Welcome to the powerful meditation practice to attract big miracles in your life while you fall asleep.

A miracle is a spontaneous,

Positive manifestation and there are an unlimited amount that are just waiting to happen to you,

To all of us.

Our emotions and thoughts are moving energy and this energy,

If held long enough,

It eventually materializes.

You can come to this practice with a specific miracle already in mind or you can keep your options open.

The choice is always yours,

It is your journey.

In both cases miracles will materialize so much bigger and better,

It's beyond our imagination what is actually possible.

Tonight we will raise your vibration higher for the length of time that is required.

This will help you activate the big miracles manifestation.

I will be guiding you tonight to a non-resistant state in which you will hold yourself intentionally for a little while.

The non-resistant state,

The state of complete allowing,

Is an essential part of this simple manifestation process and for the big miracles to begin to burst into your life.

Each part of this guided meditation was carefully planned out,

Therefore important.

If you truly want this to be effective,

Stay from the beginning until the end.

Let us begin.

Lie down and ease into your usual or preferred relaxing or even sleeping position.

Take up space,

Physically or energetically,

Or both,

Like a king or a queen of your castle.

If I say something that may seem a little bit out there,

Just smile and allow yourself to feel lighthearted,

Letting yourself flow freely,

Playfully within this meditation,

Deliberately giving up any energy of resistance.

The night's curtain has been drawn in the sky.

It is time to let go of all control,

Persuasion and influence.

When you let all that go,

Your body and mind return to its natural state,

The very first state,

State of calm and balance.

I imagine it was a full and fun day for you,

Or maybe not.

Either way,

You deserve a good night's rest that rejuvenates not only your body,

But also your mind and your soul.

To come out from being in the mind and into the body,

The most effective way is through the breath.

Living in our minds for most of our day,

Coming back into the body can be a trip,

But this is the way.

And we must return to our bodies in order to trust it,

To balance ourselves out,

To connect with our gut,

Our intuition,

To connect to the actual body,

So we can tap into the knowing.

The knowing is to simply know,

Not to wrestle with logic,

But to tap into our soul,

Our core and to firmly know,

Because we are equipped to do so.

Close your mesmerizing eyes,

Take a deep breath and let your eyes rest.

No more looking,

Searching,

Longing,

Dropping into this moment,

Into your breath and into your body.

Breathe in a little deeper and slower,

And breathe out gently and slowly.

Each inhaling breath is bringing you a little more presence,

A little more away from the past and the future.

Notice that.

Inhale and feel yourself to begin to untangle,

To connect with this truth.

You are here,

Right now,

In this very present moment.

You cannot be anywhere else.

You are here and all is well.

Breathe in and out fully.

Relax your forehead,

Relax your jaw,

Loosen the grip of your hands and become more like a puddle,

Spreading out more,

Sinking deeper into the comfort of the bed.

Feel how little,

If any,

Space there is between your skin and the soft bedsheet fabric.

As soon as you realize that you are touching the soft fabric,

Notice how your body wants to relax even deeper.

Feel the soft pillow that is beneath your head.

It is so light,

So comforting.

Your brain feels safe and at ease,

Truly resting for the first time today.

Everything in this room and this bed is all about rest and sleep.

Switch off your muscles.

You will not need to use them again today.

Turn off all joints.

Become pure awareness.

Being pure awareness,

Aware of self and thoughts,

But not identifying as such,

Simply being very well.

You've connected to your body and then moved up a level higher into pure awareness.

I would like to ask you to accept this truth,

This fact,

That miracles are a very natural thing in your life.

Visualize grabbing the word impossible from your mind.

See it in your hand as you stand high up on the mountain and now throw it far,

Far away.

See it disappear from your vision,

Your landscape,

Your mind.

Visualize looking at the tip of your index finger.

It is glowing.

Reach up into the sky and begin to write with your finger.

Everything positive is possible.

Write it three times.

Now focus on the breath and your chest.

Notice the motion of rising and falling,

Expanding and pressing in,

Filling and emptying.

Visualize and or feel your complete chest area,

The core of you,

Being saturated with yellow and golden light particles.

Watch these moving particles expand and draw in in a very relaxing,

Hypnotic wave motion.

Watch the motion,

Watch your body breathing until you begin to see a golden key in the middle of your center.

Find the key and wait until my voice again.

If you have time to spare,

Simply breathe softly and hold this golden key close within center.

This is the key of high vibration.

Being in high vibration will activate the portal of your big miracles.

Let's raise your vibration a little higher now.

Encourage excitement to come to the surface as you say these affirmations.

Feel your energy tone to lift higher and hold yourself in this energetic vibration.

Visualize yourself standing at the top of a rocky canyon.

There is a rope bridge in front of you.

Connecting the two sides,

Underneath the bridge runs a wide,

Yet peaceful river.

It's calm,

Moving forward.

Water reminds you of your own inner peaceful river.

Moving forward towards your miracles into the next chapter of your life.

For the energy to materialize,

To move towards becoming a physical manifestation,

It takes 17 seconds.

We are going to hold your high vibration for 17 seconds a few times.

This will ensure you being well on your way to receive big miracles in your life.

Visualize grabbing the railing of the rope bridge.

Feel being strong and confident.

Look straight ahead to see that on the other side of the bridge there is a portal from which a very bright,

Yellow and golden light is bursting out.

You will recognize this light as the same light in the center of your body,

Where the golden key of high vibration is glowing right now.

In your vision,

Bring forth your desired miracle,

Or simply feel being open for endless miracles that are available.

Make your first step onto the rope bridge,

Holding onto the railing.

The bridge may sway and you may wobble a little,

That's ok.

Keep it steady.

Take the second step,

Feel moving away from the solid ground,

Surrendering to the bridge and the oncoming sense of floating above the river.

Keep your gaze steady,

Looking only forward at the portal filled with light.

Take another few steps,

Each step standing taller,

Gaining confidence.

Shine your glowing body forward,

Raise your frequency even more by repeating these high vibrational affirmations and see yourself keep moving forward.

Hold steady on the energy of the affirmation.

As you get closer to the portal,

Feel the key in the centre of your chest being drawn to the portal like a magnet pulling you forward.

Your energy is vibrating higher.

You are being pulled forward and your final steps are effortless.

Arriving at the portal now,

There is so much light here.

You almost disappear into the light.

But you are still very much here,

Standing firm in your high vibrational energy.

And this is the moment to solidify your intention and your acceptance of big miracles.

Inhale a little deeper and when you exhale,

Release the key from your centre into the portal.

Feel the key leave your body and witness it inserting in the golden,

Bright light in the middle of the portal.

Hear the sound of the perfect fit,

Perfect match.

Hold your vibration high.

The key turns clockwise once.

White light bursts out of the portal.

The key turns clockwise twice.

Feel your body showered endlessly in purified energy of the white light.

Key turning third time clockwise and everything around you transforms.

Turn around to see this.

The bridge has turned solid glass embellished with silver and gold,

Reflecting light.

The river underneath became rich turquoise colour,

Full of life and flowing so energetic and fast.

The dry canyon around became lushly green and vibrant,

Full of animals and birds.

Everything is so abundant and rich.

As you look around to take it all in,

Feel the centre of your body glowing,

Vibrating high,

Like a beacon,

Open and drawing in abundance,

Love,

Happiness and the biggest miracles that exist in this very moment.

Your power is immense.

Your power is undeniable.

Breeze back across the beautiful and solid bridge,

Right back where you began,

Walking,

Almost floating so lightly,

As if you have no body,

As if you are only this pure and positive,

Magnetic vibration.

Return back to the other side.

Glance at the portal,

Its light and vibration so potent and bright.

You made this happen.

You shifted your manifestation process into its high gears.

Indulge in the surrounding nature that just came out of nowhere it seems.

But this is the magic of high,

All-allowing vibration.

Everything beautiful and positive already exists within it and becomes alive and available.

Once we join its high frequency,

The same frequency you feel right now,

Through planning out this journey carefully,

Through us holding you in positive vibration,

You have spent enough time to trigger the big miracle manifestation.

Everything has been taken care of.

You can begin to move yourself into a state of sleepy bliss.

Your every breath is restoring the body.

Your every heartbeat is maintaining your high vibrational self.

You are fully aligned to create any miracle you wish.

Yes,

Everything you dream of will come true.

At this moment,

Nothing is impossible for you.

Everything you want is within reach.

Remember you are capable of manifesting miracles.

No miracle is too big to manifest.

Nothing is too big for the universe to create.

What you dare to wish and believe,

It will come true just for you.

Feel your eyelids getting heavier now.

Ready yourself to surrender to your sleepiness.

Ready to drift into the realm of dreams.

In your mind's eye,

You can still see the light of the portal.

It's so comforting,

So reassuring.

You feel calm and at ease.

Feel in your heart that big miracles are coming.

Be sure of it.

As you dwell in this moment of snoozy bliss,

You are now sinking in a total state of loosening.

Feel a sense of lightness slowly and gently bursting in.

It is almost like you have drifted into a deep,

Deep sleep.

It is ok to let your sleepiness overtake you.

Allow yourself to drift off into a deep and satisfying sleep.

It is going to be a restful sleep.

Keep pulling yourself towards the entrance of the dreamscape.

There is nothing else that you need to do now.

Just sleep tight and enjoy this moment of bliss.
