Hi there,

This is Rachel from Therapist Spills the Tea and thanks for joining me for a mindfulness moment.

This one is a series of mantras and affirmations to cultivate and deepen love and positivity towards your body,

Your sacred vessel which carries you throughout life.

I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position and gently closing your eyes.

Find yourself getting into a rhythm with your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling at a pace that feels most comfortable and relaxing to you throughout these mantras and affirmations.

I invite you to fully absorb these mantras into your being today at all levels,

Mind,

Body and spirit.

Let's begin.

My body deserves immense love and care.

I feed my body healthy,

Nourishing food and give it healthy,

Nourishing exercise because it deserves to be taken care of.

My body is a vessel for carrying me throughout this world.

My body is a gift.

I choose to treat it with love and respect.

I am accepting my body as it is right now.

I accept that my body changes with time and that's okay.

I love my body as it is right now.

What matters most is how my body feels,

Not how my body looks.

My body is worthy of love and respect as it is.

I can be a good example to other people about how to love their bodies.

I embrace my body as it changes through time.

I am grateful to see its journey.

My body allows me to go places and have new experiences.

I love my body.

I love my body.

Thank you for taking the time to give your body some love and positivity.

Again,

I invite you to fully absorb these mantras into your being.

Thanks for joining me and I'll see you next time.
