Dr Rachel Smith

Rachel has been practising and teaching various forms of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over 15 years. In July 2013 she qualified as a Dynamic Hot Yoga teacher and has taught at their studio in Hove, for HM Forces, companies in London, as well as the popular retreat centre in Kalikalos, Greece. She incorporates mindfulness into her practice and is a Life Coaching and NLP Master Practitioner. She finds teaching and practising yoga goes hand in hand with her career as a professional flautist.
