G Roundedness Acceptance Being with what is arising I invite you to imagine fertile ground beneath you.

This ground has been plowed and is rich with fertile soil,

Moist,

Delicious in the way the earth is delicious for nature that grows.

This ground is filled with nutrients and nutrition and is just the right density for whatever you would like to plant there.

Before the planting,

Ground into the soil.

Feel how the soil holds you,

A human being walking upon this earth.

Feel how you are held by this fertile ground.

Accept how this is for you to be in relationship to the earth.

Accept your relationship with the ground,

Whatever it may be.

You might like the ground or not like the ground or anything in between.

You might feel comforted by the ground or curious about the ground.

Accept however you feel about the ground beneath you.

Notice what arises in you as you relate to the ground.

Notice what arises in you as you relate to the earth.

And even if something else occurs that seems completely different than considering the ground,

If something else has your attention,

That can be accepted too,

Just as it is and just as it is for you.

Whatever arises for you can be held with acceptance.

And still,

If you would like to notice,

There is ground.

It still holds you.

The earth is here in this lifetime.

Our bodies are continually in relationship to the earth.

And the ground is always there to feel and relate to and ground into whenever we need it,

Whenever we need that fertile soil to hold us.

All we have to do is look.

And there it is.

The earth beneath us supporting,

Holding,

And accepting.

The earth is here in this lifetime.

The ground is always present, holding & accepting. It’s such a comforting thing to remember.
