Trust God's Will, Sleep Meditation For Anxiety Overthinking

Let go of anxiety by giving all your worries to God, who will devise a perfect, divine plan and divine arrangements for you to succeed in anything you will ask. This is a perfect sleep meditation when you are worried or anxious. You will be gently guided to cut, dissolve toxic cords and attachments, to only find new feelings of space and peace within. To end this soft meditation, I will guide you to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Welcome to this beautiful and calming meditation that will help you release stress,

Let go of worries and tap into the trust that your intention will come into life in the most beautiful and best way possible.

It is time to prepare for sleep and relax physically,

Mentally and emotionally.

Get comfortable and cosy in your bed,

Mute all notifications and choose a pose that will allow you to enjoy this practice.

I invite you to lie down on your back with your arms alongside your body and stay still during the meditation.

If it does not feel good or you want to move your body at some point,

Feel free to do so.

With gentle awareness,

Feel the contact of your body with the surface,

The weight,

The floating inner presence and energy within.

Notice if there is any tension being held by your body.

To release it,

Simply pay all of your attention to the body part and send your soft and soothing breath there with a full exhale.

Notice how much softer and looser this body part becomes.

Notice if there are any lingering thoughts.

Do they rush or flow peacefully?

Feel what physical sensations these thoughts create in your brain and simply let them be.

Now feel your whole body all at once.

Feel the energy running through it,

Nourishing and balancing.

Feel how your energy exceeds your physical body and widens through your skin,

Spilling into the space around you,

Filling the room with your unique vibration.

Now tune in to feel the fabric of your soul,

The part of you that is always vivid and alive.

Feel the external,

Divine support that is always there for you.

This connection is with the divine God,

Creator.

Choose the name that resonates with you the most.

Allow your heart and mind to bloom,

To open up,

To let this ever-present connection in a little bit closer.

Feel this divine connection to touch your soul.

Feel it to move through your whole body,

Perhaps even gentle goosebumps.

Bring your visualisation to a peaceful sky,

Feeling heaven.

The sun is shining bright,

A gentle breeze hugs your shoulders and plays in your hair.

Imagine smelling the fresh aroma of flowers and morning grass.

Birds are playfully chirping around you.

A stream of water peacefully runs nearby.

It is the place of the divine.

Land your full imagination in this heavenly place,

Decorating it with your favourite things.

Notice how at ease and relaxed you feel here.

Begin to feel a shining light slowly coming down from above,

Just like a feather.

Feel the tingling sensations in your relaxed body,

As you see the soft light moving towards you.

Allow for your inner child to step forward,

Feeling excited and playful,

Open to this mesmerizing experience.

The soft light slowly approaches you,

And you see an elegant,

White angel glowing in all white.

It smiles softly and welcomes you here,

In heaven.

The angel looks right into your eyes,

And you see the depth and eternity of the universe in their eyes.

Feel the sensations of protection,

Love and peace being shared with you.

All is well.

You are meant to be here and now,

And meet this angel at this moment of your life.

Feel a gentle gust of air on your face.

The angel flies a bit closer and gives you a gentle hug.

Feel the warmth of their arms,

The softness of their feathers.

Hear the heartbeat.

Feel their gentle breath.

Stay in this embrace for a moment,

In this indescribable,

Divine moment.

Hear the angel whisper into your ear,

Let go and let God.

Feel the warmth of their breath and the sound of their words touching your ear and skin.

The white angel stays close to you and whispers one more time,

See it pass you a small,

Sparkling chest from its loving hands into yours.

Feel how warm and soft their hands are.

The gleaming chest has the same words written on it,

Let go and let God.

This is where you can place anything that you no longer want to carry on your shoulders.

And now is the time for you to do this.

To release everything that distresses you.

Burdens,

Problems,

Worries and tension.

Feel what it is that you want to let go of.

Any memories or thoughts,

Emotions,

Worries that won't leave you alone.

Locate these in your body,

Your mind.

Even if you cannot define it exactly.

Perhaps you feel sluggishness in your mind or body or hips or shoulders or other places where we normally carry and store these feelings and memories.

Locate the feeling.

Trust if any images are coming up.

Simply observe it.

Now,

Collect the feelings and thoughts.

Kiss these feelings goodbye,

Lovingly.

And what about your future visions and hopes?

What do these look like for you today?

What is something you hope and wish for you or for someone else?

What positive,

Positive,

Powerful things would you like to bring into your life?

How would you like to feel in your near future?

Feel a powerful intention begin to form,

To materialize as a thought first.

It is now time to release everything.

Decide what you want to put into this chest.

The angel and God will accept anything and everything you wish to put into this magical chest with no judgement,

Only with pure love.

Send all the adverse energy from your body and mind into this chest.

Feel it leave you like smoke and flow into this sparkly,

Divine chest.

Relax.

Take a breath in and out to clear some space.

Once again,

Feel the energetic smoke clear and any tension dissipate.

Tune into the spaciousness that became available to you inside yourself.

With the intention set,

The glowing white angel closes the chest.

Feel the angel give you one final,

Visualized the angel holding the sparkly chest close to their heart and lifting higher into the light,

Delivering it safely to God to help you resolve any issue in the best way possible.

To make arrangements and divine plans,

To make sure you succeed,

Feel relieved,

Provided for and safe.

There is nothing else for you to do but to trust the power of God.

Know and feel that everyone in heaven sympathizes with you and wishes you only well.

You deserve to be here and get help from the divine.

Repeat silently or out loud these powerful affirmations.

I release all that does not serve my highest good.

I am free from the burdens of the past.

I am heard,

Loved and supported by the heavens.

I trust that my creator will devise the next best plan for me.

I am open and ready to receive everything that will transcend me higher.

I am one with the divine and its angels.

All is well and so it is.

Feel all the attachments to the things you put into the chest dissolving as it floats up in the angel's hands.

Visualize how the cords connecting you to the past and worries in the chest are melting away and dissolving in this endless light of heaven.

Trust that God received a sparkly chest from you and sends you an appreciation for your trust and willingness to change.

Feel this divine support.

Trust God that everything will be resolved easily and effortlessly.

Let this knowing to put your mind at complete ease.

As it does,

Your body follows,

Feel the lightness filling you from inside,

What physical sensations does this bring?

Where in the body do you feel it the most?

I had some interesting things happen while doing this meditation. Thx4sharing. I felt distracted thru the entire thing but as soon as it got to the end to drift off to sleep, i was almost there but ended up waking up. I did enjoy this meditation tho
