
Balancing Masculine & Feminine Energies • Guided Meditation

This guided practice will help you balance your feminine and masculine energies to reach oneness, complete balance, a sense of pure wellbeing. Sit back, lay back, relax and enjoy a sense of peace gently streaming through your body.
Transcript
This is Rasa.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
Follow the sound of my voice throughout this meditation,
But if your mind wanders at all,
Simply and softly guide your attention back.
In time you will be able to remain focused throughout.
When ready,
Find a comfortable place to sit or to lie down where you will not be disturbed.
Make sure that your posture is good if in a seated position and that your spine is fully supported if lying down.
This is your time.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply through your nose,
Expanding your lungs.
Focus your full attention on the breath,
Then breathe out fully through your mouth.
Let any tension of the day to simply dissipate.
Breathe the breath in,
Counting the inhalation 1,
2,
3 and 4.
Hold the breath for a count of 1,
2 and then release.
Exhaling the breath out,
Counting 1,
2,
3 and 4.
Repeat this breathing pattern by yourself a couple of times.
Now let the breath become soft and natural.
Feel a sense of inner peace within as you begin to relax into this meditation.
Feel that natural and rhythmic breath.
Follow the sensation of your chest as it rises and falls.
Feeling calmer.
Feel the echo of all thoughts.
Embracing the stillness around you.
Bring full awareness to your body.
Notice any feelings that may be creating tension in this moment.
It is time to let it go.
Isolate these feelings.
Inhale and exhale.
Letting them go.
Inhale again.
Exhale once more and create more space within.
Repeat if needed once more by yourself.
This relaxation balances mind and body.
Relaxation heals from within.
It creates space between your thoughts.
Now imagine a spotlight shining on each area of your body.
This is your attention and you become aware of everything caught within the beam of this light.
Focus the light on your feet and ankles.
Tense and release.
Move the spotlight of attention to the lower legs,
To the knees and then the thighs.
Identify muscular tension of tightness.
Tense and release.
Continue to move your attention further up your body.
Slowly but surely.
Focus on the buttocks,
The lower back,
Middle back and then the neck and shoulders.
Release any tension and feel the relief as your muscles yield to this simple command.
Now shine the spotlight on the abdomen,
The chest,
The throat,
Head and your face.
Say the word relax to yourself.
As you do so,
Feel the muscles of the body giving way.
Relaxing.
Your body sinking deeper into the surface.
Freeing your mind.
Letting your body sink.
Relaxing and sinking deeper into the surface beneath you.
Your mind and body feeling connected now.
And is open to explore different aspects of self.
You are unique.
Deserving.
Special.
You deserve to be happy.
The balance when needed.
Turn your attention inwards.
Reconnect with who you are.
Be guided by your own intuition and ability to progress in life.
Embrace masculine and feminine aspects of yourself.
And to connect with your feminine and masculine to blend in balance.
Now using your visualization ability,
Imagine a large decorated brass weighing scale in front of you.
Take time to visualize it fully.
It is beautifully carved and both scales are in perfect balance.
Now stretch out your hands and feel the coolness of brass and iron between your fingertips.
Now visualize and feel various aspects of yourself as a being including your emotions,
Your desires,
Your traits and even thoughts.
Now see yourself placing it everything onto the scales left and right.
Visualize each movement as if holding your emotions and feelings within the palm of your hands.
Feel the softness and texture as if they are tangible.
Let them take any shape or form or be any color.
Simply allow for this side of your creative mind to flow.
Feel the masculine and feminine sides of yourself as you do so.
Notice how the scales tip one way and then the other with the weight of your feelings.
Watch as the scales move.
Are they balanced?
Visualize this movement,
This delicate balance of both elements.
The feminine aspect forms the wisest part of self,
Intuitive,
Creative,
Receptive and emotive.
The feminine aspect creates action,
Movement and ability.
Like the ebb and flow of the waves on the seashore,
The feminine self receives universal energy and the masculine self expresses it through action.
Both working in union so beautifully.
Notice and feel the harmonization of both aspects and at the same time the scales in front of you balancing out.
Within your whole being,
Feel the merging of the feminine and masculine qualities,
Balancing.
Honor who you are.
Absorb the positive elements of life,
Knowing that you can harmonize mind and body when you choose to.
Opening up now to full awakening.
Feeling balance,
Flowing with life in a perfect harmony.
Feeling the foundations of acceptance deep within.
Balancing the scales.
Gaining inner harmony.
Feeling inner peace now.
Your inner peace was already within you.
It is rediscovered with conscious awareness.
Feeling one with yourself.
Feeling whole and peaceful.
Focus in this divine alignment of energies and witness the scales completely adjusting.
Balance restored.
Both sides equal.
Like the pendulum of life swaying equally and balanced to both sides.
Feeling completely at peace now.
Masculine and feminine energies form both sides making up one whole,
One union.
Your whole being.
Feeling acceptance,
Completion and love.
Focus on your heart.
Visualize your heart expanding.
Opening up.
Your love and acceptance overflows in abundance.
Accepting this new,
Balanced self now.
Feeling content.
Feeling and shifting thoughts to positive creation.
Let each word resonate as you repeat them to yourself in your mind or out loud.
My life is balanced.
My life is balanced.
I am in full harmony with myself.
I feel connected to both masculine and feminine energies.
I am whole when I unite both aspects of myself.
I feel safe within my being.
I embrace acceptance of self.
Take a deep breath in.
Inhale fully.
Feeling peaceful.
Equilibrium restored.
Incomplete harmony.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Feel the breath revitalizing your whole body.
Feeling wiser.
Calmer.
Perfect peace within.
As this meditation comes to a close,
Know that you can harmonize mind and body at any time.
And now,
As you begin to return to a conscious state,
Know that you will take this positive energy with you.
Wiggle your toes and fingers.
When you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
And now,
As you begin to return to a conscious state,
