Welcome.
To begin,
Come to a comfortable seated position,
Making any movements or adjustments you need so you can sit comfortably and completely relax for the next 5 minutes or so.
Close down your eyes,
Inhale deeply,
Pausing for a few seconds at the top and exhale slowly ahhh,
In and out ahhh.
Continue to breathe like this for about 3 or 4 more rounds,
Feeling yourself relax deeper,
Becoming more peaceful and calm.
And now,
Relax all conscious effort,
Let your breath move freely and easily.
Completely relax your body,
Let every nerve fiber and muscle go loose and limp.
Allow a soft and pleasant sensation to begin to wash over you from the tip of your head to the soles of your feet.
As it moves through you feel your body becoming completely relaxed,
Completely at ease.
Notice how you effortlessly become more and more relaxed with every breath you take,
With every sound you hear,
Sinking deeper into your seat,
Feeling so relaxed,
So at peace.
As you sit here in complete relaxation,
Feeling ever so peaceful,
Ever so calm,
Your body effortlessly begins to receive exactly what it needs.
There's nothing you need to do or be.
Every cell is nourished completely,
All your internal and external energy is being aligned and restored.
You have full permission here to simply relax and receive.
There's absolutely nothing you need to do.
You are receiving exactly what you need.
Simply sit for a moment and acknowledge your inner state of well-being,
Giving thanks to your mind,
Body,
Spirit and all the supportive forces assisting you so effortlessly and helping you to receive everything you need.
Gently opening up your eyes.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
