Complete Aura Purification (Body Healing) By Your Spirit Guide

Imagine this... Your Spirit Guide cleansing your Aura with the sound of the Divine Singing Bowl... The sound permeating your energy and physical body with transformation. All of your Aura clearing as the sound travels through. This is what this guided meditation is about.

This is Rasa.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

You can either sit up or lay down on your back.

What is important is that your back is somewhat straight and you are comfortable as we are going to spend some time together during this mindful shift in energy and your overall wellbeing.

Now let your arms,

Hands rest.

Palms facing up into the space like antennas,

Energy receivers and transmitters.

You may even feel the energy to start flowing in and out right away.

Observe,

Let it flow and let yourself enjoy this unique and magical feeling.

Now close your beautiful eyes,

Leaving the external world and coming inside into yourself.

Elongate through the roof of your mouth.

Now glide your shoulders down and let your face and your back relax.

As your body starts to give in,

Observe it moving the breath,

Mobilizing it through the body.

Let the breath to continue to pull you down inside yourself.

Notice the sensations created by your breath.

Feel with it and observe its trail and what it does.

Really commit to this journey of breath,

Teaching your inner eye to connect and to engage.

Inhale vitality,

Exhale expansion.

Breathe and at the same time release any tension out of your body,

Out of your mind,

Out of your life.

Focus on the calming body sensations,

My voice,

The music.

Find pathways to take in this hypnotic relaxation.

Feel through your eyes,

Mouth,

Toes or ears.

See the relaxation coming into you and take over like a hypnotic dream.

Now expand your view just outside of your peaceful body.

Stretch your senses into the auric field of your body.

Focusing on the seven layers of your aura.

Talk your vision from the closest part to your body layer to the next reaching outward.

Tuning in,

Detecting each layer of the aura,

Its presence and different qualities.

No right or wrong,

No figuring it out through judgement.

Simply visualise,

Feel the qualities and the colours.

Let your inner vision show you,

Let your senses to gift you all the information.

Enable and relax into this connection.

Feel your skin slightly tingle from the energy being generated by your aura.

At this time,

Connecting to the inquisitive nature and seeing,

Witnessing anything that is needing to move through today.

Now that you have connected with the qualities of your auric field,

Let us make an intention and call in your spirit guide.

My intention is that your spirit guide shows up for you to guide you,

To support you in this powerful cleansing and enhancement of your aura.

I ask that they begin to approach you gently with their healing and powers of transformation and love now.

Feel your spirit guide to begin to move towards you slowly,

Gently from behind.

The back of your head and neck almost shiver as you sense their presence now.

They are here with love and devotion for you,

Your well-being.

Listen into their love.

Feel their loving,

Caring presence.

Your spirit guide is just behind you now,

Holding the space for purification,

Healing and complete alignment.

Visualize and soak in their bright aura.

Feel it like an electric mist bursting with loving,

Potent energy.

Now visualize your spirit guide holding in their hands a divine singing bowl.

This bowl has the ability to pierce through the most dense energy and materials.

It holds the capacity to cleanse,

To heal,

To strengthen and to restore.

The divine sound from this bowl can reach the deepest states of your consciousness,

Positively influence the function of your energy and your physical body,

Your cells,

Your chakras,

Your DNA and of course your aura.

You are very safe and this transformation is like nourishment to your aura,

Body and soul.

See the divine singing bowl shining bright held in your spirit guide's hands.

With each bell for each layer of the aura,

Feel the sound transcending deep through your aura,

Your physical house and your consciousness.

Music will quiet down as your spirit guide is about to cleanse each aura layer with sound.

Living with the first etheric layer just outside of your body.

Calling in vitality,

Well-being,

Joy.

Let anything else go.

When the sound comes,

Feel your thoughts and mental processes,

Ego and personal power being aligned.

The sound vibrations reaching furthest corners of this layer of your aura,

Working in a powerful ultrasonic way.

Travelling deep into the third layer of your aura,

Purifying and amalgamating any loose energy fibres.

Use the breath when necessary.

Your spirit guide now focusing on your aura further out,

Onto the fourth layer,

Your astral body.

Feel this part of your aura connecting you to the level of higher spiritual energy.

It is an entry point to the astral world.

When they ring the bell for the sound to enter your aura,

Feel your capacity for love to open wide.

Allow and feel your heart to disarm itself.

Your aura embodying the clarity of the sound.

Your spirit guide lovingly standing by,

Now progressing onto the fifth layer of your aura,

The etheric double.

Focus on your creations,

Your identity,

Personality.

Focus on the truth and knowing who you truly are.

When the sound comes,

Dive with it into the fifth layer of your aura and its energy.

Watch the aura and feel it adjust.

Are personal and unique.

Let any sensations and visions to express themselves.

Feel the soothing aura of your spirit guide help everything settle and align.

Feel it soothing you and your nervous system,

Your body.

Now progressing onto the sixth layer of your aura,

Celestial body.

It holds a strong vibration.

It's your connection to the divine and its beings and your spirit guide.

Prepare to receive a progression and any impurities vanishing.

Awareness and personal growth will arise and your creativity too.

Now progressing onto the seventh layer of your aura,

The etheric double.

Focus on your creations,

Your identity,

Personality.

Focus on the truth and knowing who you truly are.

Your consciousness is expanding as if only your soul and your awareness are present right now.

You and your spirit guide together,

So connected in this process right now.

Use deeper breath where necessary,

Letting the sensations of atonement to flush through you.

Holding a vibration of faith and love.

Feeling connected to the energy of the universe.

See your guide beaming with light,

Protection and purity,

Energised and radiating love.

Ready for the purification of your seventh layer,

The etheric template,

The universal consciousness and the consciousness of the divine.
