Take a moment and find your most comfortable position where you can stay still and feel soft,
Preferably laying down,
Relaxing your body and mind fully.
In this meditation I want to ask for you to not really force or do anything,
Alter or make happen,
But to surrender into the unknown,
Into a surprise of the experience as it unfolds.
Set your mind and ego aside.
Let it rest for a moment.
Let the experience itself to take the lead.
I want to ask you to completely fall into your body's sensations as we will move through this meditation and let the other part of you that does not come from the effort or the mind to take over.
Allow yourself to simply go with the flow,
As if you are laying on a raft,
Relaxing and are being carried away slowly,
Surrendering to the path of the experience fully.
Hear my voice and let your awareness follow it like a trail that gently takes you and leads you into today's experience.
And if and when you repeat this meditation,
The trail and the experience will vary in its outcomes,
Sensations,
Surprises,
Messages,
Discoveries and feelings.

Embracing you in their energy of light and will cradle you in the embrace of their abundant and unconditional love.
There is absolutely nothing to fear,
You are so safe in the hands of all beings of light.
Allow yourself to go into this experience,
Wherever it may take you.
You may experience and encounter messages,
Dreams of spirit or simply feelings of connection.
It's all equally a precious gift that I want to invite you to enjoy.
If you have not already,
Gently close your beautiful eyes.
Let your head rest fully on your soft pillow.
Feel the fabric of the soft bedsheets drape your whole body over your bed.
Let go of muscles in your back.
Let the back muscles sink into your bed.
Let your arms completely melt from shoulders,
Elbows to fingertips.
Feel the gravity catching you and supporting you.
Feel it inviting you to sink deeper and deeper into the relaxation as you completely let go.
Relax your chest and your belly.
Let your hips become totally weightless,
Relaxing your body and feel it dissolving.
Invite the same sense of ease into your thighs and through your knees,
Right down into your toes as you breathe gently and surrender to gravity to catch you and to let you sink deeper and deeper.
Soft breath in,
Soft breath out.
This is time for you and your spirit just to relax,
To be at ease and to go with the effortless flow that is palpable in the atmosphere.
I want to ask you to feel your breath as it moves in and out of your body,
Feeling the oxygen expanding in your chest and lungs,
The ribcage and as you breathe out,
Let it all go.
I want you to let go of all the things that have happened and to release any future plans,
Ideas and to-do's,
Good,
You are doing so well,
Stay with it and continue to flow,
Visualise your heart's energy,
Like aura around it,
Glowing.
Recognise that you are being supported,
That the day has gone,
The only truly present moment that you have is right now.
And feel,
In this quiet moment,
Your beautiful spirit that is so visible and felt right now.
Feeling your breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just relaxing deeper with each passing moment,
Allowing for the mind to find a few moments of silent pause,
To be at total ease.
It is the time for you and for your spirit and in all that you are,
It is time for connection that even a clever mind cannot describe,
Yet any heart can feel it and recognise it.
Release your neck and the back of your head,
Say to it,
Let it go,
Feel it dissolve with the release and pull of gravity,
Say to the front of your face,
Let it go and as you say that,
Let go of any tension around your eyes,
Your forehead and temples,
Make your jaw very light,
Unhinge it slightly,
If it feels right,
Maybe sigh out a breath or two.
As you do this,
Feel yourself releasing any information or tension in your mouth and jaw.
As you sigh out or breathe out,
Feel yourself letting go of all the spoken words today and leaving your whole face and body clear as a blank canvas,
A canvas that you will colour with new inspiration,
Ideas and dreams.
But for now,
Keep letting go,
Keep clearing your canvas,
Tune into the cosiness that you are experiencing,
That you created and make any further adjustments to make it as cosy as possible.
Tune into your body's quiet space that looks like the space when you look up at the sky at night,
Dark and silent,
Beautiful and powerful,
Enchanting and one that feels like home.
Take a gentle breath in,
Make an intention of effortless connection with those in spirit.
Visualise holding this intention in front of you.
Now,
Drop your intention into the vast waters of your body,
The powerful waters of your body that act as a conduit and carry your intention and puts it into each cell,
Each membrane and across your DNA.
Feel your intention become part of you and how this intention glows as energy now,
On the surface and outside the body.
Now,
Take a breath and focus onto your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows.
Imagine your breath coming in and out of your third eye and as you do this,
Relax your forehead,
Let the breath be gentle and calming.
You can even visualise an eye in between your brows,
Blinking slowly in the rhythm of your breath.
Breathe through your third eye,
In and out,
Igniting its ability to see,
To perceive,
To receive.
As your breath travels through your third eye,
You may start to feel a light tingle.
Keep breathing like this until you will begin to see in your mind's eye a beam of light forming,
Coming from your third eye outward.
It is extending into the cosmos,
Connecting you to your soul family,
Those in the realm of spirit.
Choose a colour for this beam of light.
You can choose it by asking your body what it needs at this time,
Right now.
It could be a healing colour green or blue,
Or a colour of spiritual intensity such as purple,
Or a colour that brings you happiness or relaxation or a colour that holds a special meaning to you.
Through your third eye,
Let this colour penetrate your body and move to any area of the body that needs it.
Feel it pulse there for a few moments,
Feeling the energy of the colour rippling through gently,
Emitting its powerful frequency.
See the beam of light that formed perfectly from your third eye.
Make an intention for the far end of the beam of light to connect to those in spirit,
As they are eagerly awaiting your connection,
Right now.
Play with this beam of light.
Make it as dense or as transparent as you prefer to be.
Test it,
Stretch it,
Perhaps add more texture or other colours to it.
Make it as strong or as permanent as you need it to be.
It could be as solid as a metal cable or it could be as light and beautifully faded as a mist in the morning light.
Let it become a line of communication between you and those in spirit.
Now,
Relax your mind.
Let your forehead relax.
Remove any outstanding tension from your temples.
Maintain the connection you have established with the realm of spirit.
Relax your mind completely and allow for your connection to take place.
Feel yourself drifting into this experience fully now,
Sensing how you become enveloped in the pure and healing energy of the divine spirit connection.
Feel the presence of everyone that you are meant to connect with today.
Feel it more and more.
Your beautiful guides and angels loved ones that have crossed over.
Let them bring their loving energy and their beautiful,
Pure light to you and just listen to the voice within.
Relax your mind.
All is as it should be.
The connection is real.
It is truly happening.
Feel the healing energy of love to fully surround you now.

Relax in the embrace of this divine and loving presence.
Listening and being quietly aware,
Relax into the sacred silence through which the beings of light are speaking to you right now.
Take a gentle breath in and out,
Relaxing the point between the brows.
Relax your face.
Perhaps now choosing the experience to begin to fade or you might want to choose to stay in this soft and gentle place where you are.
You may want to flow into sleep letting your consciousness drift,

Become aware of the energy that this experience created within you.
Sense the healing and alignment and perhaps a new discovery within that has taken place.
You can return to this space,
The place of loving,
Spiritual connection and self-discovery at any moment again.
