Feel the air coming in and going out.

Breathe in and out slowly and mindfully for now.

As you become more aware of the breath,

Gently close your eyes.

Feel sensations in the eyeballs and your eyelids.

Bring your awareness to your face and gently smile.

Notice how you feel inside.

There is a feeling of happiness inside.

Continue experiencing the feeling of happiness inside as your whole body is smiling.

Notice how your organs respond to your smile and the cells filling up with happiness.

Gently bring your awareness to the breath,

Not trying to change the breath,

But accepting it as it is.

You are transported to the place of a magnificent mountain.

Yes,

You are here,

At the base of the magnificent mountain.

Take a moment to look at the majestic and beautiful mountain.

It's standing tall,

With a solid base,

Unshakable.

Become aware of the surroundings.

Feel the air on your skin.

Smell the fragrance of the mountain flowers.

Notice the golden rays touching your body from head to toe.

These are the sun rays coming from the rising sun.

Pay attention to this rising sun.

Do you notice the color of the sun?

Yes,

It is golden orange.

Experience the joy that arises from these colors of the sun.

Invite and accept these healing sun rays into your mind and body.

Now,

Look up at the mountain and you notice a path leading up to the top.

The path is laid with beautiful marble steps.

Ascend the path,

One step at a time.

There is something written on the steps.

Take a closer look.

In the first step it is written LOVE.

Step on it.

Become aware of your feet.

There is an energy of love filling you from below the feet.

The energy of love is now moving upward towards the calf muscles,

Thighs,

Lower abdomen,

Throat,

Fill in your head and surrounding you completely.

Notice how you feel.

Now ascend the steps.

As you take each step,

You are being filled with the energy of love.

Experience the love and move ahead.

You are moving closer to the summit.

You have reached the mountaintop now.

Look around and find yourself standing in a sacred space of serene beauty.
