And into the infinite expanse above.

Connecting you to the boundless field of the divine.
It has always been there.
Through every year of your life.
Through every version of yourself you have outgrown.
Through every moment you felt certain,
You drifted too far to find your way back.
This cord has remained unbroken.
It cannot be severed by distance,
By doubt,
Or by time.
Fear has no frequency that can reach it.
Take a moment now to simply witness it.
Notice its color.
Perhaps a bright mercurial silver.
Or something closer to moonlight.
Threaded faintly with gold.
Notice whether it feels thick or substantial.
Or fine as a single strand of starline.
There's no need to change anything you see.
Simply observe this eternal conduit with quiet wonder.
And now as you rest here.
Invite a gentle pulse of energy.
To travel up along this cord from your heart.
Up through your throat.
Out through the crown of your head.
And into the divine source above.
As it travels.
Let it carry anything you are ready to release.
Perhaps a worry from today.
A fear you have been quietly carrying.
Or an old story about not being enough.
Let it rise gently up the corn.
Dissolving into light long before it reaches the top.
As you release it.
You might silently offer the words.

Feel it approaching.
Fluid as liquid gold.
And vibrating with certainty.
Entering through the crown of your head.
And flowing down into your heart.
This is restoration.
