All right,

Let's dive in.

So I invite you to take this moment to get really comfortable,

Whether it's sitting up with your spine straight,

Allocating that channel,

Or maybe it's lying down,

Whatever feels good for you in this moment.

And maybe even making a stretch or any movement just to make sure that you will feel comfortable in this meditation as you're arriving more into your stillness.

And in your own timing,

I invite you to close your eyes gently and to take a deep breath.

And to begin,

We are inviting all of our energy to be present here and now,

Calling it back into its center for many places,

Relationships,

Projects,

Events,

Anything that can happen before this moment or anything that might come after.

We're just fully centering ourselves in this here and now.

And supporting that with these deeper and slower breaths.

And as well,

Just observing all the parts that are here.

First,

All our bodies,

So the physical,

The emotional,

Mental,

And spiritual.

Just notice any sensations,

Any feelings,

And welcome them.

You don't have to understand them.

And you don't want to judge them,

As we are allowing them,

Knowing that they are perfect as they are right now,

As they are right now,

As they need to be.

Just extending this love to each and every part.

Then all of it can soften.

And as you relax,

You allow the intelligence of your bodies.

To align everything for your highest good.

And we will also consciously support this,

Starting to work with our energy even more by bringing our focus into the center,

Into our hearts.

And then gently and slowly moving our attention down.

So bringing our focus into the upper belly now,

Into this third chakra,

The solar plexus.

Taking a breath there and just noticing how it feels.

And all of these feelings are just information,

Just a feedback.

And as you take another breath there,

It's already coming back into more of its harmony.

This is the center of our inner will and power,

And this can often feel uncomfortable.

We're just learning to come back into our power and trusting this process.

And as that continues,

We're going to move our focus and our attention into the lower belly,

The second chakra,

The sacral chakra in space where our potent creativity and potent sexual energy are centered.

Where a lot of karma can be stored and a lot of pain and emotions.

And that's okay.

We're just bringing more love to it and remembering what it means to be free.

And as we move now our energy down,

This process will continue harmonizing.

Harmonizing.

But now we're bringing attention to the root chakra where we can remember more of this stability and safety that we have.

How we are always,

Always supported and we are safe.

And as we continue,

We will move now the energy through our legs,

Passing the knees,

The ankles,

Moving into the feet.

And from the minor chakras on the feet,

Our energy continues moving down from the physical limitation into continuation of our field,

Because we're so much more than the physical,

And starts flowing down into the earth.

And continuing to root down deeper and deeper,

Like roots of a tree,

Moving all the way down until it reaches the heart of our beautiful planet,

The heart of Mother Earth,

Where we can fully ground and fully relax.

Imagine,

See or sense how you have landed in the hands of Mother Earth that knows you so well,

That loves you so well,

That understands you and that is so proud of you.

You're on this earth at this great time of change and awakening,

And you are already aware,

And you're doing your best,

And you have grown so much.

And you're following your heart,

She sees it all,

And she only has unconditional love for you.

Unconditional love for all parts of your journey,

For all parts of your being.

And just allow yourself to feel this love,

Know that you are deserving of it.

Allow yourself to soften,

To receive it in your heart and then throughout your whole being.

And stay here while we call in more of who you are,

And more of your support to bless you today,

And to give you all the nutrients you need for the continuation of your journey.

Allow yourself to receive.

As we call in our higher selves,

Our souls,

Our spirit guides,

Our angels and archangels,

Four elements in four directions,

Goddess Kuan Yin of the highest light,

Her energy of compassion,

As well as any energies of the highest light and highest good of all,

Of unconditional love,

To protect us,

To guide us,

To support us,

And show us what to release and receive for our highest good,

And just continue receiving without expectations,

Seeing how you can relax more as we start sending some energy to support this process.

You soften and connect to the higher awareness and also your golden timeline.

So you don't have to try all these different things and kind of lose your energy,

But you can see what is important and aligned and how to best use that energy and continue opening your journey from one flower to another.

But staying in your center,

And know that you have rights to say no,

That there is no shoulds,

I should do that,

I should be nice,

I should call that person,

No.

You don't need to do anything that is out of alignment for you,

Because what's aligned for you is aligned for others.

Because when you become your sacred geometrical form,

Then everything around you can take its form as well and click.

So trust,

Trust,

Trust what you're feeling.

If something doesn't feel good,

You have the right to not respond as well for a while until you have clarity on what to say.

That's okay too.

What do you feel called to clear from your space to come with more openness into this new cycle?

What feels like a no.

That's why those uncomfortable feelings are important,

That they tell you about what doesn't feel good.

You can be thankful for those emotions that don't feel good.

It's one of their blessings.

And as you see yourself and this energy that didn't feel good leaving your field,

Feel how it's easier to breathe,

How you have more spaciousness.

And then in that spaciousness,

There's enough space for that big,

Beautiful thing to land.

So what do you call in?

What is that big,

Beautiful thing that you would really love,

Really,

Really love?

And that will be beautiful to you,

To open that gift.

Imagine yourself having it,

Being in it.

Know that you deserve it.

Know that it's yours,

And if you want it,

It wants you too.

You can already celebrate it.

There's no doubt about it.

The timing is the only thing that doesn't matter.

The timing will be in its divine moment.

Don't worry about that.

But that it's coming and it will be here,

That is for sure.

And open yourself to it like a flower.

Allow yourself to trust it.

Open the petals softly and gently with your beautiful feminine energy and this vibration of receiving,
