Take a deep breath. Let all the noise drift away. Let's clock out and tune in. Here's affirmations to embrace rebirth. From this day forward, I promise to give myself grace. Grace for the healing process. Grace for my awakening and transformation. I now let go to trust the alchemical process. I seek truth on my journey. I free myself of chaotic extremes. I find calm in the chaos. I no longer hide behind the secrecy or ruthlessness of a false self. Shadow work is a labor of self-love. I take charge over my shadow work. I give myself breaks as I do the emotional work. I refrain from judging my shadow side and shadow self. Instead, I make the effort to understand my shadow. My traumas do not define me. My wholeness is plenty. I rise from the depths of love and turmoil, Feeling stronger and re-energized. I regenerate with ease. Purifying change liberates me. Ancient wisdom guides me. Conscious alchemy renews me. I am free from the and breathes life into my being. I am attuned to the world. I am attuned to how my awakening affects and inspires others. I am patient and tolerant of how others adapt to my authentic self. The tolerance I give is the tolerance I receive. I unconditionally love myself and others through this process of transformation. To unconditionally love is to let go. I let go of all prejudice. I embrace my metamorphosis. Death and rebirth is the cycle of life. And I am the chrysalis. I lean into my rebirth. I shed layers of conditioning and trauma. I trust the process. I am trusting this process. I give myself grace in all of my chapters and ventures. I give myself grace during this time of relearning. I give myself grace in this present moment of renewal. I give myself grace here in the in-between.
