know if I want to do this job anymore and even though if I enjoy this partner I'm with anymore I don't even know if I want to do these habits I'm doing and then where am I going in life I was just in the routine now where am I going in life what's next do I just continue in this routine until I die these are the questions that come up in the crisis I think anyway because we're seeing the world with more possibilities we see it's possible to live to a high level then routine so it's enlightening and beautiful but with that greater intelligence comes greater possibilities meaning greater what do I do what I do with this possibilities right so I'm gonna pause there that's my definition of a existential crisis and I should I've recorded this so I'm gonna save that down somewhere that's my definition tell me in the chat what's coming up for you guys tell me more about what you found challenging about this and I'm gonna the next portion of this session I'm gonna talk about how to navigate it what to do now you're here how to feel into it but for now on a pause on a pause slow down yeah just be you see what insights come through for you I'm gonna say less leave you in that space where you're not listening to me anymore you're listening to your intuition what's coming through for you after the first however long you've been here it's your insight was your takeaway so far feel into it you here in the chat few words sentence close your eyes if you want for a moment who are you where is your life going what is like who are you where is your life going is life Take a moment.

Whatever you want in the chat.

Keep sharing guys.

Stay in uncomfortable silence.

I'm okay with that.

Yeah.

Some people are really scared to be in silence.

That's when all the thoughts rush in.

Be with them.

That's great.

Loving that the insights are coming through guys.

I'm going to start reading through them in a moment.

That's ultimately what meditation is.

Being in silence.

Letting things come through.

Feeling it.

Not reacting very quickly.

Instead of having a bit of space.

Space.

We're made of space.

We live in space.

Everything space.

So a bit more space is always great.

Hope you enjoyed that space guys.

I want to start reading through the chat.

Let me know.

How was that space actually?

You guys tell me.

Feedback to me.

How was it for me to not talk for a moment?

To slow down my tone.

To leave you there.

Tell me how it was.

Yeah.

That comment that Miriam said.

Love everyone who shared and everyone who didn't.

Because even if you didn't share you were having insights.

I know.

I don't even know you but I know.

Something was happening in that silence.

Even if you don't know it yourself.

Telling you.

That's why the last pose in yoga is always Shavasana.

If you ever have the audacity to skip Shavasana.

You have screwed up everything.

I'm telling you that with this tone for a reason.

It's the most important.

No other pose is as important as Shavasana.

Because you're declaring surrender.

You're declaring to let go.

Do you know how important that is in this modern world?

To be in space.

So if you ever see anyone rushing their Shavasana and saying I've got to go.

This is the time we lie down.

They've messed up.

Tell them off.

That grinds my gears.

Tell them they're missing out.

So I want to read through.

Space is what we need more of.

In this world of tech.

ITech.

Rush.

Sometimes I'll be with a client and I will just stare them in the face.

And maybe nod sometimes.

Just so they simmer in it.

Because more and more insight comes when they're in the silence.

I don't need to keep talking.

When I see them look up like this.

I'm like okay I got to shut up right now.

They're in their zone.

And that's taken a lot of practice I'll be honest.

But now I realise.

And I realise if I can slow myself down I get more intelligent.

So let me read through guys.

I'm going to see what I've found.

Or you've found sorry.

And I've found through your findings.

Finding it hard to find community.

Even one person.

Whoa here's one person.

Here you go.

One person is here and there's also a load of other people there.

So feel free to connect people here.

I think you can click on people and I don't know how it works.

But I'm sure you can connect to people on here.

You can connect to me.

You can send me a message.

Tons of people will come to my events and then they'll find me and they'll send me a message.

And I love that.

I invite that.

I want you to do that.

Tell me what you got from today.

Tell me what you want to work on.

I'll send you a link to something.

I've sent people documents that I've made.

Articles.

Five ways to challenge overthinking.

I've made all this stuff just so I can give it to someone whenever they have a need.

I made a resource library just so anyone is ever in need of something.

Confidence Raj.

How do I?

Oh OK I've got something.

Or I'll send you a voice note.

Whatever.

Right.

So I can help.

Oh I'm having challenges with my partner.

I got something for you there.

Someone called me a soul doctor the other day and I was like ah maybe I should brand that.

But yeah it's a bit of a weird title for me.

I don't know if I'll call myself that.

But feel free to reach out.

Do not sit in silence.

That's what I did for my whole life.

Try to prove myself to be someone different or better than these challenges.

And crush it.

You know that mentality.

Doesn't make sense.

I had a moment of awake smiling just now.

Say 11.

Awake smiling?

You cried for days.

Yeah so you realised you were judging yourself.

Mmm.

Yes that's huge.

Thanks for sharing that.

It's like we catch ourselves out.

Like catching a little kid going in the cookie jar.

We catch ourselves out.

We're like ah I'm in my ego or I'm in my in the voice that tells me that I'm not good enough.

I'm in a victim mode.

It's usually that one.

I'm in a victim mode.

The world is against me.

They did this to me.

Powerless state.

Happens to all of us.

Me too.

Catching yourself out.

If you can catch yourself out quicker you're getting free from the mind.

The mind is not abusing you anymore.

OK.

Challenging is making decisions.

Yes.

When you have these moments where you realise more possibilities.

You have these existential moments like who am I?

I'm capable of this.

I can do this.

I have so many possibilities.

It's so scary to make decisions because you can see so many ideas and things you could do.

A lot of what I'm doing.

You know I work with people who are in this mindset of possibility right.

They see things.

Sometimes all of this creativity they have burns them because they don't know where to go with it.

What do I do with all this energy?

A lot of the time I'm just helping them turn the lamp into a laser and start.

OK.

Oh let's go here.

Let's go down.

Oh here.

OK there.

OK.

OK.

OK.

OK.

OK.

Slow down.

OK.

Now let's go there.

OK.

Slow down.

Now let's go there.

If you can do that you get to use this energy and it doesn't turn against you.

Again that's one of the things one of the ways to navigate your existential crisis is knowing where to go next.

What's your next step?

Having clarity on that.

And I'm not going to say it's easy but it's simple.

You just go where your present moment energy is taking you.

When we think too much in the future the course is challenging.

We start moving right now actively.

Now we're active.

We're not in a frozen ice cube of thought.

It's like we're being in it.

It's like we're literally in an ice cube when we're paralyzed by thinking.

We're not moving forward.

We're not moving anywhere.

We're just in this ice cube of thinking.

And our head hurts.

And I don't want to talk to anyone because I'm an ice cube.

I don't talk to people.

Ice cubes don't talk.

I'm just in my head.

I don't want to be in that world.

I'm just in my head.

And this is another thing that can occur when you have these existential crises or whatever you want to call it.

Awakenings.

It's not all pretty.

But it's liberating.

Because there's so many options of what you can do with your life now.

Okay,

More comments.

I hope this is useful guys.

I'm kind of riffing.

Like I riff everything.

Whenever I run a session I riff the whole thing.

I ask you guys things.

You put things in the chat.

I say some stories.

And try and support as much as I can.

So tell me if it's useful so far.

Okay,

I'm going to look through some of the chats.

Chat messages I mean.

I might not get to all of them but I'm just going to pick some.

So if I don't pick yours it's not anything against you or your comment.

I'm just going off intuition.

That's probably where enlightenment comes from.

The difficulty.

There's this story and I might butcher this a little bit but that's fine.

And all of the gods were having a meeting saying where should we hide the truth and the secret of life.

That feeling where you feel home and content and good,

Blissful.

The bliss state.

Where should we hide this?

We can't let humans have this.

It might cause chaos.

Where should we hide all the secrets?

The first god said hide it in the highest mountain.

The other gods were like they'll eventually get there.

They'll be smart these humans.

They'll get the technology.

Other gods said let's hide it in the deepest oceans.

They'll never get there.

Of course they said no they will someday find it.

So what do we do?

I know said this tiny little god.

I don't know why he's tiny but this is how the story goes.

Maybe for impact.

The tiny god came walked through the crowd and said put it in a place they'll never look.

Where do you think he said to hide it?

Put it in the chat.

Where did he say to hide it?

See if anyone has heard this before.

Read it inside.

Exactly.

Inside the depths of them.

That's the only place they can find this.

The depths of them.

I don't have a drill.

I can't get a drill and put it inside myself.

I'll kill myself.

Of course it's difficult to find this thing.

It's not in physical form.

It's not something I can grab or use my intellect to get to.

Intellect takes me further away from it.

My mind,

My thinking.

Takes us much further away from the truth,

From our wisdom,

From our intelligence.

Only way is deep inside within.

We can call the spirit or our deepest wisdom.

Inner self.

I don't know what terms you guys use.

Whatever you want you choose the term but I think you're getting at what I'm saying.

Hide it deep inside.

So whatever we call this term enlightenment,

Peace,

Love,

It is difficult.

Because it's covered in a lot of stuff.

But it's not like one of these things where you look at a guy and say,

Oh Buddha.

Oh,

There's a guy called Buddha.

He's the only guy there.

He talks about this cool stuff and it's so interesting to study and to learn about these stories of Buddha in these woods.

It's so fun this story.

It's not a story.

It's not a fairy tale.

This is something for all humans to work on.

It's just who we are.

Underneath everything.

So if you're giving these thoughts of where am I going in life.

That means something has switched on.

It's like the bat signal.

You know Batman had that bat signal he put into the sky.

The bat signal switched on.

You see it.

You can see it in the sky.

You feel it.

Bat signals on.

When you're having crisis's,

Who am I?

Where do I go?

What do I do with my life?

Bat signals on.

You're being called.

Do you just want to stare into the sky and say,

Oh,

I wonder where the bat signal?

What do I do with this?

Let me avoid it.

Let me wear a hat.

So I don't have to see it.

Let me let me avoid it.

Let me let me pretend that I'm not feeling uncomfortable.

Let me call it a condition.

I even think sometimes that things like anxiety are caused when we're just being called to be more of ourselves.

I don't think it's a bad thing anymore.

Anxiety can be a result of us being called to move into peace.

How beautiful would that be?

If all of this stuff that people have put out there on anxiety is being just an expression of someone stepping into who they are.

But they're just in the challenging part of it where they haven't gotten through it or figured it out yet.

So it feels like challenging bodies,

Tense,

Thinking a lot.

I think that's the stage.

That's my experience.

I'm not saying this is absolutely true.

Just what comes through for me.

OK,

What else am I seeing in the comments?

Let me scroll up.

It does feel like depression sometimes.

Yes,

It does.

It's horrible.

It's horrible.

So it's like,

Have you ever worked out and you've really stretched your muscles out and it's like,

This feels so painful.

Or have you ever had a massage?

I had this recently in Morocco.

I had a Turkish massage.

It wasn't one of those cute Turkish massage where they give you and you feel good.

This huge guy comes out.

I'm in this local vibe kind of place.

Public almost.

Actually it was public.

In just this public bath.

Huge guy comes out.

He's like,

Get on the floor.

And I'm like,

OK.

And then he just grabs me and he pulls my neck.

He grabs my leg.

He's doing wrestling moves on me.

He's literally,

It was so painful.

So painful.

Afterwards,

I felt amazing.

I don't know what the hell he did there,

But he pulled something out.

I haven't felt that way in ages.

So it was painful.

Didn't feel nice.

How can it be so different in the way our minds work?

Because our minds are also feeling pain.

They're creating pain in our bodies.

On the other side of that,

Once you can get past that,

It's like,

I am.

So if you're in that place of pain,

I'm just telling you there's a next stage to look forward to.

Maybe you're not there yet.

That's OK.

But I'm just telling you so you know there's a next part of this chapter that you can get to.

And I think things like depression occur when we just don't know where to go in life.

We don't know the direction.

We don't know what to do next.

Ice cube.

We're stuck.

We're frozen.

So how would it be if you had a part,

Had a direction?

Who would you be?

Who would you be if you had a purpose,

A part,

A direction?

If you had clarity?

Put it in the chat.

Who would you be if you were getting past this stage of confusion?

Who am I?

Where am I going?

And you had purpose,

Part,

Clarity.

Something to hold on to,

Something to work on.

What would it be like?

Lisa says.

I've lost it.

Too many responsibilities and want more freedom,

Joy and rest and connection.

Yes,

That's a beautiful combination.

Freedom,

Joy,

Rest and connection.

So Lisa,

How do you create more of that?

What's stopping you?

I know you said you have too many responsibilities,

But let's play with what you do have,

The time you do have.

How can you create more freedom,

Joy,

Rest and connection?

And this is how I would coach someone.

I'll say,

How can you have it?

So it's not this thing you desire and you can't have.

With the time you have,

How can you have it?

How can you create it into the world?

That's my challenge to you.

Write it down,

Explore.

How can you create it,

Lisa?

In Nimesha,

How can you create it?

What would it mean?

What's the success criteria?

How do you know you've got freedom and joy?

What would be a vehicle towards that?

Write those things down.

And then the next part is like just working towards making that happen,

Making it a reality.

So it's not a it's no longer in the world of idea is in the world of you're actively working on it.

And sometimes there's inner shifts that have to occur,

Right?

Of course.

Sometimes you can make this stuff happen.

You can be an active participant in this.

Eleven says,

I'm OK,

There's nothing wrong with me.

I always thought there was something wrong with me.

Yeah,

Me too.

Sometimes cry about this.

I sometimes cry about this.

That's me being very vulnerable with you.

Sometimes cry with realization that I used to think something was so wrong with me.

I just burst into tears thinking.

I really thought there was something wrong,

But there isn't.

How wonderful is that?

That realization,

That insight.

That nothing's actually wrong.

I'm just navigating what my spirit has opened up to.

I'm navigating the possibilities now.

And that can be challenging because there's so many possibilities.

And you're leaving the norm and the routine of what life should be and what parents say should be,

What friends are doing and what that couple's doing.

And that person has kids.

That person's doing really well.

It's like breaking out of that can be challenging.

But then when you have this autonomy and you realize,

I want that.

OK,

How do I get that?

Do I want that?

What do I want?

OK,

I want this.

OK,

How do I get that then?

Do I really want that?

It's like taking complete ownership.

And that's,

I think,

What is demanded when these existential moments occur,

Complete ownership.

Knowing yourself,

You know,

Like,

What do I want?

Is that what I really want?

It's in the way.

Sometimes a lot of thinking is in the way.

Sometimes it's an exercise of peeling layers away rather than adding things.

And I often notice when we peel layers away.

We're content.

When we have less,

Less thinking.

More calm.

Then we can operate from this state of being,

Which is just clearer.

Without ego involved or lack or fear driving the car.

Imagine being in a car with fear driving the car.

You're in the back seat.

Fear is just driving like a maniac.

Running all the stop signs.

Police are chasing fear.

You're in the back seat saying,

Hey,

Don't do this.

Like,

Why are you doing this?

Why are you driving so fast?

Why are you driving so fast?

Taking the wheel from this calm spirit.

It's a whole different driver.

So if any insights occur when I say sentences or words.

Give yourself a moment.

Let it hit.

Write it down if you want.

I'm not saying it is occurring,

But if it does,

Write it down.

Because one insight can change everything.

Slight change in the way you see the world can change everything.

I'm going to read through a few more comments,

Guys.

Time is very swift today,

It seems.

Through my ramblings.

Hope it's been useful.

Go through a few more comments and then we're probably going to end in shortly,

Let's say.

You guys are very interactive.

That's what I love.

We already have everything we need.

Express it.

Own it.

Yes.

Cynthia is on fire.

I don't even know you,

But just that comment was powerful.

Nice one,

Cynthia.

Love it.

Sometimes it's challenging to separate my own feelings.

No,

To separate from.

Where's it gone?

My own feelings and see things clearly.

OK.

Yeah,

It is.

I sometimes actually do this exercise with people when I guide them through.

And I get them to separate from themselves.

Looking at themselves like a movie.

Looking at themselves from loving eyes,

From your parents eyes,

From someone else's eyes.

So you can do that as a practice,

Kat.

I think all of this stuff is a practice.

It's active practice.

None of this stuff is like,

Oh,

It's easy to get.

I honestly think it's a training that we have to undertake for change to occur.

You know,

With precision in what we're doing,

Not just doing the standard meditation and meditation to calm down and standard exercise and foods.

Like my whole thing is doing this whole thing with absolute precision,

With your foods are chosen specifically,

Your movement,

Your meditations are done with purpose for a reason.

For something you're working on.

Everything is tailored.

Everything is created for a reason.

Then you get much faster results.

Because it's like your whole system is geared towards,

Oh,

I want to be more confident.

Your whole being is geared towards confidence.

Oh,

I want to be more fiery and expressive.

OK,

Let's create your life around that.

I want to be more calm and peaceful.

I just want to be grounded.

OK,

Let's let's create that too.

Like a character preparing for a movie just like that.

You know,

Dwayne Johnson,

For example,

When he wanted to be Hercules,

He started eating like 10 meals a day.

He changes calories.

But when he wanted to slim down,

He'll change it as well.

Right.

He'll do different things,

Different routines.

It's the same.

We're creating ourselves.

This world of personal development is exactly the same.

As like physique.

You just do things.

It's much more difficult.

I'll tell you that because it's not physical.

It's much more difficult,

But it's very similar and you have to have disciplines in place to create that person you want to be.

How long was I in crisis for?

Crisis keeps occurring for me,

But now I deal with it with I when it occurs for me now,

I'm kind of like,

Ah,

I know this feeling.

Oh,

Yeah,

I know this feeling.

I'm being summoned towards a greater level of my existence.

So when it first occurred.

I don't know how long it was.

Let's say six months.

I was in an office job.

I had finished a relationship at the time,

And I think that probably occurred during the crisis.

I don't know.

My weight was changing.

All this stuff occurred because of the crisis.

I was eating different foods.

I was saying yes to things.

I was all sorts of things were occurring.

It stimulated some change.

Even like the word crisis can be a I could even call it right now.

An opportunity for transformation.

That's what I'd call it now.

Opportunity means.

You can have something.

So you're in crisis.

What's the options?

Number one.

This means bad.

You go into worse states,

You do worse habits.

It goes downhill.

That's one way it can go.

Number two,

You just float.

You float around in crisis for years and years.

And I think I even had that actually.

Now I think about it.

You float around in crisis for years and years doing trying little things to try and make yourself feel better.

Oh,

Let me get a massage once a week.

Oh,

Yeah.

That that alleviates some of the tension.

Some of the tension for a moment.

I'll get a massage once a week.

Yeah.

Shoot myself.

And then next week,

Crisis is back.

Oh,

I'll go and eat some dessert.

Yeah.

Great.

Yeah.

I'll go in and drink.

Yeah.

Crisis is gone.

Yes.

Awesome.

And then it comes back.

So you can float around in crisis for years.

I think I was like I said,

I was floating around in crisis for years doing all these habits.

Or the third one is the opportunity to grow and develop.

That's the hardest road.

It's like the rocky road.

But it's not.

It's not that hard is what I'm trying to say,

Actually.

It seems hard.

Because it's almost like you don't see any other path.

But look,

There's the rocky road.

Let's go and climb that road.

So anyone feeling these crises or not sure what to do.

I want to straight up tell you.

You have to find that road.

Floating around is you know,

You're going to spend tons of money on massages.

Do you want to do that?

Why?

Oh,

I need to alleviate stress.

I have a lot of stress.

I need to have a massage.

What about the stress?

Where's that coming from?

Beat your body up.

Oh,

Great.

You feel good.

But what about the root cause?

That's what I'm here for.

Looking at root causes.

And I think that's that's what the I mentioned Buddha earlier.

And made him out to be someone famous.

But I also described he's not as famous as you think.

He's a description for what is possible for all of us.

He mentioned go to the root cause,

Not the surface level things.

What's the root of all of this?

Look at that.

That's my invitation to you.

Look for the root.

So invitation,

Guys,

If you're feeling any of this is resonating with you.

Drop me a message.

I'll send you something that will help you directly.

Like this.

There's been times where someone sent me a message and I've sent them one thing and their life has gone.

It's changed path.

So if you wish,

If there is some crisis you're going through or navigating.

My door is open.

Find me.

Message me and you will.

See some transformation.

Hopefully.

I'm not I don't know.

You know,

Let's see.

Let's see what occurs.

Let's see if you're willing.

I think there's a saying,

If you're willing,

Anything's possible.

If you're willing.

And what I mean by willing is you're willing to put aside your your mind,

Your thinking about what this means and just going for stuff.

If you're willing,

Drop me a message.

If there's something you're challenged by,

I will help you as much as I can.

We can have a conversation.

We can get on a call if you wish.

If we get to that stage.

I don't know if let's let's see what happens.

But like I said,

I can send you a bunch of things that can help.

So I'm on here.

Insight Timer.

My website is withraj.

Com.

Withraj.

Com.

With.

I think you can you get what I mean by that word with your with me.

Raj.

Com.

So just check it out.

You can send me a message there.

And I'm also on social media.

I make tons of videos every day of like my insights.

What am I learning?

I'm the coach teaching people,

Guiding people.

I'm also learning constantly.

I'm growing.

I'm expanding.

I want to expand.

I don't want to stop expanding.

I want to feel existential crisis is.

I want them to come more and more because it's a sign that I'm being called to the next level.

I can float around in the world of,

Oh,

I'm just going to float around in mediocrity.

Routine and discomfort,

Anxiety.

I can go get as many massages as I want.

Or I can look at what is being called for me.

That's the game I want to play.

And I want to challenge you to that,

Too.

It's fun.

I'll tell you that you feel alive.

I'll tell you that you'll feel more calm.

And your whole body is going to feel amazing.

You don't need the massage anymore now.

You're vibrating with joy.

What's the point of the massage?

So.

I want to leave it to that,

Guys.

You can tell I get into exciting flows and energy.

Get into trances.

I love to speak.

And if anyone wants me to come and speak somewhere,

This this is my request,

Almost.

Anyone wants me to come and speak somewhere at some of your communities,

Some of your meetings,

Wherever.

Also send me a message about that,

Because this is more of what I want to step into now.

So that's my request,

My kind and humble request to you.

If you want me to speak or you think there's a place I could speak that,

You know,

Of,

Tell me,

Message me.

Excites me.

All right,

Guys,

I'm going to brush up on the last few comments if I've missed anything.

See what you've got from today.

While I read,

See what you've got from today.

If you've stayed here for an hour.

We only get 24 of those in the day.

And if you sleep for 8,

16.

And let's let's assume you're doing something in the daytime and you're busy.

So let's say you really only get maybe.

Four hours of free time.

You spent an hour of that here.

Why are you here?

Why did you stay so long?

What did you get from this?

Love to hear some feedback in the comments.

What are you taking away from this?

What are you going to explore more?

How do you feel right now?

Love to hear guys.

Yes,

Feel free to reach out for sure.

Ice cubes don't talk.

Yeah,

That could be your takeaway.

I wish I wish I had like an assistant who just wrote down quotes for me.

I think one time this happened.

This lady came and she just started like writing quotes and sending them to me.

And I was like,

Wow,

This is pretty cool.

She wants to be my assistant.

Yeah,

Maybe I'll have an assistant someday.

So.

I think that's a possibility,

If you wish.

Floating hearts coming.

That's fun.

I appreciate the donation.

I've just seen that to Louisa is like a like my like the person that keeps donating every time she comes.

I love it.

Thank you,

Louisa.

Appreciate you.

And what else am I seeing?

I want to be an answer.

That's awesome.

But you're caring for someone.

Yeah.

This is where it like time mastery comes in because we we have to work with time in the end.

Time and energy.

So our resources.

So this is where I like to say to people,

How can you have your cake and eat it,

Too?

Where you can do it all.

You can care for people.

You can dance.

You can have an illustrious career.

You can be spiritual.

And go and meditate.

You can have all of that.

Doesn't have to be yogis go and live in a cave and successful people go and have stressful lives.

Doesn't make sense.

I this is what I believe and how I've created my life.

I want to have my cake and eat it,

Too.

I don't want to have to say I cannot have one thing because of another.

That doesn't make sense.

So if you want,

Nimesha,

Send me a message.

I'll give you a I'll give you a simple way to have your cake and eat it,

Too.

And it might just change your life.

Time mastery is something I've been playing with for many years.

I've been trying to figure out how do I use my energy and time.

And,

Yeah,

I play with a lot of stuff around this.

If anyone wants to know about that.

Yeah.

Message me.

Take away choosing how I want to react.

Choosing.

Exactly.

Like if you were in a dessert aisle,

You get to choose.

You want chocolate cake?

OK,

I'll have chocolate cake.

Choose.

Harder because it's automatic thinking.

But with the right level of awareness,

You can.

And knowing I'm not alone,

Says Eloise.

Yes,

That's beautiful.

You're not alone.

You're here.

This session impacted how I viewed the transition as a positive movement towards finding purpose.

Yeah,

Exactly.

That's what it is.

It can't be all rosy,

Right?

It's like if we if we got.

Let's say you got sick.

Your body.

It faced this pain,

But it's flooding your system with something to to work through that.

Right.

There's an intelligence behind it.

There's an intelligence when we have pain.

To oh,

Like.

What I do with this?

When it's matters of like growth and inner growth,

Inner expansion.

It hurts because the personality,

The ego,

The mind is clutching on to itself.

It wants to stay alive.

And here's what I'll leave you with.

Butterflies,

When they transition into being a no,

Sorry,

A caterpillar transitions into being a butterfly.

Do you know what that do you know what actually happens?

I didn't know this until recently.

They're literally dying inside the kun.

It's painful.

They're dying.

The cells are dying.

And what occurs is like a few little bubbles appear,

Which are the genes of the butterfly,

Like two or three bubbles appear,

But then the dying part destroys it.

The dying part's killing it constantly.

Saying no,

No,

No,

You can't have this.

You can't stay alive.

You can't even come alive.

But then more and more bubbles come.

More and more bubbles come.

More and more.

And then the dying part can't handle how much is occurring from the new part.

So the new part grows into a butterfly.

It's a horrible process for that caterpillar butterfly.

That's how it occurs.

I only learned that this week.

I'm going to start telling that more often.

OK,

Guys.

I'm going to leave it as that.

I think I don't see any more.

I see people talking about dance.

Dance is beautiful.

Doesn't matter who you are.

I'm not even a good dancer.

I'm one of those people who found dancing awkward throughout my whole life.

And I still do.

I'm honest.

But dancing is fun.

Dancing is a great way to express yourself.

And actually,

It's so funny because I meet a lot of I don't know why,

But I meet a lot of people,

Even my clients who want to dance more and they're interested in dance.

It's like.

Expressive people seem to come into my life.

I don't know why.

So it's great to see you guys talking about dance.

All right,

Guys.

Lovely for having you here.

Hope you got something from today.

And take I don't know why there's dogs barking outside,

But anyway.

This is probably the call to finish the session.

Hope you got something from today.

Write down your insights.

If I was working with you one to one,

I would tell you go for a walk.

Write down your insights.

What did you get from today?

Don't just let this slip and then you go back into Caterpillar.

The bubbles are occurring.

Do you want to stay Caterpillar or do you want to transition?

So write something down.

If you want,

You can send me your insights.

That's more even more accountability.

I'm not going to tell you.

I'm not here to control anyone or tell them what's right and wrong.

It's just a way for you to stay on it.

So keep growing.

Write down your insights.

Walk.

Do whatever you got to do.

Let the butterfly gene bubble up.

And I'll leave you with guys.

No meditation today.

No.

Just whatever we did today was beautiful.

I'll leave it as that.

And interesting because I'm in London right now.

I have a session tomorrow as well.

Tomorrow.

I don't usually do this.

I usually run a session every two weeks.

I've got one tomorrow.

I'm going to keep giving as much value as I can while I have time.

That's time mastery to me.

Using time effectively with the amount I have.

If I had less time and I was travelling more like I was recently,

I'm not going to be doing this.

That's how I see time.

Use it as a resource powerfully with what I have.

So we've got a session tomorrow.

Tomorrow is at 5pm London time.

Tomorrow at 5pm is all about confidence in yourself.

It's slightly similar today to today's.

But it's a bit different.

I'm going to be getting a bit more fiery with you perhaps.

Spark that confidence and clarity.

So how to find clarity and confidence in yourself.

That's what tomorrow is about.

So it could be almost a follow up from today.

So I challenge you.

If you came to today,

Come tomorrow.

And then you might not see me again for a few weeks.

This is the time where I'm giving value.

So if you have time,

Come along guys.

Either way,

Drop me a message about today's session and something you want to get,

Something you want to develop and I'll send you stuff.

Cool.

See you later guys.

Have fun.

Stay blessed.

And whatever you're going through is great.

I'm with you.

See you later.

You're welcome.
