The Crystal Chamber Of Healing And Light

The Crystal Healing Chamber is a place I take clients during a QHHT and session for healing. I bring forth this practice as a guided healing tool. You can use this meditation for healing, clearing and spiritual rejuvenation.

Transcript

Find a relaxing space where you can lie down and be comfortable for more than 30 minutes.

This transmission and meditation is brought to you today by your guides,

The Elohim,

The Archangels of healing and light,

And by the Octareans.

I invite them all now to come close to guide me through this meditation and transmission that I bring forth for you today.

They're coming forward to guide you through this meditation today.

Now that you are lying down,

Allow your body just to relax and settle in.

Allow all of your weight to just relax down into the bed or the place that you lie,

Settling in comfortably.

Close your eyes and just allow all the tension within your body just to float away,

Just to release.

If you feel any tension within your body,

Just allow it to relax and release.

Now just take a few breaths,

Breathe in and just release it.

Allowing all those tensions and all the stress of the day to just release.

Breathe,

Relax and expand.

Open your heart.

Open your mind and open your body.

Breathe,

Relax and open.

I now like to call forward the energy of source from the highest dimensions to come forward.

Just to activate the eighth star chakra.

We're activating the eighth star chakra.

This is also called the soul star.

It's located about 16 inches above your head.

And as source comes down and activates the chakra,

Clearing anything that may be blocking you from accessing the chakra.

Clearing the chakra because this is the chakra we will journey into today.

As you see this light come down,

This bright,

Vibrant,

Beautiful diamond white light coming down,

Activating the eighth chakra.

The eighth chakra is lit up,

It looks like a star,

A beautiful golden star.

It might even look like a swirling universe of stars of light above your head,

Swirling.

I want you to put all of your focus looking into that light,

That beautiful golden light of the soul star.

And open that soul star,

That star,

That soul star chakra holds all of your lives you've ever lived,

All of your soul's information.

And you can journey into that star,

Into that eighth chakra,

Accessing those lives,

Accessing other dimensions.

You're now going to go into that golden light,

Journeying into that golden light.

And as you go through this golden light,

You feel this light embracing your whole body as you go through it,

The warmth of this light comforting you,

Filling you with peace,

With joy.

And as you start to come out on the other side of this light,

You'll be standing in front of an arched door.

These doors are attached to a building.

This building on the outside looks like a dome shaped building.

You can feel the energy coming off of this building.

These doors are beautiful golden doors.

They emanate,

Emanate light.

And I will be your guide,

Guardian,

As you enter through these doors into the crystal chamber of healing and light.

You're now opening the door and stepping into the chamber of healing and light.

As you step into this beautiful room,

It sparkles,

It glows.

Light comes from everywhere,

All directions,

All colors.

The vibration of this room is of love,

Of joy,

Happiness.

It's been here waiting for you forever.

And now you're here.

And as you walk around the room,

You feel the energy and presence that you're not alone.

I am with you as a guide,

But only as a guide.

There are others here with you.

The Elohim is here,

Bringing in their light,

Their love,

And their healing.

Archangels of love and light are also here to assist you in your healing.

And all of your guides,

Your guardians,

And loved ones are here with you also.

As you look around this room,

You see the light shining.

Looks like diamond facets on the walls,

Reflecting the light.

And you feel joy in your heart and love in your soul.

And as you look to the center of the room,

You see a table made of crystal.

It's shining bright.

It's glowing as if it's made from source light.

And now we will have you lay down on the table.

And don't worry,

When you lay on the table,

You will be very comfortable.

Even though it's made of crystal,

It will be very relaxing.

It will be warm and soothing to the body.

As you lie down on this crystal bed,

On this crystal table,

I stand beside you.

And your loved ones gather close.

The Elohim surrounds the room in light,

Creating 12 pillars of light around the room.

And these 12 pillars of light created by the Elohim illuminate this room in their complete light.

The archangels and guardians of healing and light surround you.

You feel someone approaching your head,

Holding your head,

Cradling your head within their hands.

You feel two people taking your hands.

Someone is approaching the left hand and the right hand,

Holding your hands,

Feeling pure love and pure joy.

And there is someone now approaching your feet,

Holding your feet.

You may feel pressure in the ball of your foot or warmth.

And as they surround you,

You release all tension,

All thoughts,

All heavy emotions.

All you feel is peace and joy and love.

And as you lay on this table,

They allow their energies to move through you.

Going through the head,

Adjusting any negative thought forms,

Bringing the mind into balance,

Repairing any neurological disruptions,

Adjusting a neurological system,

Bringing it into balance.

The two guides and angels at your hands,

You may feel warmth going through the body,

Going into the heart,

Going into the throat chakra,

Up through your hands,

Your wrists,

And through your elbows,

Your arms and your shoulders,

Into your neck and through your chest,

Bringing everything into balance and healing.

And the angels,

Guides,

And guardians at your feet,

You may feel others around you,

Assisting you in other parts that you may need healing.

You'll feel energy moving through your feet,

Your ankles,

Through your legs,

Your knees,

Up into your pelvis,

Moving through the abdomen,

Bringing everything into balance,

Healing anything at this time,

Assisting the hormonal systems,

The endocrine systems.

And the lights around the room are beautiful as they shine down on you,

Bringing everything into balance and harmony.

Above you may look like stars swirling,

The light shining,

So beautiful,

Sparkles like amethyst and quartz,

Emerald,

All these beautiful sparkling lights coming down.

And all of these energies surround you and support you,

Healing you mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically.

Releasing all pain,

Releasing all discomfort,

Allowing these energies just to move through your body.

Remember to open and breathe.

Breathe and allow.

Just allow these energies to move through your body,

Opening your heart,

Bringing back your power,

And they call back all facets,

Any fragments,

Any fragmentations of your soul to come back.

For this chamber is a chamber to help you feel whole,

Help you feel connected to your soul,

To assist you in peace.

And they call back all soul fragments,

Any pieces of yourself that are ready to come back at this time.

And they're adjusting any energies that are blocked,

Clearing all blocks,

All distortions.

They're removing all hooks,

All cords,

All ribbons,

All of them from your field.

And they send them back,

Send them back to their originators with love and light.

And clearing any energies from your field that are not yours.

Clearing old emotions that you've been carrying,

Holding within your body that are ready to be released at this time,

Ready to let go.

You're ready to let go.

You don't need these anymore.

They do not serve you.

And they are taking them.

And breathe.

Breathe and allow and open.

And as they scan your body,

They scan your body from the head,

Moving down the head.

And as they find anything,

They will clear it.

They will assist you in healing.

Moving down through the neck,

The throat,

Down the shoulders,

Moving down the shoulders.

And you may feel warmth or tingling as they do this scan moving through your body.

It's okay.

Just relax and allow.

Relieving any tension as they move through,

Going through the chest.

And I ask if they find anything within the chest,

Within these areas that they scan.

I ask that they clear anything that needs to be cleared at this time that does not serve you for the highest and best of good.

I ask if they see anything that can be healed at this time that they heal this.

The energy is moving down your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Into your hands.

Moving down from the chest,

Going down the ribs,

Down the back.

Checking the back for anything that may be there that needs to be released at this time.

Anything there from the past that doesn't serve us anymore,

I ask that you help clear this and remove this.

Assist us in moving forward and releasing the past.

Moving down through the abdomen and into the lower back.

If there is anything here,

If there's any power that we need to call back to the solar plexus,

I call this power back.

Any power that's been taken from you,

I call this power back.

We call this power back.

Release any pain,

Any discomfort within the back,

The lower back.

We release any fear within the lower back.

We release any doubt.

We release any confusion.

We have clarity.

We have clarity of our path.

We now move down into the pelvis,

Into the pelvis.

Bringing balance,

Balance,

Calling back our power,

Clearing any blocks that is blocking us from creating and manifesting within this 3D world.

Remove all blocks that are blocking us from our abundance.

So we ask if there's anything here that needs to be cleared that's disconnected us,

Anything that we may need to call back that will reconnect us.

We ask that you do this now.

Just breathe,

Open and allow.

If there is any hormonal imbalances,

Any hormonal dysfunction,

We ask that you bring this into perfect harmony and balance.

If there are any contracts or vows within this sacral area,

We ask that this is cleared now.

We ask that you remove anything that does not serve us at this time.

Bring everything into balance and harmony.

Moving down to the base of the spine,

Moving the energy down to the base of the spine.

Bringing us into balance,

Releasing all fear,

Bringing us security,

Bringing us stability,

Bringing back our hope,

Bringing back our connection to ourselves.

We ask that they clear anything here that may be of imbalance or heal,

Anything that needs to be healed at this time.

Energy now going through the hips.

If there's any discomfort within the hips,

Any disorder within the hips,

We ask that this is healed at this time.

If the crystals within the hips are of disordered or dysfunction or damage,

We ask that the crystals within the hips be replaced or repaired so that they are working in perfect function.

The energy moving down the legs,

Scanning down the legs,

And they'll continue all healing that's necessary as they do this scan.

Going down the legs and I ask any other crystals that are found,

They are repaired or replaced and brought back online and into alignment with the other crystals.

Going down into the legs,

Into the knees.

If there's any disorder,

Discomfort,

Disconnection within this area or anything that is blocking us from moving forward on our path,

Let this be cleared or assisted with.

Assisting us with moving forward.

Assisting us on our path.

Bringing the energy down into the calves,

Repairing all crystals,

Replacing any crystals that need to be replaced and bringing them online.

Healing anything at this time that needs to be healed.

Bringing the energy down into the ankles and into the feet.

If there's anything here that needs to be repaired or healed,

We ask that you do so.

If there are any crystals within the ankles or feet that are in need of repair or replacement,

We ask that you do this at this time.

We ask that you do this so that they may anchor their energies back into earth.

We ask that you attune these crystals to the frequency of health and abundance.

As you finish the scan,

I ask if there's anything else that you can assist them with at this time.

Anything that is in need of healing,

We ask that you heal it.

And just breathe,

Allow yourself to breathe open and just relax.

And as you finish,

As they finish this scan for you and this healing,

You may have thoughts,

Images,

Colors coming through.

Just allow them to come through.

Just relax.

The energies may feel intense at some time,

But just breathe through and allow.

And we're allowing them to finish.

And anything that is not completed during this time will just continue after the meditation.

It will continue.

And just allow the energies to finish moving through the body.

Bringing everything back into balance.

Remember that you can come here anytime.

The more open you are,

The more healing can be accomplished.

The energies are still moving through.

And they're almost finished.

And now they give our love.

They give us love.

And they're giving us gratitude.

And they are always here for us.

They step away.

They're starting to step away from the table.

And I'm standing beside you and guiding you.

And we give gratitude to them.

We send them gratitude.

We send them our love.

And we'll come back and see them again.

And now I'm helping you.

Come back,

Come off the table.

I'm bringing you off the table.

Taking one last look at this beautiful room.

This beautiful temple.

Beautiful crystals and the lights within it.

Feeling the love and joy that vibrates immensely in this room.

And we walk back to the golden door.

We come back to the golden door.

We say goodbye.

We enter out the door.

Down the stairs.

And we're starting to come back.

And slowly start to bring yourself back.

And know that you can come here anytime.

This is your place.

And they are always there for you.
