Hello.
Welcome to this love-filled meditation.
Please take a moment to find a space and a position that is comfortable for your body.
You are free to be in any position that you wish for the duration of this meditation.
And if at any time during this meditation you feel the need to shift your body in any way,
Please feel free to do so.
So as you begin to get comfortable with your body,
Just slowly begin to close or lower your eyes and just begin to take three to five nice long deep breaths and just feeling those breaths move into the lower abdomen as you breathe and on that inhale just see if you can allow the stomach to expand and then allowing the exhale to be a little bit longer than the inhale and just really feeling into those breaths as you begin to sink in a little deeper into your own internal world.
And once you are done breathing those breaths,
Just allow the body to go back to organic breathing.
The body knows how to breathe itself.
Just continuing to focus your awareness on the breath without controlling the breath.
Just noticing what the breath feels like as it moves in and out of your nose.
And just sinking in a little deeper into your own inner world and just see if you can bring your awareness into the body so that you can feel the life flow that moves through your own body.
And just relaxing your efforts,
Really deeply relaxing and sinking in even deeper.
And as you sink in a little deeper with each breath,
I want you to notice what it's like to bring in,
Invite in the sensation or the feeling of love.
Just see if you can invite it in.
And maybe you do so by allowing the heart center to open a little wider.
Maybe you do so by remembering somebody in your life,
Whether it be a person here or past or an animal here or past who you know and you remember that deeply loved you and you deeply loved them.
And just go ahead and just remember or bring in that energy within yourself.
And just notice what begins to happen as you bring in this idea of love.
Notice how it impacts your body.
And just sink in a little deeper into that space,
Letting go of thoughts,
Feeling into the sensations of the body.
And then notice how these words impact you.
You are deeply loved beyond anything that your mind could possibly comprehend.
You are deeply loved beyond your comprehension.

Just notice what's happening in the mind,
In the body and in the spirit.
As you hear those words,
I love you.
And as you begin to remember that not only are you loved,
You are love.
It is a part of who you truly are.
Beyond all the many ideas that human beings have created love to be,
Way far beyond those,
There is a true love.
It is one of no attachments.
It is one that is pure.
Tap into that and be there with me.

Thinking in even deeper,
Being with the body as you let go of the thoughts,
As you let go of the images.
And just be with the body.
Feel into the sensations.
Be with the idea of love.
Be with the idea of love.
Noticing how love,
Pure,
True love dances around within your being.
Sinking deeper and deeper into love.

Being one with love.
And as you are in this space and you are one with love,
Just take a few moments right now to send love to any person,
Place that you wish to.
Any animal,
Any plant or planet.
Just take this time to send love to all the areas in your life that you wish to send love to.
And just witness what happens to you as you send love to all these places.
Be one with love.
And once you have sent love to all the places you wish to,
Just really notice how your body's feeling now compared to when you started.
And slowly begin to bring yourself back to regular consciousness.
Perhaps you bring a little bit of movement into your fingers and toes.
There is no rush.
If you wish to stay in this space,
You are welcome to for as long as you like.
Beginning to lengthen the breath again in the body as you begin to feel your outer edges again and just slowly opening your eyes when you feel ready and entering back into this space.
