16 minute relaxation deep dive relaxation hypnotherapy meditation. This is great for stress, anxiety, mind fog and general relaxation. Please make sure that you are comfortable and will not be interrupted for about 20 minutes. Do not listen to this if you are driving, operating heavy machinery or under the influence of substances. You are responsible for your own wellbeing. Get comfortable either sitting or lying down, make sure you are warm. Enjoy

Do not listen to this recording if you're driving,

Taking full responsibility for your own well-being.
Just make yourself comfortable now.
Lying down or sitting comfortably with your feet and hands separated.
And now look up as high as you can as if you're trying to look into your eyebrows.
Keeping your eyes open,
Fix your eyes on an overhead spot and get that same sensation of straining your eyes looking up and back just a little.
Keeping your eyes glued onto that spot now.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Slowly taking another deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
Once more deep breath in and hold.
Close your eyes down without hesitating.
Feeling more and more relaxed as your eyelids shut down.
The muscles in your nerves around your eyes are becoming heavy,
Droopy and drowsy and your eyelids are beginning to feel as if they've been sealed shut,
Glued shut,
Locked together.
And just forget about your eyes now and already all your cares and worries are just fading away and you feel calm.
You are feeling more and more relaxed with each breath that you take.
Each easy breath that you take your eyelids are feeling heavier and heavier and just allowing a drifting,
Floating feeling to develop in your body.
Don't try to make it happen,
Just allow that drifting,
Floating feeling to develop in you with every breath that you take and now in your own time and in your own way just feel yourself floating down,
Drifting down.
Time is insignificant now.
Don't try to make anything happen,
You don't need to do anything except feel calm and relaxed as that drifting,
Floating feeling continues and you see perfectly well with your eyes closed.
So just picture 10 steps descending and drop your chin just a little so you can really get that looking down feeling that you get when you look down a flight of stairs.
So get that looking down feeling right now as I count backwards.
From 10 to 1 you can literally feel your feet moving on to step 10 and you can see your feet making contact with step 9 and you can hear your feet touching step 8 and now feel and see your feet taking step 7 and 6 and just going deeper into an even deeper level of relaxation and you are taking step 5 as each muscle turns loose,
Lets loose and as you go deeper you are taking step 4 and step 3 as you gently,
Calmly move on to an even deeper level.
You are taking step 2 and now you are taking the final step 1 and you are just going deeper and deeper and deeper into a comfortable,
Calm state of deep relaxation and you can see everything,
Hear everything,
Feel everything and you are going to like it here even when you are not aware of it your brilliant mind is seeing,
Believing and accepting every word I am saying as you become more and more relaxed and calm.
Your conscious mind is drifting further and further away,
You are going to a level where you can communicate with your subconscious mind and you are allowing yourself to go even deeper and you can let your body remain still,
Calm and relaxed until you soon become unaware of it as you go deeper now and you can see perfectly with your eyes closed feeling calm.
You can imagine now that you are looking inside your body and looking at the muscles in your toes and you are tracing those muscles into the balls of your feet back into your foot along to the heel imagining those muscles turning loose allowing them to go limp and loose and relaxed as your muscles relax just let your mind relax let your mind drift off into pleasant scenes in your imagination and now that sensation of deep relaxation is moving up to your ankles up to your calves your calf and leg muscles are heavy and totally relaxed now all of your tensions are melting into the ground and you are feeling more and more relaxed and calm.
Each breath that you take in and out as you begin to breathe more deeply now just in and out deeper and deeper the way you breathe when you are in a deep calm relaxing sleep as you breathe out you will see your breath as a fine white light and every time you breathe out you are releasing yourself,
Freeing yourself and feeling more calm and relaxed and as you go deeper and deeper now into a wonderful state of total relaxation your entire lower body is turning loose feeling relaxed and feeling calm as your muscles relax just let yourself go deeper and gently calmly slowly drift on to a pleasant state of easy relaxation feeling calm and feeling that feeling of relaxation moving into your middle body you are feeling deeply now into the centre of your body into your solar plexus your energy centre that space just below your ribs the centre of your body's nervous energy eats muscle and nerve lets loose your tensions are relaxing now as you are drifting down deeper and deeper into sleep and you are drifting into an awareness of yourself deeper and deeper into your own beautiful state of total relaxation and calmness your muscles are relaxing the muscles of your chest are now becoming limp and loose relaxed and calm and all your tensions are melting away moving into your neck and shoulders now your muscles are letting go all around your neck and shoulders your muscles are relaxing just as they relax unconsciously when you are asleep each night as your neck and shoulders relax and let go your whole body feels wonderful and deeply relaxed that sensation of total muscle relaxation is now moving down your back from the base of your neck to the base of your spine each muscle each vertebrae each nerve is relaxing now and your nerves are calm and you are going down deeper and deeper into that sleep that wonderful wave of relaxation is spreading out into the muscles of your back and arms all across your neck and shoulders all down your arms you are letting every muscle go loose and every nerve is calm and just relax your arms now relaxing into your hands turning your muscles loose and letting them melt away going deeper and deeper just relaxing and feeling calm your muscles are becoming limp loose heavy and lazy your hands and fingers are feeling loose and relaxed and you are feeling calm as you go deeper and deeper your tensions are melting away as you drift down deeper and deeper into sleep your jaw muscles are relaxing your teeth are parted the muscles in and around your mouth and face let go your tongue is relaxed all around your face and eyes and the muscles feel heavy and so relaxed and you are feeling calm your forehead is relaxed your eyebrows are relaxed and limp as you go deeper and deeper feeling calm all of your muscles are limp loose and lazy as your entire body relaxes and you are aware of yourself but not aware at the same time each muscle and nerve in your body is limp loose and relaxed you feel calm your body is relaxing and your mind is relaxing and you can let your mind drift off and everything is being taken care of and it is safe for you to let your mind drift off now your mind is turning to scenes and thoughts of pleasure happiness and relaxation and you relax more easily and more quickly and more deeply when you hear me say the word calm you relax quickly and effortlessly your subconscious mind knows what to do when you were born you're able to relax and feel calm and you know you've always had this skill and you are just re-learning it now so when you hear or say the word calm you will feel this sense of beautiful relaxation and calmness when you need it you'll feel your muscles relaxing in perfect sequence from head to toe easily and effortlessly calm and relaxed you're able to relax and let go and feel calm relaxing your body relaxing your mind wherever and whenever you need to and still be fully aware of your surroundings feeling safe and calm anytime your mind begins to wander you simply put it back by saying calm breathing in and breathing out feeling calm now do that now think the word calm and breathe in and breathe out calm focus your mind only on the word calm and feel your chest rising and falling calm now breathe in and breathe out as you take yourself deeper now you are re-learning the natural skills of natural relaxation and calmness feeling safe and supported relaxed and calm natural automatic relaxation and you can use this skill daily as and when you need it feeling calm and relaxed now deeper and deeper relaxing and feeling calm is a natural part of your well-being relaxing and feeling calm is recharging and energizing for you when you relax you allow your body to recharge and re-energize you will find the time to do this regularly and you have created this safe deep beneficial state of relaxation for yourself to feel calm and relaxed and re-energized and your mind is relaxing fully now while you recharge regenerate and allow your body to repair itself and your mind will be more able to deal with whatever life's challenges present you and your mind will be full of new ideas recharged and re-energized and now I'm going to bring you back to full awareness you will feel motivated to listen to this daily and take time for yourself to recharge and re-energize your mind your muscles your nerves and your body each and every word has a lasting impression on your subconscious mind right now and every time you play this you're replacing your old negative beliefs with new and positive empowering beliefs and as you easily develop and maintain rapid relaxation skills long lasting relaxation skills you are now able to relax and feel calm easily and effortlessly with or without this recording and you are developing amazing and effortless relaxation skills that make you feel calm and relaxed feeling calm and relaxed is coming naturally to you now and on the count of one you can return to full awareness feeling wonderful on the count of two you are feeling calm relaxed and incredibly aware this feeling will stay with you and on the count of three each muscle and nerve in your body is loose and relaxed you feel wonderful and re-energized you feel perfectly physically and mentally aware you are able to look after yourself and on the count of four you are feeling refreshed and wonderful re-energized and on the count of five feeling positive wide awake feeling confident and at ease with yourself and tonight you will have a fantastic night's sleep awakening with a feeling of rejuvenation feeling wide awake now fully aware open your eyes fill up your lungs and take a deep cleansing breath.
