Archangel Michael’s Protective Glow • Guided Sleep Meditation

This meditation is done in collaboration with Archangel Michael, the protector, and nurturer of our physical world. I will guide you to sleep or rest whilst Archangel Michael envelops you in his protective wings. Sleep feeling safe in the soft glow of his mighty protection and love. Pura Rasa

This is Rasa,

Welcome to your guided meditation.

As I guide you gently and slowly,

Relax as much as possible and take each sentence as your own.

I lie here in comfort and warmth,

In preparation for a peaceful night's sleep.

I listen to the soft sounds of the outside world.

I visualise the wind blowing gently.

There is also a quiet rustling of leaves.

These whispers flow into the peaceful silence of the room.

My focus turns to the sound of my breath.

I take a deep breath in and slowly take a breath out.

I feel my chest rising and falling as I inhale and exhale.

Soft and warm breathing continues.

My body starts to feel loose and relaxed.

My attention drifts to the feeling of my heartbeat,

Which makes a gentle sound as it pulsates in my chest.

A feeling of calm transcends over me as I hear the quiet dub-dub-dub-dub of every beat.

My eyes slowly close as I prepare to go to a place of tranquillity.

I softly ask for a universal being to guide me to a restful sleep,

One which is mentioned in most scriptures known to humanity.

As I ponder,

In my mind's eye I can see who I recognise as the Archangel Michael.

A huge figure with glorious wings,

A strong body,

Sword and shield.

An Archangel who represents the ultimate,

Virtuous,

Divine,

Eternal being.

Archangel Michael is a leader in the realms of protection and divine will and in this moment is helping me quiet my mind and is reminding me of the power of faith.

The image I see is a wave flow of colour,

Royal purple and bright blue surrounding this strong figure.

The Archangel Michael slowly opens his wings.

A soft glow radiates on and around him.

With his wings spread wide,

This beautiful image evokes a serenity within me which makes me feel warm as I lie in my sleeping position.

I now see him slowly close his wings around me.

This wondrous entity softly envelops my whole being.

I feel safe,

Loved and calm within this angelic energy.

The Archangel gently transcends me into a state of comfort and to an overwhelming feeling of serenity.

Responsible for nourishing our wondrous environment,

The Archangel Michael.

He guides my thoughts towards an appreciation of universal laws and the beauty of nature.

He provides me with the security that all which is playing out in the material environment is meant to be.

I am reminded that everything is perfect in its manifestation.

This knowledge fills my being with an intense feeling of security and comfort.

Archangel Michael with his mercy and blessings gives me hope for positive outcomes for the future.

I sense the protection from his shield against anything which may disturb the calm and peace I feel within.

I see a glow of light surrounding my being handed to me by the Archangel Michael.

It is a force field of pure energy which cannot be penetrated by anything other than positivity.

Being enveloped in this divinity fills me with an immense sense of security and calm.

As I drift more and more towards the world of dreams,

I focus on all the attributes I wish to enhance within my own being.

The Archangel Michael guides and encourages me to experience the feelings of integrity,

Courage and strength.

I am reminded of how kindness to myself and all around me will enhance my everyday life.

As I drift between the physical and spiritual realms,

I intuit and see how I can show kindness through being compassionate to the unique experiences of all who interact with me in my daily life.

I become aware that in order to view others through these eyes,

Internal courage and patience are virtues which I may call upon and which are part of my natural being.

The Archangel emanates waves of positivity which enable me to focus on the power of good within me.

Remembering the experience of being virtuous and encompassing elevated characteristics brings a sense of comfort and safety throughout my relaxed body.

The humility of the Archangel Michael sends me to a place where I know I have been and wish to be when I experience my physical world.

My meekness makes me feel at ease and restful.

I am in awe of the Archangel's love radiating towards me.

I feel reassured that the power of my heavenly protector will be with me constantly and consistently whilst I decide which path to take in the material world of choices.

I understand that he will provide me with clear signs in my waking consciousness which will guide me to make wise and elevated decisions.

This I know will lead me to live a joyful and content existence.

The protection Archangel Michael bestows provides me with a sense of safety in a calm and loving sanctuary.

I look forward to the clarity of thought the Archangel will guide me towards.

Through these thoughts I drift further and further towards a peaceful,

Satisfying sleep.

The love and security the Archangel emanates sends soft waves of gratitude and appreciation throughout my entire being.

I feel truly blessed to have such a strong,

Encouraging figure as part of my experience.

This power by my side makes me feel like I can achieve my life's purpose and serve a divine will by being elevated through positive action and thought.

I rest in comfort of the knowledge that when I awake the ability to become a part of the world,

The ability to be conscious of all that is good will enhance my life in the physical The Archangel Michael provides me with encouragement to view all that is through an objective and loving lens.

The courage and strength the Archangel bestows allows me to feel a great sense of power.

My body feels strong and fully relaxed.

The knowledge that I can call on him at any time fills me with an extreme bliss and contentment.

I know that as I sleep the Archangel Michael will be watching over me with love and care.

I feel eternally connected to him and his presence creates a feeling of warmth and complete security.

The comfort and safety I now feel takes me towards a place of serene rest.

The Archangel again asks me to remind myself of the love and elevated virtue which is within me.

I know this is my natural state.

The love,

Compassion,

Humility and kindness emanates from my angel to me and it makes my eternal being feel blessed and secure.

Emotions connected to these traits are flowing in soft waves through my whole being,

Relaxing me more and more.

Asking for the Archangel Michael's protection and guidance allows me to be reassured that I am safe and in compassionate company.

The feeling of protection,

Trust and support comforts my restful being.

I am content in the knowledge that the Archangel Michael is watching over me with divine guidance and love.

I feel the soft comfort of his embrace as I drift into a serene and beautiful sleep.
