In this deep sleep meditation,

I'm delivering a powerful combination of affirmations,

Both audibly and subliminally.

To begin,

Take some time to get nice and cozy in your bed,

Ideally laying down on your back with your feet about hip distance apart and your arms at your sides a few inches away from your body with your palms facing up.

When you're ready,

You can close your eyes.

Just taking a moment here to soften and arrive fully in your body,

In your space,

Your bed.

Feeling the back of your body in contact with your bed.

Feel how supported you are here,

How grounded and safe you are.

Notice the sensation of the covers or blankets above you,

Perhaps bringing the sensation of a smile to your face and now to your heart as well.

Imagine what it would feel like to feel your whole body smiling,

Bringing the sensation of a smile to your whole body,

From the tips of your toes all the way up to the top of your head.

And breathe into that smile,

That feeling of gratitude and warmth,

Allowing it to spread throughout your whole body.

And together,

Let's take a deep belly breath in and a long slow exhale out.

Again,

Just like that,

Deepening your in-breath and letting your out-breath be even longer,

Activating your parasympathetic nervous system as you do.

Breathing in,

Relaxing deeper and deeper,

Slow breath in,

Easy sigh out,

Ahhh,

Melting even deeper into your bed,

Softening throughout your whole body,
