How do you connect with your soul?
Gold Soul Affirmations is where we meditate to integrate and elevate mind,
Body,
Soul,
Spirit and being.
Let's use this time to clock out and tune in.
During this mantra meditation,
You will repeat a mantra as you inhale and exhale into relaxation.
This mantra will help you center your mind and anchor in this present moment.
By tuning in to your rhythmic breath,
You are making the conscious decision to declutter your mind and reward yourself with the gift of time.
Time for yourself,
For relief and to reconnect with your sacred life force energy.
There is no right or wrong way to meditate.
Focus on your breath and simply observe for now.
Whatever your experience during this practice is,
Know that it is not only for you,
But know it is rightfully yours.
Begin by either sitting or standing,
Making yourself comfortable.
Close your eyes and take in one deep breath.
Allow the air to effortlessly fill your lungs.
Hold the breath for a count of two.
Exhale fully.
Feel the tension in your shoulders let go as you release your breath with a sigh.
Repeat this simple breathing for three more times.
Inhale.
Hold for two.
Exhale.
Sighing.
Inhale.
Hold for two.
Exhale.
Sighing.
Inhale.
Hold for two.
Exhale.
Sighing.
Now on your next breath,
Inhale the word receive.
On your next exhale,
Breathe out the word release.
Feel free to say them out loud or long in your head.
Practice it now.
Inhale.
Receive.
Exhale.
Release.
Let the words sink into your mind.
Visualize them as you breathe.
How are they resonating with you?
How are they appearing to you?
Take in their power.
Observe their impact.
Again,
Inhale,
Receive.
Exhale,
Release.
On your next inhale,
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Repeat the mantra and don't worry if your mind wanders.
Simply return back to center by repeating the phrase without judging the self.
Now let's try the words on their own.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Continue saying this mantra for the next four minutes,
Allowing your thoughts to fade in the background.
Use it as a guide to focus on your breath.
Now let's try the words on their own.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Release.
Now let's try the words on their own.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Now let's try the words on their own.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Receive.
Release.
Last one.
Receive.
Release.
Notice how clear your mind feels,
How quiet your thoughts are,
How aligned your body and chakras feel.
Notice how relaxed you are.
It is now time,
Beloved,
To gently wake up from the state of peace or you may choose to stay in deep relaxation.
With your eyes closed,
Begin to notice the sounds around you.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Become aware of your hands and feet,
Noticing their heaviness.
Wiggle your toes and fingers and gently roll your shoulders,
Allowing the neck to follow.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Stay seated or standing and take a few minutes to observe the natural sounds and contents of your surroundings for a few moments longer.
Allow your mind and body to come into their normal states of awareness.
You are now ready to continue with the rest of your day,
Feeling refreshed,
Balanced,
And renewed.
Know you are supported,
Beloved,
And that you may use mantra meditation whenever your mind begins to overwhelm or wander.
Simply adjust this mantra to call in the energies that will best support you.
Thank you for taking the time to realign with us in today's episode.
I hope it's inspired you to release,
Reclaim,
And receive,
To practice mindfulness,
And to welcome healing in all areas of your life.
Namaste,
Beloved.
