This is a short mindfulness practice which is going to help you to become calmer. There is also a 432Hz music in the background. When you slow your breath, you will become calmer. During this meditation I will guide you with my voice, so you can slow your breath. You will have also a bit of time to breath at your own pace. Be calm & be well.

Welcome.

Thank you for choosing to meditate with me today.

My name is Miro and I am going to guide you through this short mindfulness practice.

I invite you to choose a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

It's up to you.

You can make some adjustments to feel even more comfortable.

Now please close your eyes.

We will take a few breaths together.

We are going to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Imagine that you release all the stress from your whole body with every exhale.

Take a breath in through your nose and really slowly breathe out all the stress through your mouth.

Breathe in and breathe out really slowly.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out slowly.

Really good.

Let's repeat together a few more times.

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth.

In and out slowly.

In and out.

In and out.

Really good.

Now you can start breathing at your own pace.

You may notice some movement of your belly or chest.

And if your mind starts wandering,

Please focus on your breath again or just breathe in.

And breathe out slowly.
