Chakra Energy Cleanse Guided Meditation, Sacred Violet Flame

Gently paced guided meditation to cleanse all your seven Chakra centers using sacred violet flame energy. This meditation was written with beautiful imagery, you will hear ocean sounds and will have a choice to either drift to sleep or come back into the waking, present moment feeling energised.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

Dear sweet soul,

Get comfortable.

Close your beautiful eyes softly.

We will journey through the landscape of your energy centres,

Your chakras.

We will detach and clear away any defective energies that do not belong within the chakra centres.

We will clear energies that may have attached itself through heavy and negative thinking,

Unpleasant interactions or perhaps other reasons that may be unknown to the conscious mind.

This chakra cleansing meditation will give you a greater sense of wellbeing,

Will leave you feeling clear minded and feeling healthier in other,

Perhaps even surprising ways.

Now,

Allow your imagination to become alive.

With your inner vision,

Begin to tune into the journey ahead.

Imagine looking up and seeing an infinite amount of stars above your head.

Feeling the infinite vastness to caress your eyes and mind.

The moon is out,

Casting its mystic glow over the beach.

Notice it as you lower your vision to look what's in front of you.

Feel yourself standing on the powder soft white sand of a stunning beach.

Your feet feel warm and relaxed.

The ocean is calm,

Only tiny ripples moving in and out.

In and out,

Hypnotically,

Lit up by the moon and the stars.

It is so peaceful and serene here.

Take in this moment.

Inhale and exhale deeper a couple of times.

Feel your inner child's curiosity peaking as you look into the world beyond the stars.

Feel your own inner world to merge with the vastness outside of you.

Feel how this emotional union relaxes you right away as you engage in the connection with nature.

Look ahead at the soft night's horizon where the ocean meets the sky,

Where the stars seem to dip into the water and the white moon's path invites its beholder to wander and dream.

Through this relaxing view,

Begin to see,

Right in front of you,

A tiny violet flicker appearing.

Within moments,

See it transform into a small flame.

The energy of this flame feels sacred and healing.

This divinely soothing violet flame is here to cleanse and heal your chakras.

Watch the violet flame moving and flickering,

Suspended in the air.

This sacred violet flame is intelligent,

Allowing you to feel it out.

Invite it to expand now.

Reach the flame to grow larger and taller than you.

The larger it grows,

The more soothing it becomes.

Feel the comforting temperature of this sacred violet flame.

Now become aware of your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Breathe in and out.

Imagine sending all the fears and doubts away from your root chakra into the violet flame.

Picture in your mind's eye any fears as strands of dark energy leaving your root chakra.

As they enter the violet flame,

The flame turns red.

Feel your root chakra.

See it as well glowing with the radiant red light.

As the red flame radiates even more light,

Your root chakra gets energized and empowered.

The chakra begins to spin faster.

As it spins,

It brings a sense of safety,

Of sureness.

Feel yourself to become grounded.

Good.

And now become aware of your sacral chakra below your belly button.

Visualize any blockages of creativity or lack of acceptance around your sensuality as dark energy lingering here.

Breathe in and out.

Send these unwanted energies to the violet flame.

Know that it can take care of them.

As these energies enter the violet flame,

It becomes bright orange.

Your sacral chakra empowers itself as it receives this radiant orange energy.

See your chakra to spin faster now.

As the sacral chakra spins and becomes brighter,

Feel your creativity spark to grow and to expand.

The universe expresses its creativity through you.

Your unconditional acceptance for your sensuality allows you to also feel passionate about life and everything you do.

Now look at your solar plexus chakra in the upper abdomen.

Visualize any low self-esteem and low willpower as dark spots inside and around this chakra.

Take a deep breath in.

As you breathe out,

Imagine sending these unwanted energies into the violet flame.

The flame turns yellow,

Transmuting these energies.

Feel your solar plexus chakra receiving this radiant yellow light.

Your chakra begins to spin faster now.

The energy of confidence and self-esteem blossoms and grows in a beautiful way.

Feel being at peace with yourself.

Visualize yourself as the most energetic version of you,

Doing everything with great spirit and courage.

Beautiful.

Float your awareness onto your heart chakra.

Visualize any heartbreak heaviness in this area as dark energy spots within and around this chakra.

Now breathe in deeply.

As you breathe out,

Imagine sending away all the negative energy into the violet flame.

Watch the flame turn into a beautiful shade of emerald green.

It is transmuting all the energies.

Look at your heart chakra.

See it receive this radiant green light now.

Your heart chakra begins to spin faster now.

With this,

Feel a sense of unconditional love for yourself to grow.

Feel love for the world and everything that surrounds you.

Powerful.

Observe the area of your throat chakra.

Visualize any blockages of expression here.

Visualize them as dark spots of unwanted energy.

Inhale and exhale.

Very gently send these blockages into the violet flame.

See the flame turning blue.

As this happens,

Feel your throat chakra to begin to clear.

It begins to shine with a radiant blue light.

The throat chakra begins to spin with speed.

It feels like you can express your feelings easily to the world.

You have become aware of your inner voice too.

This voice stays with you all the time.

You feel heard like never before.

Trust this feeling.

Go with it.

Now scan the area of your third eye chakra just in between your eyebrows.

Visualize any blockages of wisdom or insight as dark energy.

Inhale deeper.

Exhale.

Send these unwanted energies into the violet flame.

Let it take care of all the things you do not need.

Watch as the flame turns into colour indigo just like the night sky in front of you.

The flame is transmuting the unwanted energies from your third eye chakra.

Feel your third eye chakra glow up with a vibrant indigo light.

Watch it spin faster now.

You can sense a clarity of your emotions emerge.

Feel like you can access your wisdom freely and easily.

Feel being in touch with your own knowing.

All your chakras are spinning faster now.

Glowing in their respective beautiful vibrant colours.

Observe the flame again.

It has returned to its sacred violet colour.

Feeling faithfully keeping you warm,

Empowering you and your chakra centres.

Relax a little more.

Enjoy your new found energy and alignment.

Watch the sacred violet flame begin to take a very uniform,

Stunning shape.

It is transforming into a large violet lotus flower with a thousand petals.

And after the other violet petals unfold.

And now watch the flame lotus to solidify into a violet crystalline lotus flower.

The crystal lotus flower begins to float closer towards you.

Invite it even closer now,

Feeling its sacred violet energy.

See the crystal lotus move upward.

Feel it settle above your crown chakra,

Just above your head.

Feel the crystal lotus light,

Radiant,

Shining down on you.

Warming the top of your head.

Sending shivers of happiness down your scalp,

Neck and spine.

Visualise the radiant violet light beginning to pour out of the crystal lotus.

It pours generously into your crown chakra.

Your crown chakra begins to shine and spin with the radiant violet light.

Feel yourself connecting to all that is.

Sourcing wisdom from the universal consciousness.

Feeling one with everything and everyone.

Feel like a powerful and vital thread in the tapestry of this wonderful universe.

Visualise and feel the sacred violet light pouring all over your body now.

Imagine it travel through all of the parts of your aura.

Feel the violet light travel down like a ray of light right along the length of your spine.

Visualise it to seal all of the chakras so that it can stay safe from unwanted energies.

Feel the sacred seal of light encapsulating you.

Feel it sealing all the parts of your beautiful and radiant aura imprinting its protective shield around you.

A shield of well-being,

Balance and peace.

Now,

Visualise the violet light to travel down and deep into the core of the earth.

Leaving you stable and grounded.

Looking at the faithful moon caressing the ocean and the stars flicker in the light in the sweet,

Peaceful surrender.

You may stay here on this beautiful night's beach and drift off to sleep.

Or you may journal any insights or invite yourself back when you are ready.
