Let all the noise drift away.

Let's clock out and tune in.

Let's pause to receive today's affirmations.

Here's affirmations for self-discipline.

Today,

I choose to slow down.

I pace myself to take aligned action.

I'm patient with myself.

And I'm grateful for the progress I'm making.

Good things take time.

Self-mastering takes time.

I stay focused on the commitments I make to myself.

I vow to keep showing up.

To honor me,

My goals,

And my responsibilities.

My worth is not defined by productivity.

My worth is not defined by progress.

I'm already worthy.

I'm doing my best.

I will get better at this over time.

And it counts that I'm trying.

For slow progress is still progress.

That's why I choose to pace myself.

It's healthy for me.

It helps me stay the course.

I know the way forward.

I value my journey.

I trust the seeds I'm planting.

I value the time I take to regroup.

Taking a breather is good for me.

The pause keeps me going.

Feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.

I free myself from excessive restrictions.

I free myself from the persona I thought I had to uphold.

I overcome self-doubt to achieve self-mastery.

I'm wealthy in my well-being.

I manage my expectations.

I'm conscious of how I latch onto control to feel worthy.

And I'm careful with how I use self-discipline to care for or chastise me.
