I am delighted to guide you today.
Please make yourself very comfortable so that all of your muscles can let go and relax.
You have made this time for you to let go and live in the present moment.
So gently close your beautiful eyes and let's begin your transformation.
Take a nice big deep breath in and when you exhale,
Imagine that you can blow out some of your stress.
Good.
Breathe in deeply again and release your worries.
Take one more breath in,
Make it passionate and exhale any negativity.
As I count down from 10,
With each number you will become more and more relaxed,
Opening you up to receive new information and allow for new habits.

Relaxing.

Feeling calm.

Letting go.

Letting go even more.

Even more.

More relaxed.

Double your relaxation.

Inviting peace.

So very relaxed.

You are many more times relaxed now.
Allow your mind to drift to the thought of a beautiful beach with turquoise waters.
Notice the smell of the salty air.
You are walking barefoot in the white sand.
It is warm and soft under your feet.
As you walk,
You leave footprints in the sand.
Each footprint represents a negative thought in your mind leaving your consciousness forever.
Stepping.
Releasing these thoughts.
Walk towards the sounds of the ocean.
Feel the sun on your skin.
Feel a light breeze of wind coming from the ocean.
Feel the sensations in your feet on the sand.
Walk near the waves.
Notice the sand under your feet getting firmer because it is saturated with the sea water.
Notice how you feel as each footprint lets go of any heaviness.
Seeing them trail far behind you.
Now you get to the shore where the ocean meets the sand.
See little waves coming up and down.
Up and down.
Notice the waves come and go.
See some things in the sand like shells.
Now see a little piece of driftwood that's the perfect size for riding in the sand with.
Pick up this driftwood.
Now draw your name into the sand where it's moist.
Write out each letter,
Noticing the sound that it makes as you scratch it through the sand.
Good.
Now step back and look at your name.
As you see your name that's carried you through your whole life you notice a little wave coming closer.
This wave catches part of your name and washes it away as it goes back into the ocean,
Taking your old self with it.
Another wave comes and washes your name away even more.
Taking away your old patterns.
And another comes and washes it away,
Taking away any pain and fear about the future.
And another.
Now all you can see is ripples in the sand where your name used to be.
Stand here feeling cleansed by the ocean's power.
That's good.
Now continue walking along the beach,
Noticing the surroundings.
Here you feel absolutely free.
Feeling supportive and unconditional love energy coming from this place where you stand.
Feel yourself being ready to let go of layers from your life that have shadowed your soul.
You've just vanished.
Move along the white beach sand.
As you do,
You are shedding layers that you no longer need.
Layers that do not serve you.
Layer after layer continue to drop from you as you spend time at this beautiful beach.
You don't even have to know what each layer is or label it in any way.
It is not necessary.
It feels really good to just let it all go.
See yourself walking along the beach,
Becoming lighter and more free.
As you shed these layers,
You become more confident and ready to take on life with enjoyment.
Feel it.
Embody it.
Our thoughts create our reality.
That is a fact.
So begin to visualize to claim your life as you want it to be.
And we can start.
Repeat the following in your mind or out loud.
I have the knowledge to make wise decisions for myself.
I have all that I need to make today a great day.
I am and always will be enough.
I acknowledge my own self-worth.
My confidence is rising.
I let go of any negative feelings about myself or my life and accept all that is good.
I always attract the best of circumstances and have the best positive people in my life.
I am courageous.
I am willing to act and face my fears.
I have unlimited power.
I am a powerful creator.
I create the life I want and enjoy it.
Every day I discover interesting and exciting new paths to pursue.
I trust my intuition and I always make wise decisions.
I am focused on my goals and feel passionate about what I do.
I am living to my full potential.
I have everything I need to face any obstacles that come.
I have the power to create all the success and prosperity I desire.
I can let go of old,
Negative beliefs that have stood in the way of my success.
The universe is filled with endless opportunities for my career and my life.
I am surrounded by supportive,
Positive people who believe in me and want to see me succeed.
I will be open-minded and always eager to explore new avenues to success.
As I take on new challenges,
I feel calm,
Confident and powerful.
I can handle whatever comes my way.
As I focus on one day at a time,
The future takes care of itself.
Things will be ok.
Things will work out in my favour.
I feel peace when I pay attention to my breath which is in the moment.
I am naturally calm.
I have a clear and relaxed mind.
Switching from worry to thinking positive is something I can just naturally do.
I enjoy relaxing my mind.
I love the feeling of calm and clarity.
I deserve to relax.
Staying calm and relaxed is improving the quality of my life.
All my power is in this present moment.
All that I desire in my life is being created right now.
There is no future.
There is only the present moment.
All that matters in this moment is what I am doing and how I am doing it.
All that matters is how I spend this moment.
As I remain in the present moment,
The past and future give way to infinite possibilities.
Being completely present in this very moment opens me to new,
Inspiring experiences.
Each moment contains clarity and truth that can revitalise my life.
Each moment of my life is magical.
Every moment in my life is a clean slate.
Whenever you are ready,
Gently return your awareness to the body,
To the present moment,
Feeling more confident and completely relaxed.
