Today's talk is about a protocol I'm doing at the moment and it is life-changing.
Fasting every first of the month.
In 2023 January I did four days,
February five days,
Water fasting,
Yeah?
Never dry fasting,
Water fasting.
March five days,
April five days.
It is now the third of May and I'm on the third day fasting.
We always fast for 24 hours only.
At the end of the 24 hours we reevaluate what's going on.
I'm ready to continue listening to your body,
Feeling good,
Continue.
First day is always the most difficult day in fasting.
Now during the normal month you must be doing intermittent fasting to get your body used to fasting.
16 hours or longer intermittent fasting.
Hopefully you're eating the right diet,
Staying away from sugar,
Empty carbs and all that rubbish which is all over the world,
All over the supermarkets and it's absolutely rubbish.
We want to eat a very very healthy diet and if you're doing that already and following intermittent fasting,
Which I assume nearly anybody listening to this recording is already doing that because you are interested in the subject of fasting,
Then we're bringing in the most amazing tool which is,
And it's free,
Fasting every first of the month.
So the first of the month we fast.
Of course if you're busy it can be a week before,
A week after,
Around that day and you do 24 hours and in that 24 hours or longer and longer is easier.
However to tweak the mind and to make everything more simple we always go for 24 hours,
We finish the 24 hours,
We feel okay,
Which majority of people have no problem at all,
We continue.
There is a huge payback on day two,
Day three,
Awareness is coming in,

It is an amazing experience fasting,

However doing it consistently,
Schedule the fasting for every first of the month,
Changes something in the life.
I don't really know what it is to be honest with you,
But something is truly shifting for me and for others.
For example yoga.
I've always been struggling for yoga,
I know a bit of yoga,
I always wanted to do it but now in the last six months I'm doing it easily.
It is so easy,
I'm loving it and this is just one area,
There's so many other areas in the life which suddenly become easy,
Become simple.
Fasting every first of the month.

I am so excited about this new method I found and it is so simple and I know for a fact that there will be success stories which we can't even imagine at this point.
I can't even think how strong and profound and amazing the experience of fasting every month will be after one year or two years.
I'm only in the process for five months.
After one year perhaps we will do a seminar,
Groups,
Other things but there's no need for anything,
It's such a simple process.
As you fast on the first of the month you bring in self-help,
Awareness,
Things you want to tackle,
You make that phone call that you always wanted to make,
You hug a friend,
You listen to a piece of music,
You do yoga,
You do yoga,
You do yoga,
You listen to music you didn't listen for a while,
The awareness is different,
Something is shifting.
So I can't recommend it enough,
It's working for me and it's working for many other people and some of the people in my group are actually experienced fasters,
They've been fasting for health reasons for 20 days,
For 30 days,
The record is one guy mark 56 days for health reasons,
Yeah,
But they're overdoing it of course and if you're fasting for over five days you really need professional help to support you,
It helps a lot.
It's not wise to fast for over five days and I always say to everybody while you're fasting listen to your body,
Listen to your mind,
Listen to your soul,
Feel what's going on.
If you start to get serious headaches,
Pain,
Feeling dizzy,
Of course it's time to stop.
The vast majority of people,
No problem,
If you're already doing intermittent fasting which you should be doing intermittent fasting in your normal month,
16 hours or longer,
If you don't start now,
Go and find out about intermittent fasting,
Do intermittent fasting for two weeks or so,
Then 16 hours or longer,
Then 24 hours is easy.
What can I say,
It is a life-changing experience,
It is free,
Anybody can do it and what is happening after three or four months,
Which has been my experience,
The body is asking for the fast,
It's the fast is getting stronger every month because the body knows something is going on,
It's getting used to the cycle,
It's all about the cycle,
People will become healthy,
People will do well financially,
Something is shifting,
Something in their awareness is shifting and everything is easier.
I don't 100% understand why but I know it's happening for me and for many others.
