Here's affirmations for moving on with life.
The trauma I experienced doesn't have to be my story.
It wasn't fair,
Right,
Or my fault.
It hasn't always been easy to stay strong.
I've forgiven.
I've healed.
I'm working through what I can't.
And now I've come to realize it's time to move on.
I'm done letting trauma rule my life.
That's why today I'm choosing a different option.
Today I'm choosing to let go.
I won't let the past hijack my future because I'm not there anymore.
I'm safe now.
I have a healthy support system.
I'm moving on.
I'm moving on with my life.
I'm optimistic about the future.
I feel safe and secure with my boundaries.
Every day I take responsibility for my healing.
I forgive myself.
I love myself.
I validate myself.
I take care of myself free of shame and guilt.
Today I remind myself that I'm ready.
I'm ready to move on.
I'm ready to look forward.
I'm ready to move forward.
I'm ready to be hopeful again because better days lie ahead.
And struggle isn't my story.
My story is one of strength.
And my story is still evolving.
Because I'm ready to move on with my life.
I'm ready to make different choices.
I'm ready to welcome good times,
Good people,
Good energy,
Good days.
I'm finally ready to move on from my past,
From trauma,
From pain and negativity,
From doubt and toxicity.
I'm moving on to better days,
To a new chapter,
With my dignity,
With integrity,
With confidence,
With self-love and a new outlook.
I'm moving on with my life because I deserve to.
Because it's time to live life for me.
To let go of everything that doesn't serve me.
I'm moving on with my life.
I'm finally moving on with my life.
