This practice is designed to assist you in meeting your spirit animal. This animal will also come with messages either during or after the meditation. This is a guided meditation in combination with some hypnosis techniques comanding the mind and body to respond to relaxation. You will be guided down a staircase while counting backwards from ten, allowing full use of the 6th sence and our visionary abilities to release unwanted anxiety, fear or experiences that no longer serves us.
