Breathe To Calm Your Mind

This is a short mindfulness practice which is going to help you to become calmer. There is also a 432Hz music in the background. When you slow your breath, you will become calmer. During this meditation I will guide you with my voice, so you can slow your breath. You will have also a bit of time to breath at your own pace. Be calm & be well.
