Welcome to your guided meditation.
Take a few moments to make yourself as comfortable as possible in your position.
Then when you feel settled,
Gently close your beautiful eyes.
Arrive into feeling the frame of your body.
From the further corners such as your toes,
To the ears and the top of your head.
Feel in contact with the ground.
Trace the line where the ground and your body meet each other.
Feel in contact with the surface.
Lean into one another.
Let this support give you a sense of ease and trust.
Trust that you are where you are meant to be and everything is as it should be.
Nothing needs correcting.
Everything evolves moment by moment,
Naturally,
With each sip of air,
With each mindful and kind thought.
Focus on your attention flowing through your body.
And with that attention,
Carry a wand of relaxation and intuitive awakening.
Travel through your body,
Touching each part of it with your magic wand.
Tap each leg and feel it awaken and relax at the same time.
Tap the middle of your body.
Finding shimmer and deep awakening within.
Observe your aura.
How it expands and glows brighter.
Now tap your head.
Feel it send you to a place of unknowing and wisdom,
Confidence and relaxation.
Now,
With your magic wand of awareness,
In between your brows,
Tap onto the third eye.
Feel it to awaken your intuition and lift layers of wisdom.
As your third eye tingles,
Feel it open you up intuitively,
Slowly and gently.
Feel it to connect you with the wisdom of your being and your creator.
Bloom into the sensations that you are feeling.
Expand in your current experience.
As you expand,
Feel your margins broaden,
Your light shining wider and brighter.
Within your expansive field of current being,
Ask yourself,
Where within me,
Is the light and where is my inner being right now?
Feel it to follow your intuition and let your arms stay where they are or come to your heart or belly or elsewhere where you feel guided.
Feeling deeper calling to connect with your inner guide.
Your hands rest.
Your field of presence is expansive and becoming very harmonious,
Radiating with frequency of love and holiness.
In this flaming frequency,
There is a connection that is present,
Connecting you with your inner guide,
Waiting to be revealed and strengthened.
Feel the gentle pulses from your inner field,
Asking you to trust,
To open up to this sacred connection.
Feel your body's excitement.
Feel being called to this union.
Notice a different kind of glow to begin to emerge from where your inner guide is.
Otherwise,
Just feel it coming from your heart.
Radiating deep from within.
It is a warm and welcoming glow.
Let your whole awareness to rest comfortably around the seat of your inner guide.
Gazing into the glow of light that is coming from this place of pureness.
Sensing soft shades of various colours.
Feel comforted.
Feel confident and connected.
Bathing in warm and welcoming light.
There is so much comfort within this inner space and there is no other place you need to be.
You can completely relax here.
Feeling warmth and radiant light of your inner guide.
As you gaze into the radiant light,
Feel yourself being uplifted and your mind cleansed.
Feel a sense of understanding and contentment to settle within you.
Any resistance evaporate in the warmth of the glowing light.
Making you feeling peaceful and reflective.
Feel a bond forming,
A stronger connection developing.
Notice this connection reflecting and looping from your inner being to yourself.
It's as though your inner guide is guiding your thoughts now.
So that you are not hindered by doubt or uncertainty.
Instead,
Slowly becoming filled with the knowing and revelation.
Relax.
Allow yourself to be guided,
To feel inspired.
In the seat of this deep and personal connection,
You and your inner guide are being bonded.
One who moves through the everyday life and the part of you who watches,
Who helps to guide and protect you.
In this place of stillness and calm,
In this state of reflective meditation,
Continue to opening up to this part of yourself.
Take a minute to grow this connection through feeling any vibrations,
Sharing,
Receiving insight,
Asking for guidance or simply enjoying the bond with your inner being.
See what this time spent in active connection brings to you today.

Allow any image of the energy glow to fade away now.
Bring your attention to the flow of your breath.
Listening to the subtle sound it makes as you breathe in and out.
Feel the sensation of the breath as it rises and falls from your chest and belly.
Gradually begin to deepen your breath now.
Feel your chest expanding a little further.
Gently waking your body up.
As we come to the end of the meditation,
I want to assure you that the gift of connection you have with your inner guide,
With your higher mind,
It will stay with you.
It is yours.
Anytime you need stability,
Clarity or guidance,
You can pause your mind and connect with your inner guide,
For this is part of who you are.
Taking once more slow and deep breath in.
Relaxing it out with a long sigh.
