If you struggle with self-acceptance, dive into this meditation that offers a non-judgemental space for release. The hardest thing you will ever do is you.

Once that part resonates with you,

You will have the ability to do all things.

The reason we are all different is because we all arrived here with different gifts inside of us.

To access and give birth to these gifts,

You must lean into your passion.

To find your passion,

You must intentionally get out of your own way.

I want you to decide right now in this moment to step out of your way and stop making this hard.

Together,

Let's make this proclamation.

I want you to begin by ensuring you are sitting in an upright position,

Mindful of the crown you wear around your temple,

Holding your head up high,

Chin slightly tilted up,

Imagining,

Signifying,

Declaring,

And connecting to the royalty that lives inside of you.

Take a moment to focus your attention to your breath.

Starting with a deep belly breath in,

Holding for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Slowly exhaling for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhaling the desire to move your old self out of your way and make room for the new.

Now ease back into your regular and natural rhythm of breath and repeat the following self-affirming proclamations out loud.

I release any attachments to that which does not serve me.

This is the release of emotional baggage that lays me down.

I release negative and critical self-talk.

This is the release of words that talks me out of doing great things.

I release my mental connection to pain points of the past.

This is the release of things that remain unchanged.

I release the chains of future-oriented worry.

This is the release of my attachment to projecting fear.

I faithfully release the characteristics of my old self.

This is the release of the parts that no longer serves me.

I release those who cannot accept the renewed version of who I am.

This is my acknowledgement that their views do not define me.

I accept those who do not truly see me for who I am.

I acknowledge that their perspective has nothing to do with me.

I hold these things true to my heart and I say them on repeat until I truly believe these words at the center of my core.

Now take another deep belly breath in,

Holding for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Slowly exhaling out.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Reminding yourself that today and this moment forward,

The greatest thing you ever did was choose you.
