These three sessions we have,

I'm calling it a mini series because today,

Tomorrow and Monday I'm just going to take you through what the Trimurti means and how you can start connecting with this in your life and I'll give you a bit of background as well like where's this come from for me so firstly the Trimurti represents three gods but I'm want to be very clear when I say this I'm not here to teach religion I'm not here to teach you theory and philosophies you can go and pick up a book and do that right if you really want to I want you to experience what they represent inside of you I don't want you to go and pray and idolize yeah that can be useful but that's not what this is for right rather I like to say the Trimurti are three energy forms that we have within us vibrations and here's an example of that right you can say sometimes you're feeling super like fearless and you're ready to take action you got some food sometimes you just want to chill and you're just like ah I'm feeling good in the moment sometimes you're really thinking about stuff and you get all this wisdom coming in different modes of operation we have right our potential let's just say and what I've done for some years now is because I was so challenged with my mind and my energy I had tons of anxiety I couldn't speak to people I was jealous of anyone that had confidence I was like why did they like why can't I have that and I was so curious like how the hell do I get out of my head it just why does it have to be so challenging for me to just go and you know just speak to people sometimes that was challenging for me why do I sweat and get tense and my body gets tense from like thinking too much worrying so I went on this path and made it my mission to figure this out for myself like why do I sometimes feel okay and sometimes not I really wanted to know right so I went down the path of all sorts of things firstly it was very physical focused so I became very interested in exercise and CrossFit and running heavy weightlifting that helped but it didn't really help it was like a band-aid as you guys say in the u.

Right band-aid bandage plaster so then I'm gonna make this long story short I've got into spirituality or maybe we can just call that energy work so I started learning about my my body and the energy system within right yeah we have this physical system neuroscientists will tell you this right you have a different mode using energy right things fire off I went deeper I went into the science behind it chakra system maybe you guys can relate to that to some level no anything about it I just knew okay I want to be calm I started experimenting and joined years read books and got into like Buddhism for a moment I got into all these personal development things like the power of now it blew my mind I was like whoa ego oh that's what I that's what this is ah cool ego yeah I had a thing for it now I could explain it as well so that book blew my mind and then I got more into it I got into the the practices of things like Kundalini yoga and stuff like that right which again I don't want to complicate and it's just words right let's just say I started using my breath and my body in single and that allowed me to get more present it allowed me to get more present firstly to slow down my mind my mind was like a racehorse slow it down and access more wisdom right so really what I want to share with you over these three sessions is what I have figured out to be useful for all humans it's just come to me now you know this like I know that these three sessions are gonna be useful for everyone because there's three ways that we can thrive in life and a bit more background I got into Zen for a while you know has anyone tried Zen meditation put a yes in the chat crazy stuff like you just sit there staring at a wall with your eyes open but it brings you a load of them awareness and I continued like breath practices and stuff like that which sparked a lot of energy inside me right life force just experimenting playing playing and trying things I didn't know what I was doing I was too ashamed to tell anyone I want some help because it was almost like a secret I don't want to tell people I'm doing this like weird spiritual yoga stuff there was some weird like block behind me but anyway I started moving past that and I realized that the three keys this is really fast forward now to now I realized that the three keys are number one higher consciousness a different way of seeing things wisdom and you I would say from my opinion that Zen and some forms of Buddhism are focused on that path of wisdom and it's a form called jnana yoga the jnana the wisdom because once you raise your consciousness and see things differently and you start thinking differently there's more clarity you can see from a higher point people say higher self that's what this is and me being me I like to know how things work I don't want to just like Oh higher self how do I how do I like experience that that's what I wanted to know I wanted to know everything about it so I learned I practice things incessantly and I realize that's number one very important raise your consciousness because then you're not out of your mind your your habitual patterns that you picked up through life and when you were three years old you're out of that there's no need to analyze everything you're just elevated that's number one that's what we're gonna be talking about today in a moment that's the focus of today the mind wisdom intelligence and I'm pointing here for a reason tomorrow is gonna be about heart soul right here you can't see it because the microphone is there but yeah right there and I had a blocked heart for a very long time and I didn't know it that's thing I just didn't know it I just knew that I was I got tense and angry and I felt defensive and when someone didn't reply to me or something like that I'd be questioning things and I'd be comparing myself to others and all sorts of stuff right I'd be having relationships that didn't work because I didn't have a heart I was just it was just wasn't present with me I was running around moving too much I didn't know what like the soul was the hell is a soul can't explain it it's only a felt experience so tomorrow is gonna be day two is gonna be all about the soul presence ultimate presence not needing to do anything not messing around just you're here connected to yourself to others relationship you know improving your relationships and with some higher thing that you believe in I'm not here to tell you what that is you can decide what that is for yourself so then when your heart opens when my heart opened so many things changed sometimes I'm working with a client and I help them open their heart and they they're messaging me after saying what the hell on like they're just blissful for no reason and they're smiling they're not comparing themselves anymore because there's so much potential when the heart's opened so that's something you're challenged by that's gonna be really for me let's just say and the last day Monday day three is gonna be about the fire within the creator that's the third part of the true multi the creator action doing stuff the fire that moves you forward and I associate this to the body because if your body's involved all of with all of this the body's involved right but I'm talking about your your bodily like fire inside you your body's involved you do stuff you have you ever woken up and tried to go for a run and then your mind is like no no no way no no no no no but then you put your shoes on and you go you've you've taken action so that is more about moving towards something more about the future and creating this because can't I realize this when I was on the spiritual journey it's not enough to just be nothing change or grow in your life it's just not even even a monk that's living in a monastery they're still moving towards something I'm thinking this about this to myself like what they're not moving towards anything well they are they're there to elevate themselves they're growing so we need that we need the fire inside then we feel alive we really feel alive so so intro what are your questions your insight you excited most about put in the before we go on to the mind today three is the magic number they say right and you know that song where it's like three is a magic number three has been occurring to me in different ways in like life I've just realized so many good things come in threes so here's a question a little game let's play say some things that come in threes that are that are good put it in the chat what's your best threes one I'm telling you right now is mind soul and body all right mind soul and body the classic one give me some more examples I want to see who wants to play this game and see what comes up see if you've got anything that I've not thought of yet what are some of your threes the past the present and the future the past the present in the future and that's that's also what these three days the mind past we saw stored from the past the present is the heart and the soul when we're here we're in the present blissful and the future is day three connecting to designing something making something happen the fire the action you see I've thought about this right so that's basically what we're gonna do we're gonna see if we can elevate above the past become blissfully present with love and we're gonna get some fire to design the future how fun is that and I realize this is all we need you know if you're looking at all different spiritual modalities and different personal development teachers saying this and that and that and that and it gets confusing come back to this as a starting block the primary colors are three right that's how I feel about this two three you can say you can say mind our intelligence the thinking day one day two is the feeling and day three is the doing all need to be together in sync yes I'm really good examples there the doshas morning afternoon evening Holy Trinity yes chakras exactly so again like even the way I've created this it relates to three parts of us higher self middle self and lower self so you see I've thought about this right it hit me I was like yeah this is it it hit me hard because these three things in Hinduism is also known as the three knots so you think about a knot if you had a hosepipe and you had a knot in your hosepipe the water is not gonna flow is freely right that's what this is this the three knots that's ultimately what the tree Murti in Hinduism represents the three knots we have in certain points in our body in our energy system so you loosen the knots and things just flow much better so I hope that's making sense the in-breath the out-breath the between breaths so three is powerful I'm telling you if you really get into this you're gonna start seeing three everywhere so ultimately they all have to be one it's a one thing in even in a Hinduism they say is it's they're just one there's three representations of the gods of the energies of these knots but it's all one they have to exist with each other even if you go into Taoism the yin and the yang is a one right one is destruction and one is creation this is like if you if you go into oneness with your life harmony then anything's possible yes three water shapes I like that one too yeah exactly you guys are good at this anymore I don't even thought it's green light yellow light red light yeah any reflection so far or any question so far before I continue into talking about the mind of the first one and I invite you to listen like just listen freely like you're listening to music not listening to try and confirm everything you know so far not listening to like try and write stuff down and try too hard just just listen just just feel it and be open to what comes through right I'm not saying I'm I'm I'm like all-knowing I'm just sharing what I think has been useful for me my client in the world so I always like to say imagine you're going to a buffet there's everything there and you get to choose what you take right and I'm always one of those people who tries everything and has a full plate and I'm like oh okay let me just see everything now don't know about you guys all right so and think of questions as we go along that you can ask and you can just throw them in the chat at some point before we continue let's do a little practice to get company or space and just being aware of your breath not trying to do anything with it just listening you notice how the in-breath comes in on his own and the out-breath goes out on his own feeling if moving through you in your breath the mind we having thoughts right now but that's okay let it and just focus on your breath feel your connection to the earth below you in your feet the ground holding you giving you life sinking to the ground now feel your connection to the sky above you the heavens the universe the dark space above lifting you up helping you fly now feel your heart right in the center of your body beating in between the ground and the sky your heart center picture somebody you love in your heart center and breathe you you below the above and your center all together as one find a smile inside yourself and then smile some more and smile some more and take some deeper breaths start moving your fingers and toes get ready to come back to the session where we're here together first tell me how you feel in the chat compared to before is there any change common sense feel like a baby angel that made me laugh really good use of language and I think most of you guys know I'm very very visual and sensitive to energy so yeah I get hit when you said baby angel more connected to my body great Andrew so calm says Ruth you see in like space of five minutes if you allow yourself to be guided by me or by someone or yourself if possible just something gets transmitted into you and that's ultimately what I'm trying to do when I guide these things I'm trying to transmit this through this microphone through your speaker deep into you so I'm glad that some of you guys are feeling that receiving the transmission let's just say awesome feel wonderful more grounded in my heart so you see what's occurred your consciousness has been raised now you're more in the here and now so if now I was to ask you a question such as tell me your story you'd probably say something completely different to what you would have said before because you're feeling more lighter now more centered what if I said to you what did you like to do when you were younger what did you really love to do put some comments in the chat box guys what did you love to do tell me a bit about your past and this is me diving into our today's session of the mind of changing our perspective on things higher higher wisdom right so tell me what you used to love to do when you were younger if your parents said oh yeah yeah Tammy always used to do this or Andrew was always like this what would they say mine would have said Raj used to love playing computer games that's what I used to love to do so love playing computer games dance around in my room swim in the sea books handstands and cartwheels were very active it sounds like yeah sometimes some of my clients I've asked them this I've kind of gone through these sessions with them in detail one of them has said things like I was in the choir or um I was like extremely active or I used to lead communities when I was younger and I'm like whoa that's some awesome stuff roller skating swimming writing stories swinging on the monkey bus always making things interesting so let's take Millie as an example here if Millie said this to me in a conversation and she was in front of me I'd say to Millie well you are always making things when you were younger how does that show up in your life right now Millie this way of always making things how does that show up for you right now and if you wish Millie you can share with the group let me see what other people are saying Jude says explore and get messy learning about things hands-on discovery Judy tell me how that shows up for you right now in your life are you still getting and having discoveries and stuff like that messy learning kata you climb tree you were climbing trees and you outside with friends and you least they love to color indoors how is that coming through for you right now are you still doing that kind of stuff maybe in a different form but is that energy of climbing trees and loving to do you like coloring and art is that still in you right now cutter love you can share with the group Sean says exploring collecting star seeker says reading painting being outside Lorena says making paper houses during and playing store with friends how does that show up for you right now Lorena or any of these dislike wonder inside you that wonder energy is that coming up for you Millie says still always making things oh awesome you're still doing what you used to love right that spark inside you so I hope you guys see what I'm trying to point you towards right now to go back to that kid inside you that kid that loved to do something that kid that had this spark and like got some crayons out and just went nuts you know for example my nephew said to me he just got these crayons and he was drawing this stuff right and he's so excited and I'm like what is that and he's like a house and inside my head I'm like it doesn't really look like a house but in his mind it does so I'm like wow it's an amazing house because he's in the mode of a child right that playful mode and what usually happens as adults is all these memories all these things that happen we we cover it up we cover up that wonder that we always had that like natural spirit bursting through in our childhood happened for me for sure I was a person who was very curious about stuff when I was younger always asking questions I didn't really like to feel like I didn't really things that everyone else was doing because I wanted to know why I was always questioning and then I thought that was a bad thing I covered that up I said oh well my curiosity is not good my it's not good it's frowned upon or whatever so it got covered up that the gems that I had all covered up so I'm inviting you again what did you love to do when you were younger is any part of that covered up by thinking and fears or whatever right the mind and which part of that still shows up sometimes like for example and Millie said she sings it's got that essence inside her right now Lorena says yeah I'm a wandering wanderer for sure right look there you go that essence inside you and we sometimes question is we're like oh being a wandering wanderer is such a bad thing because I should be in this place by now I should be like whatever analysis doing I've got a yeah something's wrong with me I did that maybe being a wandering wanderer is awesome and that's just what wants to come through you right anytime this suppression anytime this oppression that's pain anxiety and could lead to some health challenges physically as well suppression does that we're not born with mental health challenges right in the essence of us anyway it gets picked up from something right Sean hold on let me catch up on the comments guys that's okay so what's coming up for you when you think about this childhood you the little like playful you playing around and then how you are right now which parts of that is still there and which parts have feel like they've been kind of like frowned upon or you've had to cover it up you don't have to share it's almost just do it do the exercise right now while you're listening and get a piece of paper if you want or just just have a little ponder upon it okay let me just catch up on comments climb trees go back to this so Tammy says I'm realizing the energy attached to all these things I used to do as a kid is no longer showing up for me yeah interesting it's great it's great you caught that out just now right awareness consciousness it's just it's just a observation right you've observed it oh look I realized that I have doing those things I used to do I don't have that spark great it's awareness stop there because what I have done sometimes is I have like analyzed that and I've said I'm not doing this I like where where is that part of me and it's so terrible everything's wrong it doesn't need to go to that place stay with the observation it doesn't need to mean something's bad something's wrong again that's where like anxiety challenges with the mind come in because we see things and then we analyze them to and put them into boxes of bad or good slow down just observe it for now and I know it's natural for us to analyze stuff of course it happens for everyone but it's my invitation to just catch yourself before you do that Lorena says I was also a little know it all that love to talk yeah that's awesome probably probably you love to talk and then at some point you know maybe you said oh well maybe I talked too much so I should slow that down and then something changed right whereas maybe you're just a talkative person that's I know for me there was a whole shame thing around who I was this huge shame buried on top of anything because I felt like it wasn't okay to be me and I had to peel all that back that's my journey that's what's happened to peel back what happened before I this identity that I had to change into right and before that is what I've just kind of taken you guys through is the experiment of what is this childhood spark inside you okay let me go into a few of the comments I think I'm getting a feeling there's some energy bubbling between everyone in a good way I don't know what it is maybe it's just me getting excited you guys tell me I've got a feeling that everyone's like getting engaged at this point I don't know you guys tell me so yeah Miriam says you had a lot of daydreaming and now you're still in that mode of dreaming up ideas that's awesome stay with that right that's your gift your gift is to dream things up and what else all right I'm gonna pick a few more Jude says you decided to being childlike is what keeps you happy and excited and anyone who calls you childish are the unhappy ones yeah like what is childish really for me for me being childish is having an adult tantrum and saying are they doing that to me and having a like rage attack that's childish that's really what childish is it's like a grown grown man or woman is having a rage attack or getting like it getting upset about something because their four-year-old brain is working right there right and again this happens I'm not judging anyone because I this this has happened to me many times it's like what who the hell am I well doesn't make sense and then I feel bad about myself I'm like oh I shouldn't have been angry because it of course I'm gonna feel bad about myself because I've gone into this trance of this three-year-old me having a tantrum is here in my adult self right so being childlike I like to say there's a distinction between childlike which is beautiful and childish which is is a role childlike is the essence of it the energy spirit childish is like the psychological part the role that comes up the tantrum so let me see what else is in the chat before I move on Ruth says a friend called me a teenager the other day take this as a compliment yeah easy to take things as like not a compliment because we sometimes feel stung by words right I can relate like you know I feel I felt stung by many words but in the end is coming from another person's perspective of how they're seeing life what they're like model is of life it doesn't really mean anything about you at all it's just what somebody said from their point of view right it's like if I saw a bird in the sky I can say oh is this type of bird if I was a bird person let's say but another bird person might say no is this type of bird then they're two bird people might have an argument about what it is and look arguments happen right that's how it happens because this is a difference of opinions a difference of perspectives and it's okay it's just humans we just we just see things differently and it's okay right it doesn't really mean anyone okay so here's another question now to explore more about the mind and see if we can change the perspectives again the first part was go and find that spark inside you that child like play playful creative fun find that bring that more into yourself and anytime you start judging things just remember that this is all created from your thoughts from things that have happened so here's the next question to provoke a bit more of that is what is the one thing that has challenged you from your younger years childhood or just younger years until now what is the thing that you found most challenging for all of your life put that in the chat share it to declare it like I said what is the one thing that you have found challenging throughout your life when you are younger and it's just kind of followed you as you've progressed through life right followed you along like a like a like one of those cars that have those things attachments at the back basically what do you call them I don't know I don't even know but they're car attachment what is the one thing that you have carried throughout your whole life and like I said the more interactive you are the more you are giving yourself this experience to change the way you see things so who wants to play I'll tell you mine I'll be vulnerable first the one thing that are most challenging was and being in groups of people being in groups of people social situations throughout my entire life I used to fear it I used to drink a lot of alcohol to feel comfortable and I called it social anxiety maybe you guys can relate to that term but really it was my fear of how I'm being perceived and my like safety that's what it was not feeling accepted ultimately that's what it was unloved and unaccepted that followed me forever what's yours okay so a few people have put things in let me just check having to dim my light hmm that's a good one I can relate to that one feeling like I didn't fit in okay what else is it gone too many projects at once that's a good one as well interesting so that's that's come from your childhood until now okay that's interesting Millie to show my true self deadlines okay interesting yeah being being me in the face of others Oh others telling you you were weird and needed to be like everyone else interesting yeah speaking my truth social situations unworthy yeah yeah Jude good good collecting of names there because yeah it seems like there's a few people who have some things in common in this a yeah most of you have said something around being you right being like feeling free to be yourself okay what else treated like you're different and insignificant seems to be a common theme yeah yeah it's interesting and when I do these things I'm not doing it to make everyone feel bad about themselves right I'm again I'm I want to take all of that sting out of it it's just an awareness exercise just to know what's there it's like if I had if I had a headache for my whole life I want to figure out like what's this like what is this thing what is my head hurt I just want to know what it is right so that's why I want you guys to think about this I don't want anything to have a problem or label yourself as some some kind of you know diagnose yourself at something it's just an awareness thing to know what has no challenge through your life and like everyone said there's a lot of connecting of here's a really good energy everyone's being really open and saying yeah what you guys are challenged by the same similar things to me as well dimming light being self acceptance hmm now here's a question might be a bit of a curveball you when was that not true think of a few examples in your life when this thing that has followed you for your whole life was not true at all like it just wasn't think of a few examples was not true at all that's my challenge to you can you find any examples you can share if you want or you can just say just let me know have you found any examples where it was not true and most people will be like you know the first thing people will say usually if I'm with them one-to-one they'll be like no it's always been true and then they'll be like huh hmm hmm ah there was this one time they'll say next it happens all the time they'll be like there was this one time where it wasn't true so find that one time that's my challenge to you find the one time where it wasn't true this belief that you've carried throughout your whole life find a one time that it was at all and tell me in the chat have you found any and if you did find one what was the difference in that situation like what allowed that to not be true what allowed it to not be true it's your discovery work right here and you know Byron Katie she's got something called do the work that's what I'm wanting you guys to do here do the work when was it not true find an example and then tell me what allowed that to not be true in that moment okay Lorena says moments of release at retreats with humans that are accepting yeah nice and that means there's plenty of examples yeah plenty right so think about what allowed it to not be true what shifted inside you this thing you've been carrying around forever it wasn't there in this moment how how did that occur yeah I love that Adriana Millie says when I practice more discipline encouraged to say no yeah awesome what allowed that to happen really what allowed you to not say no when relaxed and open with dear friends and family walking in nature meditations yeah Rita says when I did not care about the outcome when I surrender because I was it come I stopped caring about what others think of me yeah just felt so loved and happy someone says I was able to tell myself that I could do better next time yeah nice when you were with friends nice yeah felt safe when you were not thinking about what you need to do and just got into got into it yeah so there you go this isn't a permanent thing it's not always there how else would be that we'd be able to sleep at night right we go into nature something shifts we see a little baby on the street and you know you could be having a you could be freaking out in your head and you see a little cute baby and you're just like ah ah so cute and it's gone right so you see when you shift your state of being when you shift into a different energy vibration it shows you that this thing is actually not permanent you're carrying it around it is not permanent and here's the thing that I realized that we as humans we defend our shortcomings we put this as our identity and as our thing so we hold on to it even though we have so much pain because of these challenges we're holding on we protect our limitations we're protecting the limitations that we have I want to see how that hit you guys because sometimes it hits people and they're like wait what and sometimes people don't really connect to it they're like no I'm not sure about that I don't do that of course I don't like this thing about me of course I want to get rid of it well have a look inside deeply I said this to a client once and she started crying in front of me she this happens quite a lot sometimes because something hits it hit me for sure I realized I was protecting this as an identity I was like this is who I am I'm anxious guy so it's hard to let go of stuff right when we've become accustomed to it it's like our names we become used to that so if one must say well change your name to something else Raj your name is not Raj anymore call yourself John be like well I've known Raj all my life I've known anxiety all my life I've known this or me so what is there that you know if I was to let that go who am I then how are you you know to your lip to the things in your mind check in with yourself can you guys still hear me can you still hear me and see me yeah I it felt like I said it said a line right there and it broke the connection it broke everything I said something powerful and strong internet I guess that's interesting so how are you addicted to your own mind limitations check it so I'm gonna leave it there I think I think is it on my intuition is telling me right now to leave it in that moment something's coming through strongly for me saying this is the moment to leave the session if there was a stage I was on probably walk off it right now and leave you with that pondering to ponder upon you start looking inwards and figurously true what is this light inside you that the original self the childlike wonder and what is on top of that was the layer on top of that the ego someone mentioned earlier yeah that's ultimately what it is the ego is protection the ego is a machine it's like if you had a robot next to you that was a bodyguard it's a bodyguard which wants to protect you right it's not it's not a bad thing it's just you have to find a place where you say hey bodyguard I want to live my life and you're based off memories of the past you're keeping me stuck in the same cycles forever bodyguard so if you really want to transform you have to really look into yourself and get that wisdom that's why this day is all about wisdom this day is about awareness being aware of what are you protecting and what are you ready to let go of it's not easy I'm not saying it's easy I'm not saying let's make wave a magic wand and everyone's troubles go away I'm just saying if you want it to happen there has to be then go of something and the way I like to say it is connecting back to the child inside you and you do let go just like when we're in nature we've let go in that moment so it's it's not it doesn't have to be you don't have to go down the complicated route of this you just have to increase your consciousness and you can do that in many ways meditation you can do that with nature like I said yoga breath speaking to like-minded people books can help opening up your world and presence of course when you're present your awareness can be raised much better seeing life for what it really is like when I challenged you guys and said how much of this is really true all the time well the truth is it's not always true are you willing to go be your patterns if so let's go let's jump in let's get in there get into that rocket it might be scary might feel scary but on the other side of it is a whole new world so that's all whole new world and that's actually the theme song of the this day I've just discovered that that's the theme song of this day a whole new world you know in the Aladdin the theme tune a whole new world and I found a remix version of it which is much more like fun and it's like a party version of it I'll send it to you if you guys want to hear it whole new world the party version the DJ version so that's all folks make one so that's tomorrow same time come eyes and just to let you know this three-day miniseries is a is a mini version of the longer program I'm running which is a full three days that you spend I enjoyed this recording, thank you for making it available. For me the biggest insight was that my quality from childhood which is spending a lot of time on my own and which I still do in the present, is okay and instead of it being “something wrong” it can be strength, something valuable. Also amen to your mission to “roar” and to spread it ! 😃❤️ Thank you for that and I am looking forward to hearing the other sessions.
