Welcome to your meditation.
In this meditation you will consciously release emotions you are holding onto for other people or situations.
You will call back your own energy and any missing pieces or fragments from your entire being.
You have an advanced emotional body.
If you feel the need to cry during this experience,
Know that it is part of the energy cleansing and the vibration of crying has healing benefits.
Before we begin,
Make sure your environment is quiet and somewhere you will not be disturbed.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now sit up straight and roll your shoulders back or lie down in a comfortable position.
Allow for your body to relax.
Take a long deep breath in to the count of 5 and firmly exhale.
Let your mind put aside your worries for right now.
The air you breathe has a bright colour.
Which colour do you see?
Continue with breathing in another slow,
Deep inhale and releasing the breath with a firm exhale.
Pay attention to your breath as you do this.
Feel the air as it enters your lungs.
Focus on its colour filling your body from head to toe.
Continue breathing as your body relaxes.
Release any tension as you exhale.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your eyelids.
Soften your entire face.
Take a bigger,
Deeper breath as you relax the neck and shoulders.
Relax your elbows and hands.
Relax your fingers.
Continue breathing as you release tension from your back.
Relax your stomach.
Relax your legs and thighs.
Feel the tension leave your entire body all the way down to your feet.
Take a few more breaths until your entire body feels almost like it has melted.
Now,
Visualize yourself sitting on the ground with your back against a thick tree trunk.
This tree is thousands of years old.
It makes you feel protected and safe.
You smell the soft scent of flowers.
You hear a stream of water flowing.
Allow yourself to embrace the soothing energy of nature.
As you sit rooted to the ground.
Safe and protected.
Take a moment to ask your spiritual guides and angels for their help.
Keep breathing slowly and deeply.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Now,
Visualize any unwanted energies being gently pulled from your mind,
Your body,
Your soul,
Energies that you have absorbed from other person,
A place,
A situation,
Anything that is weighing you down because it is not your own.
Have a deep breath.

Silently to your spiritual guides and angels,
Repeat the following.
Thank you,
Guides and angels,
For now removing attachments,
Lower frequencies and lower vibrations that do not belong to me.
Please return these and all other unhealthy emotions and feelings from my body.
Please return them back to the sender with love.
I release any lessons with forgiveness and gratitude.
I ask that you replace what has been released with vibrant,
Divine white light.
Feel the beam of warm,
Pure energy flowing throughout your body.
Continue breathing and visualizing this until you feel fully released.
Now take another deep breath.
Now take another deep breath in and exhale.
Notice the air as it fills your lungs.
Inhale.
Exhale.
It is time now to call back your own energy.
As you continue to lean back against this strong tree trunk,
Safe and protected,
Let us call on Archangel Michael for his help.
As his protective sword,
His cobalt blue ray of light and energy.
Call his name,
Silently or out loud.
Repeat the following.
Archangel Michael,
Please collect and safely return any energies I have left in people,
Places or situations.
Please remove all cords that do not stem from love or cords that do not serve my higher purpose.
Thank you for cleansing,
Healing and placing these fragments back into my soul where they belong.
Now visualize these missing pieces as they come back to you from all four directions,
Created safely and protected by Archangel Michael.
Continue breathing and visualizing as each piece is pulled toward you.
As you call your energy back in,
Feel yourself become fully present.
As you feel yourself become whole again,
Take in a deep breath of gratitude and exhale loudly.
If you are ready to bring yourself to the present moment,
Start by moving your toes slightly.
Be aware of your body and continue with small movements in your feet,
Then your legs.
Move your arms,
Your hands,
Fingers.
Allow your small movements to grow into larger movements.
Do this a few more times or as needed,
While slowly bringing energy back into your body through movement.
Once you feel fully energized and revitalized,
Slowly open your eyes again when ready.
It is best to do this meditation once daily or anytime you feel out of sync with your energy bodies.
