This is a sound therapy session for balancing the nervous system with specialised tuning forks. This recording also consists of sounds of a binaural recording from a forest. You don't need any meditation experience to listen to this audio. Just find a comfortable position and close your eyes. If you are more experienced meditator, you may focus on the flow of your breath and use it for your mindfulness practice too. We don't usually listen to frequencies of tuning forks tuned to 432 Hz every day. For that reason, sounds of tuning forks might not be extremely pleasurable for your ears in the beginning, but don't worry, it's a normal reaction of your mind. Your brain just needs to become more familiar with these freqencies to tune into them. Sound Therapy provides numerous benefits for brain performance and it's recommended to listen every day for a certain period of time to experience all benefits. For example, it can be 30 days. It's also recommended to listen with headphones.

This is the music track Iโ€™ve been looking for. It is simple, not busy with lots of sounds like many tracks. I like the feeling I get from hearing one tone and noticing how it makes me feel. It definitely enhanced my being able to settle into my mediation. I would like if it was a little longer. Thanks so much.

Oh, thank you. THIS is exactly what I was looking for. I don't need a soothing voice explaining what balance is, how I got out of balance, or how to get back in balance. I simply needed to disengage from the conflicts pulling me off balance, to just do it already. This tuning vibrated in my head (mind, sinuses, jaw) and eventually worked its way to my chest. The birds and water reminded me that nature is always "naturally" balancing her elements. Simple. Thank you. This will become one of my favorites.
