Hello sweet soul and welcome!

My name is Rasa and today we will dedicate this meditation practice to calling and receiving your energy back.

You will let go of any burdens,

Heal your energetic body and power up while enjoying a peaceful time together.

You can use this meditation any time of the day when you feel you want to connect to yourself and restore your energy.

Whether it is your lunch break or a part of your bedtime routine,

Let's prepare for the meditation and get comfortable.

Sit or lie down with your spine straight.

Use a blanket to keep you warm and a small pillow to support your waist or head,

Depending on your position.

Settle down.

Let the eyelids gently cover your eyes and let your muscles loosen.

Let's take two deep breaths,

Clearing your lungs,

Body and thoughts and to let go of any lingering worries and any physical or emotional tension.

Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

You can add a sigh with each exhale to soften even more.

And once again,

In and out.

Perfect.

Observe relaxation extending through your whole body.

Feel how your breath became a bit deeper and your heartbeat a little slower.

Now in your mind's eye,

See yourself in the middle of a lush,

Green valley.

The sun is shining bright and you feel peaceful and at ease.

Your body becomes light as a feather and a warm wind takes you to the top of the hill overlooking the valley.

Look around and notice your favourite plants and trees growing here.

Inhale the fresh air and taste how sweet and rich it is.

This abundant,

Healing atmosphere is palpable here and it fully embraces you.

In front of you,

See a majestic throne carved out of an ancient tree.

It looks so mighty and old.

You can even feel the wisdom of centuries living in it.

With your bare feet,

Come closer to it.

On top of the throne,

There is a gorgeous crown made out of golden light.

Take it in your hands and feel the vibrations running through it.

With curiosity,

Pay attention to all its details.

Colourful gems,

Delicate patterns and other decorations that pleases your eyes.

Notice that some of them are missing.

The missing pieces are connected to your energy that you lost in the past and that you are going to retrieve back today.

With love and pride,

Place the crown on top of your head.

It touches your skin and hair.

It feels so empowering and special to wear it.

The energy of the crown tingling around your forehead,

Activating your intuition.

This crown of light and the wooden throne were waiting for you to arrive here.

So,

Take a seat and don't hesitate to make yourself comfortable.

Sink into this throne.

Rest your back against its smooth backrest.

Relax your arms on the armrests.

Release your legs uncrossed.

And let your both feet firmly touch the earth beneath.

Feel the power and confidence the crown and the throne give you.

It symbolizes and proves that you are the ruler of your life.

And you are here to see that it is your truth,

Your reality.

Smell the deep wooden scent of the throne and broaden your gaze.

Dive into your physical sensations and feel how the throne supports your body.

Notice the points of contact between your body,

Clothes and the wood.

Feel with your own bare feet the temperature and the texture of the earth.

Let your whole body experience these sensations to the fullest.

Find yourself completely in the empowered present moment.

Release every negative or limiting sensation from your body.

Imagine how through your feet into the earth,

Any negative energy is being washed away down from your head,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Torso,

Pelvic area and legs.

Mother nature clears your thoughts,

Emotions and body with a soft wave of love.

You are here at the right moment.

It is meant to happen to you right now.

It is your spot of strength and healing.

With this support,

Overlook the valley and see all the situations that cost you energy.

It might be a TV show you watched last night,

Or breaking news,

Or an online video.

Perhaps you had a hurtful argument with someone,

Or,

On the contrary,

You haven't said something very important or expressed your true feelings and emotions and it took a part of you.

Set an intention now to claim pieces of your energy back.

Now say,

I claim all of my energy back.

Breathe in the wisdom of the throne,

Soak in its confidence and let the power of the ancient tree below penetrate every cell of your physical body.

See how from the furthest corners of the valley,

From every situation kept in your subconscious mind,

Bright,

Colorful particles of energy start to flow towards you,

Moving swiftly through the air.

There are more and more of them.

They feel familiar and heartwarming.

Each of these fragments takes all the empty spaces in your energetic and physical body,

Like a puzzle piece,

Fitting back in perfectly.

Now see colorful particles to also take its place in the crown.

The missing jewels are back and shining bright.

Admire this shining net of energy and allow it to complete not only the crown,

But also your crown chakra.

Allow yourself to feel the power of your intention,

Your strength and intuition.

Visualize fairy flowers and lush green grass start to cover the throne and the crown beneath you.

This flower carpet spreads in all directions around.

Trees start extending their branches and blossom.

Your energy brightens and energizes everything around you.

This is how beautiful your soul is.

This is how powerful you are.

Let a light smile touch the corners of your lips.

Invite excitement and gratitude to fill your heart and body.

None of the past matters now.

The past is peacefully left behind and has absolutely no power over you.

You are radiant,

Safe,

Whole and powerful.

Here and now.

You are complete.

You are so alive.

Look up now and let the sun rays kiss your face,

Eyes and lips.

With every cell of your body,

Absorb this loving and grand energy of the sun.

Feel the completed crown and the absolute pleasure it brings you wearing it.

The sun seals all the gems in your crown.

Your feet are grounded,

Connected to the earth.

You are fully supported from above and from below.

Feel the fresh wind playing with your hair and embracing your shoulders.

And the mighty throne supporting you during the whole journey.

Realize that you are a ruler of your life indeed.

You deserve to feel that powerful,

Bright,

Worthy and valuable every second,

No matter what.

Nobody and nothing can take it from you without your permission.

From now on,

Everything will only prove to you your power and worth on this planet.

See yourself glowing with your pure energy.

Feel great,

Big and dignified.

Feel all the elevated emotions that now fill your body.

Allow your soul and higher consciousness to be free and to guide you toward your bright future.

Now,

Let go of any visuals and place your attention on your mind and all the subconsciousness.

Allow the following affirmations to become a part of your mind,

Serving you with a higher purpose.

I am whole.

I am powerful.

I am confident.

I am light.

I am free.

I am fulfilled.

I am thankful for every lesson.

I am grateful for my precious life.

I am radiating my energy.

I shine my inner light.

I am the ruler of my life.

I am creating the best life for myself.

I create and share good energy with others.

Now,

With your awareness,

Embrace all the feelings and sensations in your body.

Let these affirmations become an essential part of you.

Believe that you deserve everything you want and you have all the resources to make it happen.

Take a slightly deeper breath,

Filling your lungs with fresh air of the hill and the valley.

And with the exhale,

Return to your body.

Give your body a light movement and an enjoyable stretch.
