Getting into a comfortable position for this quantum shamanic visualization.

We'll begin with this reminder from Liz Dean.

When we enter wild places,

We're reconnecting with a part of us that is natural too.

The self that is not stressed or longing or dissatisfied.

The part of us that wants to create,

To join in.

For you see,

Out in nature we become more sensitive,

More aware of our surroundings and responses.

We become our true selves.

We see hidden symbols,

Signs,

And patterns.

We make meaning and become insight-seers versus mere sight-seers.

And this guided visualization is going to take you on a journey into your deep inner realms.

To reconnect with your sacred lineages and natural wisdom.

And allow you an opportunity for a potent activation.

Allowing you to step into the leader you came here to be.

So if you haven't already,

Get comfortable,

Close your eyes,

And bring your awareness to the here and now.

To your body,

To your mind,

To your heart.

Which may be beating like the sound of this drum.

And to the subtle energies around you,

Known as our aura or biofield.

Bringing all of your awareness to the here and now.

Saying out loud,

I call all parts of me back to me now.

Bringing all of your awareness,

All of your energetic awareness and presence to this space,

To this moment,

To this present unfolding.

Breathing in and out,

Opening even more.

Opening your mind,

Preparing your intention for this visualization.

Opening your heart to receive and feel fully.

Opening your body,

Relaxing.

With every inhale and exhale,

Feel your belly relax,

Letting go of any tension,

Opening more and more of your body.

And opening your energy awareness to the subtle energies and to the subtle spectrums available around us.

Opening and centering more and more in the here and now.

Feeling the energy of your mind dropping down,

All of the tension in your bio-physical meat suit,

An invocation to call in sacred space.

And as you hear these words,

Let them emanate and penetrate your being.

Let the energies unfold around you,

Opening sacred space,

Putting a container to do this sacred work,

This sacred visualization.

To the winds of the south and the holders of fire and the violet flame,

Great serpent tomorrow,

Wrap your coils of light around us.

Teach us to shed the past,

The way you shed your skin and show us how to walk softly on the earth.

Teach us the beauty way.

As you breathe in and out,

Feel the energies behind you.

What would be the south,

Doesn't have to be the exact direction,

Feeling the energies of the south.

To the winds of the west and the holders of water and the yellow flame,

Rainbow jaguar,

Feeling the energies to the left of you,

Feeling the energies surrounding you,

Maybe you visualize a circle of light as we unfold this invocation of sacred space.

To the winds of the north and the holders of earth and the ruby flame,

Inka hummingbird,

To the ancient ones,

Ancestors and way-showers,

Come and warm your hands by our fires and whisper to us in the wind.

We honor all those who have come before us and all who will come after us,

Including our children's children.

Breathing in and out,

Breathing in and out,

Feeling the energies in front of you,

What is the north-facing direction.

Feeling more and more of this sacred liminal space around us,

Protecting us for the sacred work we're about to do.

To the winds of the east and the holders of air and the emerald flame,

Great eagle condor Apucin,

Come to us from the place of the rising sun.

Keep us under your wing and show us the mountains we only dare to dream of.

Teach us to fly wing to wing with great spirit.

Feeling the last of the four directions to the east,

To the right of you,

Feeling the element of air,

The element of earth in front,

Feeling the element of water,

To the left and fire behind you,

Breathing in and out,

Allowing more and more of this energy to surround you and protect you.

To the heart of Mother Earth below us,

Pachamama Gaia,

We've gathered for the healing of all your children,

And we thank you for supporting us and nurturing us all on your bosom,

This bosom known as earth.

We call upon the stone people,

The plant people,

And all our animal relations,

Connecting to the elemental energies below us,

Feeling these energies below you emanating up into your field.

And lastly,

We turn our awareness above us to the heart of the sky,

Grandfather Sun,

Grandmother Moon,

To great spirit,

To all our star brothers and sisters above,

To you who are known by a thousand names and you who are the unnameable one.

Thank you,

O Eternal One,

For bringing us together,

Showering us now with your cosmic rays and allowing us to sing the song of life,

Feeling the energies of the cosmos descending down,

Feeling the earth below and the heavens above and the four directions and elements around us,

Formally feeling the energies of this sacred space,

This sacred container,

Feeling the energies.

And as you do,

Bring one hand on your heart and place one hand on your stomach.

And I want you to breathe and inhale.

And as you inhale,

Draw your breath up the left side from the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart.

And as you exhale,

Feel and see this energy releasing down from your heart,

Down to your stomach,

Almost as if you're playing ping pong with your breath,

Using your hands.

Inhale up the left from the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart.

Exhale down the right from the hand on your heart to the hand on your stomach,

Creating an orbit with your breath,

A cycle with your breath.

Inhale up the left.

Exhale down the right.

Inhale up the left.

Exhale down the right.

In a moment,

I want you to continue this cycle of breathing,

Anchor to my voice as we begin traveling deeper and deeper into the inner realms.

I want you to visualize yourself standing in front of a natural portal,

A portal deep into the natural kingdoms.

You could be standing in front of a tree trunk.

Maybe you're in front of a body of water.

Maybe you're in a clearing in front of a forest.

Maybe in a cave into a mountain.

Whatever this portal is appearing as,

Allow and visualize.

Intend for yourself to open this natural portal,

This portal into nature.

And see yourself walking through it now.

And as you do,

Feel and sense yourself being transported deeper,

Deeper into your body,

Deeper into your awareness,

Deeper into states of awareness.

See yourself going deeper into nature.

Look around as you travel deeper into this portal.

What sounds do you hear as you're traveling step by step,

Deeper and deeper?

What sights are you seeing in your inner vision?

What smells are present?

What tastes are present,

If any?

What are you sensing and feeling around you?

Allow it to unfold deeper and deeper you go into this portal until you emerge deep in a natural clearing in the heart of nature,

In the heart of this natural kingdom.

And say out loud,

I invoke Great Mother and Great Father.

I invoke Great Mother Spirit and Great Father Spirit.

Two of the primordial aspects of nature,

The Alpha and the Omega.

I invoke and choose to connect with now,

Great Mother and Great Father Spirit.

Seeing yourself in this clearing,

Seeing yourself in this here and now,

Your mind's eye.

See these two energies take form.

The energies representing your lineages,

Your natural energies,

The energies of heaven and earth within you.

See Great Mother and Great Father Spirit emerging,

Appearing in front of you.

What do they look like?

Maybe it's a ball of energy you're seeing.

Maybe they're literally taking form.

Whatever is allow,

Whatever is unfolding,

Allow it to unfold.

Allow the unfolding.

Whatever is happening,

Trust and allow.

Say out loud,

I choose to connect with you now.

I choose to connect with these representations of my natural lineages,

Of my reconnection to nature,

To Great Spirit above and Mother Earth below.

And as you do,

See a cord of light growing out of your heart towards Grand Mother and Grand Father Spirit.

See this cord of light growing out of you.

See this cord of light growing out of your heart as you continue to breathe.

Inhale up the left,

From the hand on your stomach up to your heart.

Exhale down the right.

Feel your breath creating a cord of light to Great Spirit Mother and Great Spirit Father.

And feel this connection be given life with every inhale.

Feel it being given life force.

And when you feel your own connection with Mother Spirit and Father Spirit,

Representations of the energies of the Earth and the energies of the cosmos,

Say out loud,

We are now in connection.

We are now in connection.

And feel from your heart to theirs a connection.

And begin to feel and sense a transmission.

Ask them now.

Whatever your intention was,

If it was for healing,

Ask them for the transmission you need to bring more natural healing.

If it's for learning or growing,

Ask them for that now.

If it's for transformation,

And feel the energies transmitting through this cord of light through your heart to their heart,

Receiving these energies.

Maybe you hear them as a conversation.

Maybe you're seeing images.

Maybe you're seeing colors.

Maybe you're only feeling sensations.

Maybe it's all of it or none of it.

Allow.

And then now,

I connect with the mineral kingdom below me.

And feel yourself connecting with the stone people,

The crystal kingdom,

Feel their energies connecting with you as you're receiving the transmission from grandmother and grandfather's spirit.

Feel the energies of the mineral kingdom connecting with you,

Fueling you,

Charging you,

And supporting you.

Maybe they're giving you wisdom or energy.

Allow every inhale.

Breathe in and out the energies from the mineral kingdom.

And then,

Sense your connection to the plant kingdom around you.

Maybe you already see the plants and flowers in this clearing.

See them connecting with you.

See them fueling,

Regenerating you.

As you continue these transmissions,

Breathing,

Inhaling,

Plant energy.

And then saying out loud.

I invoke the animal medicine that I need at this time.

Seeing an animal appear.

Your representation of the archetypal energy that you need to support this transmission,

This activation,

Feel and sense your connection to grandmother and grandfather's spirit.

Connection to the mineral kingdom below you,

The plant kingdom around you.

And seeing now what animal has appeared before you.

See yourself connecting with it,

Like you did with the plants,

And with the minerals,

And with grandmother and grandfather's spirit.

See yourself breathing this animal energy in.

See it.

Feel it.

Breathe the essence in.

And in a moment,

Give thanks to grandmother's spirit and grandfather's spirit,

To the plant kingdom and the mineral kingdom.

And breathing the animal medicine into you,

Seeing the animal becoming part of your being now.

Walk and journey deeper into this natural clearing.

See yourself walking deeper and deeper until you arrive at a cosmic waterfall.

See a cosmic waterfall pouring down rainbow rays from the heart of the sky at the edge of this natural clearing.

Feel the splendor and the magnitude of this divine waterfall pouring down these celestial rays.

Step under it now.

Step under its beautiful pouring rays.

Feel the energies pouring into your mind.

Feel the energies pouring into your heart.

Feel the energies pouring into your cells,

Into every fiber of your being.

Feel this waterfall regenerating and cleansing you with these rainbow rays,

These energies of the highest light and sound.

Feel these energies supporting your integration,

Integrating the energies from grandmother and grandfather's spirit,

The energies of the animal medicine,

The energies of the plant and mineral transmissions.

See yourself being bathed by this cosmic waterfall.

It's water integrating and supporting this activation.

And in a moment,

I want you to walk behind the water stream.

Walk behind the water stream.

Walk behind the water stream and you see that you're standing almost as if it's a small cave.

Seeing yourself standing behind the stream of this cosmic waterfall.

And you see now a treasure chest emerge from the earth,

A treasure chest emerging from the earth as if the ground is literally swelling up and emerging up.

And you see a treasure chest box.

And on it are the carvings of the element of air,

The element of fire,

The element of water,

The element of earth,

And the element of great spirit or ether on it.

Notice the intricate grave carvings and engravings on this divine treasure chest.

And slowly you open this chest to find a natural relic,

A relic given to you now.

See yourself pick it up.

Look at it.

See yourself as you breathe,

Absorbing the energies of the relic.

See yourself holding it.

What does it feel like?

What is it emanating?

What does the energy feel and sense like?

Breathe the energies in as you hold this natural relic and allow the divine activation it provides you.

Maybe it's an actual physical relic.

Maybe it's a ball of energy.

Whatever it is,

Honor the relic.

This divine treasure,

Honor the divine activation it is providing you,

Absorbing the energies.

And before we walk back,

I want you to breathe and breathe deeper and deeper and see and feel the relic absorbing into you with every inhale up the left from the hand on your stomach,

Inhale to the hand on your heart.

And exhale down the right.

Breathe the energies of this relic.

Feel it merging into your mind,

Merging into your heart,

Merging into your body,

Merging into your energy bodies,

Giving thanks.

And as you turn around and walk back through the cosmic waterfall,

Feel the energies sealing in,

Feel the energies sealing in the energies of the relic,

The energies of this activation.

Feel the energies integrating into your mind,

Into your heart,

Into your body,

Into your energy bodies.

See yourself walking back to that clearing,

Walking back to the original portal.

And with every step you take saying out loud,

I integrate these energies into all aspects of my being.

Every step coming back more and more through the portal,

Seeing yourself walking back into the room you're in,

Back into your body,

Integrating all these energies,

I give thanks to the divine around me and within me.

I integrate all these energies with ease.

Taking one more inhale and exhale,

Coming back to the present,

Back to the here and now,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

And as you open your eyes and come back to this present reality,

Saying out loud,

I integrate all these energies with ease into every aspect of my being.

And so it is,

And so it was,

And so shall it always be.
