Welcome to this empowering meditation.
Listen to this meditation while sitting comfortably and not while driving or using heavy machinery.
Find a comfortable position now,
Either lying down or sitting,
Where you can completely relax and taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth and as you breathe feeling the tension leaving your body and allowing yourself to be present in this moment.
And now closing your eyes and continue focusing on your breath and inhaling deeply and exhaling fully and with each breath you become more and more relaxed,
Sinking into a peaceful state of mind.
And now I'd like you to visualize a staircase in front of you with 10 steps leading down and we'll count backwards from 10 to 1 and with each number,
Each step,
You will go deeper into a space of relaxation.
Standing at the top of the stairs I want you to look down tilting your chin down slightly as you take the first step,
Feeling your feet,
Seeing your feet,
Hearing your feet on each step,
Feeling your body becoming lighter and more at ease.
And the second step takes you even deeper into a state of tranquility and calmness,
That's right.
And each step you take allows you to release any lingering thoughts,
Anything that's holding you back and as you are halfway down now with each step you're releasing and letting go of any emotional baggage,
Anything that's bothering you,
Anything that's on your mind.
And as you go deeper now your mind begins to free itself from past attachments and you feel the weight lifting from your shoulders as you descend further into relaxation,
That's right.
And you're almost there,
Your mind is clear and you're ready to embrace positive change and feel the warmth and comfort surrounding you,
Keeping you safe and secure.
And on the next step you are fully one with yourself and ready to build new and healthy boundaries for yourself.
And as you've now reached the final step,
Feeling fully relaxed and open to the healing power that is within you.
And now that you are in a state of deep relaxation,
That's right,
We will focus on healing and moving forwards,
Picturing yourself standing in a beautiful serene place,
A symbol of new beginnings for you and this place is filled with positive energy guiding you towards healing and self-discovery.
And now I'd like you to visualize anyone or anything that you feel is currently holding you back,
Standing a few feet away from you and now imagine some cords connecting you to this person or thing representing the emotional ties that still bind you.
And as you notice the color and texture of these cords,
I'd like you to now visualize yourself cutting these cords and setting yourself free from any lingering attachments to anything or anyone that you feel is holding you back.
And as you cut the cord,
That's right,
And feeling a sense of liberation,
Washing over you are now free from the emotional baggage of the past.
And I'd like you to repeat the following sentence in your mind,
I release the past and I am free to be me.
And now see yourself surrounded by a golden aura of self-worth and self-love and embrace the idea that you are fully worthy of love,
Respect and abundance and renewing yourself of your unique qualities and strengths and acknowledging that you are deserving of all it is that you desire.
And now I'd like you to repeat some affirmations in your mind,
Repeat these affirmations with me and say them in your mind or out loud,
Whatever works best for you.
That's right,
Listen to these beautiful affirmations that are designed exclusively for you.
I am valuable and deserving of love and happiness.
I create healthy boundaries to protect my well-being.
I am perfect,
Whole and complete and worthy of love,
Happiness and abundance.
I trust myself to make wise decisions in my life and in my relationships.
And as we come to the end of this session,
I want you to know that you possess the power to create positive change in your life and carry the sense of self-worth and newfound freedom with you as you move forward into your new life.
You are free to be you.
And in a moment,
I will count from one to five and as I reach five,
You will awaken,
Feeling refreshed,
Empowered and ready to embrace your life with a renewed sense of self-worth with positive,
Healthy boundaries.
One,
Starting to emerge from relaxation.
Two,
Feeling more aware of your surroundings.
Three,
Feeling a renewed sense of strength and resilience.
And four,
Almost fully awake now carrying these positive feelings with you.
And on the count of five,
Open your eyes feeling wide awake,
Refreshed and ready for positive change.
Remember,
You are in control of your life and you deserve all the love,
Happiness,
Wealth,
Abundance that comes your way.
You are now empowered to move forward and create a fulfilling life centered around your own self-worth and self-well-being.
