Hello and welcome to this purely being meditation for cultivating a deeper sense of balance,
Harmony and ease within.
You are your home base and the center from which all life arises.
By toning to an atmosphere of inner harmony,
You become a living peace.
Everything in your world will rise to meet you in your splendor.
Balance is your birthright.
Harmony is natural to who you are.
This is your effortless way.
If you haven't already,
You find somewhere comfortable to sit and relax.
If you're newer to this practice,
It may be helpful to go somewhere quiet and secluded that already has an air of peacefulness to it.
And as you gain confidence in your ability to connect inwards and relax,
Feel free to engage this meditation in a more active atmosphere to strengthen your ability to live from your center in all circumstances.
Wherever you've come to rest,
Take a moment to settle into your space.
Maybe taking a stretch and a nice big inhale,
Exhaling with a sigh,
Coming to a posture that feels honest and satisfying to you.
When you're ready,
Close down your eyes,
Settle into your body.
See if you can feel the is-ness and presence of you in this moment.
Now effortlessly float your attention inward and find a general sense of your inner body awareness,
Taking in the whole of you and holding space to feel and witness your whole inner self in this moment.
Wherever you see,
Whatever you feel,
Let it be perfect as it is.
Continue to hold your attention on your inner body awareness.
Breathe life into this space.
Settle deeper into yourself on your exhale.
Feel yourself expanding and becoming more spacious with every inhale and grounding more deeply through your core,
Through your root chakra on your exhale.
Inhale lift and expand.
Exhale root down,
Connecting deeper through your core.
Continue to breathe mindfully and naturally at your own pace.
See if you can find a rhythm of harmonic balance between expansion and relaxation,
The movement of the breath in the lungs and the stillness between each inhale and exhale,
The sound of the air moving and the silence that holds it all.
Rest at the epicentre of these happenings.
Allow all things to come and go while you remain centered and whole.
