Good morning,
This is a morning meditation,
Ideal while you are fasting,
Considering moving into a fast,
Doing Intimated Fasting,
Or just being very clear that you are going to have a fast,
Just not sure when.
Good morning,
As you are starting to wake up,
Keep your eyes closed,
You are going to stay in bed for another 5 minutes,
Going into a journey which will help us with our fasting,
Intimated Fasting,
Getting clear about fasting.
As we are slowly waking up,
Clearing up the last dreams,
We can say thank you to fasting.
The amazing feeling we experience right now,
Or the feeling we are going to experience later on,
As we are going to go into fasting.
Intimated Fasting,
It really is an amazing tool between the fasts,
Amazing tool,
Staying away from food for at least 16 hours,
Perhaps longer,
Perhaps 20,
Perhaps eating just one meal a day,
Perhaps eating over 4 hours daily,
That is a routine which many people do,
Really great routine.
And of course going into a complete fasting with lots of water,
Doing it once a month,
Once every 3 months,
Just clearing up the body,
Coming back home to this amazing feeling of awareness.
I am thinking about myself that I am always looking forward to my next fast,
Understanding and knowing that awareness will arrive,
I will be feeling so much better,
Looking forward to it,
Embracing it with love,
I am actually waiting for my next fast.
So that is the talk for the morning,
Just relax,
Take a deep breath,
Perhaps you are already fasting,
You can truly appreciate the amazing experience coming with fasting.
Just being very clear,
Sharp,
Precise,
With a lot of awareness,
Really is a unique feeling.
Waking up slowly,
Drinking water after you wake up,
Just be aware,
Today and any other day.
Also eat your food slowly with awareness,
Taking full deep breaths between each bite,
Just relax into the knowing that you are giving your body the biggest gift of them all,
Fasting.
This is such a healing experience,
We are clearing our stuff,
Clearing our crap away from the body when we are fasting.
Digestion is a very difficult job for the body,
Perhaps the most difficult job of them all,
And by giving the body rest and relaxation,
A holiday from food,
We are giving the body the biggest gift of them all,
An opportunity to clean up and heal,
Building up a topology and just getting the body so much more stronger.
