Hello and welcome to this week's emotion meditation.
Emotion meditations exist to help you cultivate a specific emotion within yourself and as a result,
Experience more of it in your everyday life.
Meditations create the tone and color of our experience in addition to being the magnetizing power behind what we encounter.
Happy creates and attracts more happy.
Love creates and attracts more love.
And satisfaction creates and attracts more reasons to be satisfied.
By cultivating a specific emotion like we are today,
You'll begin to attract experiences,
Opportunities,
And people that match this energy.
So find a comfortable place to sit and relax.
Close down your eyes.
Let your hands rest in your lap.
One palm on top of the other.
Thumbs gently touching.
And begin to deepen your breath.
On every in-breath feeling your belly expand.
And with your exhale feeling it contract as you release all the air from your lungs.
In and out.
In and out.
Continue to breathe mindfully and expansively.
And yet let it be without strain.
Allow an air of effortless allowing to permeate the act.
Begin to tune into the sensations of your body.
Notice the sensation of your sit bones making contact with your seat.
Sensation of your feet on the ground.
Feel the air temperature on your skin.
Noticing areas of coolness,
Of warmth.
Now bring your awareness to your inner body.
Feeling the interior is-ness of you.
Realizing the inner stillness,
Silence and calm you find here.
Whatever is going on within you right now,
See if you can let it be okay.
Love yourself anyway.
Suspend all judgment of the experience.
And simply witness yourself with openness and curiosity.
Exhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Today our emotion is satisfaction.
Satisfaction is a perfect arrival.
It's a feeling of deep contentedness and pleasure.
Satisfaction recognizes what's good and revels in it on a full being level.
It's the feeling of the whole body saying,
Yes,
This is good.
Satisfaction is all the good in life fully realized and acknowledged in a moment.
It's a rich and robust feeling of pleasure and well-being.
And it's a powerful attractive force for the good in life.
Take a moment to tune into the sensation of satisfaction.
You can activate it within yourself by simply repeating the word satisfaction slowly in your mind.
Finding the warm and expansive feeling in your chest of yes.
Seeing your whole being swelling with a satisfied smile.
You can also tune into a memory of a particularly satisfying experience.
Like the feeling of your first sip of a warm beverage in the morning.
Or laying your head on the pillow at night.
Once you've found the feeling of satisfaction,
That sweet feeling of yes,
This is so good,
Erase the story and tune into the sensations of satisfaction in your body.
Where do you feel satisfaction in your body?
Breathe lovingly into these spaces without gripping or holding at all.
Almost as if you're tickling them with your awareness,
With your breath.
Stay focused on the sensation and the feeling of satisfaction in your body.
If you need to reactivate the feeling,
Simply repeat the word satisfaction slowly.
Feeling that feeling of perfect contentment and ease,
Feeling fulfilled and wholly pleased here and now.
Breathe it in and out.
Feeling the satisfaction of the rich oxygen filling your lungs on the inhale and the sweet and satisfying surrender of the exhale.
Breathe it in,
Breathe it out.
Familiarizing your body and mind with this elevated sense of being,
A sense of fulfillment.
Keep connecting to the feeling of satisfaction.
Breathing it in and out.
Tickling your cells with its pleasure on your inhale and on your exhale,
Let it effortlessly radiate into the space around you.
Take a moment to bask in this satisfying space,
Knowing that you have conjured this experience within yourself and in the process,
You've created a new momentum behind the feeling of satisfaction that will reveal itself to you more and more with increasing pleasure as you move forward from this elevated state of being.

Let go of all tension,
All effort and completely relax.
Feel the satisfaction this brings without needing to hold on to it or make it more.
Just enjoying what naturally arises without effort or judgment.
And when you're ready,
Gently open up your eyes,
Coming back into your space,
Back into your body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
And as you go through your day today,
Pay attention to moments that spark a feeling of satisfaction within you.
And when you notice them,
Stay with them and enjoy the feeling.
Feeling slowly and freely reveling in what it feels like to be satisfied.
The more you enjoy the satisfying moments of life,
The more you'll have reason to.
From my happy and satisfied soul to yours,
Namaste.
Namaste.
