Imagine you're walking down a street.

Imagine you're in a suburban neighborhood.

It could be a city street or an old country road.

Imagine you're walking down a street.

Notice what kind of street you're on.

Notice the sights around you.

There might be houses or buildings or large open fields.

Wherever you are,

Imagine your street.

Notice the surroundings and begin to listen.

What do you hear on this street?

Are there ocean waves nearby,

Birdsong,

Construction,

Or cars?

The sound could be anything at all,

Man-made or natural or naturally man-made.

Continue walking down this street.

What do you smell?

There could be the smell of the earth or city scents.

There could be flowers in somebody's garden.

They give off an aroma.

Walk down this street and notice all there is to notice.

What do you think of this street?

What are your thoughts about where you are?

Is there a plan for where you're going?

A memory of where you've been?

What is your mind doing as you walk down this street?

As you take in all of this information gently,

Open up your heart.

What are the emotions and feelings conjured up by this imagination?

How is your heart as you walk through this landscape,

Noticing all these things?

What emotions flow through?

Expanding further as you walk down this street,

Allow your consciousness to be as it is and include spirit.

Include your spiritual self here as you walk down a street.

With all of this great awareness of yourself,

Your very personal self experience,

Notice again where you are and stop.

Look around.

What choices are there to make?

There is always the choice to go back from where you came.

You can retrace your steps and go back.

It's okay to change one's mind in this way.

You are free.

What other choices exist?

Is there another path or a turn up ahead or a great expanse of nature to tromp through?

Maybe there's an alternate route to go the same place you are headed.

The choice is yours.

You get to walk your feet the way you want to go.

Life will take care of itself.

The street is the street.

The birds or the sounds are what they are.

The smells will linger and change no matter where you go.

You get to choose.

And if you go in one direction and decide you want to see another direction,

It's okay.

It's just a street with options.

You get to choose.

You get to go where you want to go.

You get to explore how you want to explore.

Linger until you know for sure.

It's okay to try something out and change your mind and feel free while doing so.

It's okay to stay committed on a path and live your heart's desire as a through line,

Moving through your life,

Through the world,

Straight ahead.

It's okay to twist and turn and romp and explore and discover and go into the unknown.

This is your life,

Your precious life.

You get to live it how you choose.

You are free.

The street is what it is and you are free.

Live your freedom.

Notice all that is and live free.
