This is a really important one for me to return to time and again. I’ve gotten so much better at boundary setting, and this series of agreements I make with myself really bolsters my growth. When I set boundaries with people who don’t speak that language, this soothes and encourages me. I get to exercise my authority over myself, period. Thank you! Namaste.
