I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position,
Gently closing your eyes and getting in tune with your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling at whatever pace feels most comfortable to you.

I am enough.
I can choose to think uplifting thoughts.
I love myself.
I am beautiful,
My spirit is unique,
And there is only one of me.
I am worthy.
My intentions are good.
I am valued.
I am strong,
I am capable,
I am enough.
My voice and opinions matter.
I am the creator of my reality.
I am abundant in kindness,
Energy,
And love.
I am prepared for this.
I am resilient.
Today I will be fully and unapologetically me.
I believe in myself.
I have accomplished many things and many more to come.
I choose to honor myself with kindness and respect.
I value myself,
