Taking a deep breath in and out.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely.

Find your breath.

Allow yourself to simply be,

To be in this moment with your breath.

Noticing the rise and fall of your diaphragm as you breathe.

Just noticing where you are in this moment.

Not necessarily focusing on anything specific.

Just simply cultivate the witness of you.

Sitting with what is,

But allowing your foundation to be anchored here in your breath.

Taking nice,

Deep inhalations.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Release.

And as you find your breath,

Just scan your physical body.

Starting at the top of your head.

Thinking of us as an ice cube melting in hot water.

Relaxing our entire bodies,

Melting into the soundness,

The stillness of us.

Taking that softness from the crown of your head,

Melting it in your face,

Your eyebrows,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

And your mouth.

Melting your jaw,

Relaxing your ears.

Feeling it drip down to your neck,

Softening your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest.

Take a big inhale in here.

Exhale,

Release.

Softening your shoulders and your chest into your arms.

Softening your forearms,

Your wrists,

And your fingers.

Taking a big inhale in here.

Exhale,

Releasing.

Softening your entire upper body into your diaphragm.

Softening your back and your spine and your lower back.

Softening your hips.

Taking a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Release.

Softening your lower body now.

Softening your thighs.

Melting them where they are now.

All the way down into your knees and your calves.

Softening your shins,

Your ankles,

And your toes.

Softening the bottoms of your feet.

Take a giant inhale in here.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale in.

Exhale,

Release.

Allowing your entire body to melt,

To be in ease and stillness.

Bringing that energy back up from your toes to your ankles,

Your shins,

Your calves,

Releasing your hips,

All the way up to your torso,

Your belly button,

Your spine,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your forearms,

Your wrists,

And your fingers.

Energy flowing all the way up from your chest,

Your heart,

Your face.

You are illuminated and relaxed where you are.

We are a witness to our body,

Physically.

And now,

Turning inward to do a scan of our emotional body internally.

How are you feeling right now?

Where are the thoughts in your mind percolating?

In what way can you provide it softness,

Rest,

And ease?

Yourself here.

Continue to breathe in and out.

Noticing the temperature on your inhalations versus the temperature on your exhalations.

Continuing and being a witness of yourself.
