Welcome to your guided meditation.

Use this moment to make yourself the most comfortable as we prepare for the journey into deep,

Restorative sleep.

During or after the meditation is complete,

You can drift off into a deep and relaxing sleep.

Do not try to hear everything spoken.

What needs to be known or revealed,

It will do so naturally.

Be here to relax,

To let go,

To rest,

To sleep.

One last moment to grab any more pillows or blankets to create even more comfort and support for your body.

Now close your beautiful eyes and take a peek into the invisible flow of your breath.

Like a river of air flowing through the middle path and then sharing life force across your whole body.

Visualise your breath like a soft,

Gentle light.

Give it a colour.

Feel the softness and mystery of this life force moving through you.

Witness any residual thoughts or denseness to soften within the light and to dissipate on your out-breath.

Fading,

Cleansing.

Feeling lighter.

Releasing and relaxing.

Feeling your mind settling.

Feeling your body to fall into deeper comfort.

Subtle distractions fading away.

Notice your awareness becoming present.

Energy being collected,

Focused and drawn inward.

Surrendering to the comfort and support of the comfortable surface.

The light of your breath warming you from the inside.

The light of your breath guiding you onto the path of dreams and into the realm of magic.

Feel the light,

The soothing flow of each breath like the ebb and flow of the tide.

Intensifying the inner light of prana and then dimming it again softly as it flows in and out.

Noticing any subtle changes in the glowing light of the breath.

The soothing light like steady,

Calming waves rolling in and out from the shore.

Relaxing.

Calming.

Relaxing.

Washing away all that is now of the past.

Bringing in mindfulness and tranquility with each wave of the glowing prana.

Feel your body softening and letting go.

Surrendering deeper into the comfort beneath you.

Your shoulders are relaxing.

The expression on your face is softening.

The soothing melody lulling you in a state of complete relaxation.

Your consciousness expanding beyond the physical world.

Begin to imagine as though with each breath out,

Your body is becoming heavier.

Sinking deeper.

It is a comfortable sensation.

Feeling of complete relaxation.

Feel yourself becoming heavier and heavier.

As though you are slowly sinking into the comfort and support of the surface beneath you.

Feeling softly,

Feeling heavy and sort of weightless all at the same time.

Feeling the actual points of touch with the surface.

With reality.

Sinking into the dreamscape moment by moment.

Completely supported.

Completely safe.

Relaxing any grasp of the conscious,

Wakeful state.

Allowing all the different thoughts of your mind to soften.

Feeling to slip into the blissful embrace of deep and restorative sleep.

As you peacefully lay here,

Visualize yourself beginning to be enveloped by a warm,

Pulsing energy that is manifesting around you as a soft,

Yet radiant light.

Swirling in brilliant shades of violet and silver.

Feel yourself gradually to be suspended within a distinctive field of soothing energy.

It is alleviating and comforting feeling.

Through the swirling shades of silver,

Notice that you actually have been cocooned within an amethyst crystal.

You can sense the air around you vibrating softly with energy.

It is singing to you,

Harmonising with your own energetic vibrations.

As though each and every cell in your body is resonating and you too are part of this energetic light.

Take flow and dance of harmony.

Feel and impactful,

Releasing energy of peace and stability.

Like a chrysalis,

You are wrapped in a cocoon of energetic light,
