Take a moment to let your body settle into a position that feels right for you in this moment,

Honouring the unique comfort your body craves.

When you are ready,

Lovingly close your eyes,

Turning your awareness inward,

Away from the physical outside,

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in the rejuvenating air that revitalises your being and exhale,

Releasing any lingering tension with each breath.

Find a gentle release with each breath.

Feel the embrace of this moment,

Dedicated to finding inner stillness and peace.

Breathe in,

Inviting calm and tranquility to every cell,

Every corner of your body.

And then,

Breathe out,

Letting your breath gently carry away any thoughts that no longer serve you,

Creating space for your mind's natural peacefulness.

Now,

Imagine the vast expanse of your mind as a boundless sky.

Picture it stretching infinitely,

Open and clear,

Like the sky on a serene day.

And,

Imagine thoughts like clouds floating across your mind's clear sky.

Notice these thoughts without getting caught up in them.

Just find a sense of observation,

Watching the clouds of thought drift in and out of the clear sky of your mind.

With each inhale,

Connect to the stillness of the sky beyond thought and with each exhale,

Let those thoughts gracefully drift away,

Dissolving into the infinite openness of the sky.

Realise you are not the passing thoughts but the expansive,

Open sky of awareness beyond them.

Inhale to connect to the spacious awareness of your natural mind and exhale,

Letting thoughts drift away like clouds carried away by a gentle breeze.

As you continue this rhythmic breathing,

See your mind's sky becoming clearer,

More serene and even more expansive.

Let the breath be the breeze that ushers away any mental clutter,

Leaving only the openness and leaving the stillness and vastness of awareness untouched.

With each breath,

Feel more stillness arising within and start to imagine a warm,

Comforting light surrounding you.

Let this light take on a hue that resonates with the very essence of your being.

Allow it to shine within and around you.

A gentle embrace of light and space.

This light is your haven,

Where you can find solace in the present moment.

Imagine this radiant light touching every cell,

Bringing ease to body,

Mind and spirit.

Visualise it clearing your mind even further.

Let the light expand the space.

Let it sweep away mental clutter,

Leaving openness for peace and clarity.

Embrace the simplicity of this moment,

Fully present with its expansive tranquility.

If any thoughts linger,

Just notice them without judgement.

Witness them dissolving into the light,

Making more room for peace.

Breathe in the clarity of peace and release anything blocking it on your exhale.
