Breathing fully is the most important thing we do.
Breathing is the most healing practice for the body and mind.
So let's begin by engaging in conscious breath and relaxation.
Simply breathe and relax.
No need to force,
But to watch.
Settling into this moment right here.
Nothing else,
Just this moment.
Breath and you relaxing.
Let any thoughts to just fade away.
Let the air escape from your body,
Relaxing you even further.
Good.
Allow your mind to drift and wander to the thought of a small ornate hand-built fountain.
This is the fountain of relaxation and healing.
It is built in a way that the water level is waist high and easy for you to access.
Maybe there is a sculpture that the water comes out from,
Splashing down into the basin.
Or perhaps the water just shoots up and out of the water in a beautiful way.
However you see this fountain,
Picture it in as much detail as you can.
Notice that the water is not only crystal clear,
But it also seems to glow with golden light.
Begin touching your hand to the side of the fountain and feel the way it is built and how sturdy it is.
Now dip your fingertips into the golden water.
Feel a profound relaxation it gives you in your fingertips.
Feel it tingle and linger on the skin.
Dip your entire hand in this healing water.
The pleasure that this water brings you is so wonderful that you must have more.
Now visualise gathering some in your right hand and splashing it onto your left forearm.
Gathering some more and cover your upper arm and shoulder with this water.
The moisture on your skin is glistening in the sunlight.
Similar to how diamonds reflect light.
It feels so soothing,
Calming,
Like everything in your body and mind is aligning.
Do the same with your left hand,
Cupping the water and soaking your right arm with it and right shoulder.
Feel the soothing sensations overcome your arms and shoulders.
This water is not only extremely soothing,
Healing,
But its appearance is stunning.
Put both hands together and gather some of this glowing,
Healing substance in your hands.
Visualise gathering as much as you can,
Watching it slip through your fingers a little and spilling it over the edges of your hands.
Your hands feel as if they are weightless,
Yet so strong.
There is awakening life and vitality as you touch it.
Now bring this soothing,
Healing water to your mouth for a drink.
Feel the water touch your lips.
It is sublime.
This water is heavenly.
It nourishes you.
It relaxes you.
It deeply heals you.
Take another handful and drink some more.
Visualise the water travel inside your body.
This magical healing glow feels so soothing within.
Your body relaxes even more now.
The magic of the water begins to work on you.
You can relax and completely trust it.
Feel the water go down and up in all the directions within the body.
Feeling any known or unknown areas that need healing,
That need balancing.
And at the travel where it needs to.
Feel it quench your body.
Feel your body being revived and vitalised.
Gather one more handful to splash on your face.
The water seems to wash away all the worries you've ever carried in your facial expressions.
As you splash your face,
Notice how your face relaxes.
Notice how you feel now.
Really nice,
Isn't it?
Now visualise relaxing somewhere near this fountain.
Feeling completely free and open-minded.
Allow for yourself to experience any special messages that you have been needing to hear.
As you gently and kindly open to anything you feel or hear.
Feel the water go down and up in all the directions within the body.
Feel the water go down and up in all the directions within the body.
Feel the relaxing effects of the healing water to still be very much present.
Feel like you are coming into a perfect balance.
Become yourselves to your emotions.
Choose to go with the healing water.
Its intention is to heal,
To restore,
To align.
So choose to feel this as I leave you for a short moment.
Now feel the water go down and up in all the directions within the body.
It is time to come back.
Visualise yourself lifting up and walking into a green meadow near a lush forest.
See the green all around you.
Vibrant colours of plants and flowers all around.
Feel to be part of it.
Feel also being vibrant and very much intertwined with all life that exists right here and right now.
Feel good.
You are radiating vitality now.
You are life itself.
Life in balance,
Life that exudes trust and joy.
Walk through the meadow for a moment more,
Touching and interacting with life around you.
The light wind against your skin.
Feel your cells dance with vitality.
See whenever you are ready.
Become fully aware of this present moment,
Ready to take on the rest of your day with confidence.
